My half and half sandwhich and salad was delicious !

Run by children who don’t know what they are doing and don’t know customer service. From one manager to another please get them in check. Literally talking about mistakes with my food in front of me, then handing it to me anyway.

I love there salads with the pasta it was so good!!! I been craving another one ever.since. My new spot to go too!!!!

They should show an allergy menu on their websites. I tried adding feedback but it said page cannot be found. I tried calling. Nobody picks up the phone. No way to get in contact with them unless you go to the restaurant. And they tell you to provide feedback on their website. It’s bad customer service.

The place was clean, the salad server was polite. However, when I went to the register, I could not understand One word the employee said to me. After asking him to repeat it Three times He was saying press that button for a tip. He mumbled Yes he doesn’t enunciate his words and I left him a tip, but I told him that he needs to enunciate his words, you don’t want your customers to be confused when they are paying for their order Just my opinion to improve customer service👍

I needed a faster lunch in Middletown due to a break between doctor appointments. This place was a pleasant surprise! Friendly and food knowledgeable staff providing exceptional fresh and healthy food in a timely fashion, in a nice, clean environment. I would definitely return.

I'm a little jealous... Visited this location while traveling, and they had more foods than my home location! Fruit/acai bowls! I didn't try one so no review on that, but I have to say this location is better than most because of extended selection. Service was great and store was clean - both up to the chain's standard.

How are you gonna have a smoky BBQ wrap but not have BBQ sauce. Quit asking for tips when the only thing you did was your job.

The food here is good and they finally fixed their packaging to be better. The frutella bowl is my favorite. I hope they bring back smoked gouda.

Why are they always out of edamame????

Purchased Acai bowl they gave me freezer burned açaí base still frozen like store brought water ice and very little toppings. Toppings were not fresh to just have opened 5 minutes prior. Appear to be 10 days old! Gross

Used to love to get pretty good salads and sandwiches from here but lately they must have started cracking down on serving sizes because the amount of salad you get now is barely half of the bowl they serve it in. Food still is good but not worth it anymore in my opinion with the new Panera down the road. Edit: In my experience, the serving size for my last 4 orders from here has consistently been MUCH smaller, regardless of the bowl size. And from my memory, the to-go containers are still the same exact size they have been for the last year I have been going to this location. Edit #2 (Nov 2022): This hasn’t been an issue recently, serving sizes are satisfactory and much more consistent.

They make salads here - it’s what they do, and now they are trying to do something else that I think takes away from their core competency. They are making “healthy” bowls with sweets and treats. We visited here and stopped for dinner. I’m only mildly impressed. The lettuce was fresh and the toppings were good- but it had a Subway Sandwich feel A they pushed me thru the line with a type of “hurry up pressure” that I didn’t want. I was interested in one of the warm grain choices. Neither of the three people behind the counter knew anything about warm grain choices or options, or what they could make with that choice - so I settled for lettuce. Oh well. Maybe this explains the empty store at 5pm on a Saturday.

Im tired of everytime I come up here picking up DoorDash orders and you guys give me funny looks and making fun of me. So sick of you being ignorant towards me and Disrespecting me.

Staff was very warm and accommodating. The salad was exquisite. A place I will most definitely be revisiting in the near future!!

The salad still taste good but their new packaging is awful. You're still getting the same portion but in a very small package that's filled to the very top so you can't mix it with out it getting all over the place. They also don't pre mix the salad which just adds to the mess. And there's no choice in rolls and it's not even half the size or the same kind of bread as the original. And they don't list what goes in the salads anymore. It's just all around disappointing. I can't see myself going back

The Hulk fruit bowl tasted like dirt. Yuck!

Great, polite staff with some really tasty salads.

Salads are still good, but they changed they way they make/package then now, which is a major downgrade. Instead of making in a bowl and mixing/tossing before boxing it up, they just make it straight in the box so you have to mix it yourself, and there's no room to do so without having it spill over the sides because it's filled so high.

The lettuce bin is usually empty and they dig the wilted rusty lettuce instead of fresh. I’ve asked for fresh and they add a little but looks the same. They now use small plastic containers fill with lettuce then add the extras on top, no more mixing together like the other Saladworks which the others put it in a bowl you can eat from but not here.

Love saladworks. It does seem like they have cut back on the portion sizes recently, but maybe it's the shape of the bowls?

So I haven’t been here in a year or so, but things aren’t the same like it used to be as a regular. Last week when I came in I wasn’t in there for long. But I felt rushed just to order as I was in there. Today when I ate the salad I felt grains of something that seems very unusual and chalky for a salad.

The food is good but I can get basically some of the same salads at the Giant super market for $5.99 and the size and quality is just about the same.

New menu! The tomatoe & mozzarella with basil, roasted red peppers and pesto is awesome!

Delicious sandwich and amazing service!

I have gotten my salads here many times but I can honestly say this is the first time I am totally disgusted with my salad. I ordered Tivoli with shrimp, shrimp are gross, pasta is barely cooked, and salad is swimming in dressing. Asked if there was plastic ware, told yes, fork only. Little hard to butter my roll. This was enough to discourage me from coming back. This was always a treat for myself and grandkids. No longer

Food is great. Wait is sometimes ridiculous. Today it took me almost half an hour to get two salads with 6 people in front of me in line. Sometimes I'm in and out depending on the staff but its hit or miss

So happy when this opened in Dover a while ago. Always fast, fresh and delicious. Attentive and efficient staff. Loads of add-in choices to please even the most picky salad eaters. I typically oder the 'create your own' and love the choices. Only downside is having to choose only 5 add-ins. However, you can add additional items for a nominal fee. The balsamic vinaigrette is top notch. They also have a huge variety of pre-set salad choices. I like that you can substitute items in these with no problem.

Definitely a fantastic Saladworks. The owner, management, and staff run a tight ship. Lines, no matter long or short, always flow. Food, desserts, and bread are fresh daily. Good customer service too.

I used to love going to any saladworks as the were extremely friendly from the moment you opened the door. Now the quality has gone downhill a bit, customer service is barely alive. My basic salad was over $10 and I had to pick out some old lettuce and tomato. Maybe the store needs a new manager and customer service training.

It was decent, the update was beautiful, I wish they got rid of the tables and floor, the tables are always sticky..

There is a limited menu of salads, each very different, and all good. They customize your order as its made. They also have a couple soups. Overall impression was good, staff was terrific, bright, helpful. We will definitely return.

My husband and I stopped by Saladworks on our way to Pennsylvania. We had heard that this chain was good, so we decided to try it today. We were not disappointed. The lettuce and mixed greens were fresh and crisp, and there was an abundance of things to add to the greens. They have a variety of signature salads, but you can also build your own. In addition, they have soups and wraps that you can order. The restaurant is clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. We both thought the prices were fair for what we bought. The only reason that I gave it four stars is the fact that it is a fast food style restaurant.

Ok food a bit pricey for what you get. Good but not exactly friendly service. However the reason for writing my review is the lack of cleanliness. Note to management or owner - if around 1120 am as in you have been open long enough but before the lunch rush...if your floor and many of your tables are sticky...totally not acceptable. I was kind of worried when there was a sign that said Food inspection report available on request but looking it up there were no violations which was kind of a surprise given all the stickyness.

This was our first time at a SaladWorks and I absolutely loved it. I wish we had one in our neck of the woods but the closest one is in the Boston area. We were both bowled over at the selection and quality of foods. I liked the fact that you actually made your own salad with the help of a staff person. You pick your greens and then pick 5 items from a ton of salad items including meat. Then you can add extra choices for a little extra. I fell in love with their Green Goddess salad dressing.....never had it before and I want to go back for more. This is a franchise and I certainly wish someone would open one up here. Boston is a 2 hour drive from here so we need one closer to home.

They have a nice salad menu, or you can design your own. This is a nice cozy restaurant that isn't usually too crowded. A lot of people get them to go. Usually pretty fast service. Never had a bad experience there.

Ate dinner here while my daughter was in the Tutoring Center next door. Service was very quick and friendly. I ordered one of the menu salads. Found everything to be very fresh and I felt it was a good sized portion. Maybe just a bit high in price. Seating area was remarkably clean-every table was literally shining. I will be back.

Best Saladworks location! You can customize your salad accordingly. It is very clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. You can either get take-out or eat in. This is one of my favorite places to eat in Middletown!

I can't say enough good things about Saladworks! The staff is friendly, quick to fix and know what their doing. Great training! The fixings are always fresh whether you get a salad, soup, a wrap or a panini. Take advantage of their points program as it works and you can get free salads when you hit the points.

spontaneously stopped at Saladworks on our way to the beach. What delight!! You're given an option to select one of "their" salads, or add your own ingredients to make a custom salad. There were five "bases" to use - romaine/iceberg; spring mix; spinach; two kinds of pasta. Then a choice of 42 other toppings such as artichokes, avocado, banana peppers, chick peas, broccoli, grape tomatoes, chopped eggs, mushrooms,sun dried tomatoes, white beans, breaded chicken, buffalo chicken, honey BBQ chicken, pepperoni, shrimp, tuna, turkey, Apple chips, cruising, glazed pecans, tortilla strips, sunflower seeds and a host of others. Cheeses include blue, cheddar, feta, Monterey Jack, mozzarella, Parmesan, Swiss, provolone, etc. There are choices of 17 different dressings - balsamic vinaigrette, Dijon lemon Capri, green goddess, oriental sesame, Parmesan Caesar, tangy salsa ranch, and the usual suspects. All ingredients are fresh - absolutely large and delicious salad!! Will look for more Saladworks restaurants to frequent!!

I love this Saladworks location! The ingredients always look fresh and the restaurant is always clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. That place is definitely my salad stop!

I have been to this store twice. Food was gross, they messed up the order. They have no idea what food they have listed on their website. I won't be visiting a third time.

Basic Saladworks. I think they are extremely expensive for what you get, although the salads are definitely good.

VERY over priced. Had to look to see if there was meat on my sandwich. Only good thing,we were using a gift card. gave the balance on the card to someone else! Work too hard for my $.

This Saladworks has a large dine in area. The owners are almost always present. The salads are fresh. It has been a welcome addition to Middletown. It is located close to the exit (136) on Route 1.
