I'm not a fan of Salsa Leedos at all. This was my second visit, hoping the first experience was just an off night for the kitchen, but no, they're consistently mediocre. The drink was bland, and the food was equally disappointing. The Chile Relleno was so over-fried and crunchy that it scratched the roof of my mouth. It felt like they rolled it in kettle chips, fried it for 15 minutes, then dunked it in Captain Crunch and fried it again for an hour. The beans were basic, and the rice was just colored. Honestly, the highlight of the meal was the Cholula sauce. On a positive note, the server was fantastic—very professional and attentive.

No wait to eat. My server, Nick, was quick ,efficient, and friendly. Most of all the food was very flavorful and piping hot. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience at Salsa Leedos. The food was good (standard Mexican), but the service was fantastic. Didn’t have to wait to be seated, and food came out quickly. The queso needed a little salt, the sweet pork taco was VERY sweet - I thought the chicken & shredded beef were better, but we would come back. Our server Daniel was great! We never had to ask for anything and he was on top of any anticipated request (refills, napkins, etc.)

Holy. The food was phenomenal. The chips and salsa SO freaking food. And LOOK at my jalapeño margarita. LOOK AT IT. 😂 All the food was amazing. I wish I didn't live over an hour away, because I definitely go there all the time. The menu of options were great, and I loved that they had multiple gluten free options. I had enchiladas with corn tortillas and they were delicious. The black beans... Good. Enchiladas.... Good. Drinks... Good.

Just another level of food. Quality is exceptional and the flavors are spot on. Not overpriced. Service wasn't the best the night we went (server never came back to ask if I wanted a refill) but he was kind and the place was super busy and super loud. Can't speak highly enough of the food. Try the Mac and cheese quesadillas or tacos!

Came there based off a Facebook sponsored ad for Taco Tuesday. Was told it would take a while to get seated it seemed like went by faster than said! :) got chips, salsa and beans the salsa was delicious and not use to having beans as part of the chip dip! :) but took a long time to get our main course though the waitress did apologize for the wait explained something happened in the kitchen I did not catch what so to make up for it she gave us free guacamole and queso! :) best Taco Tuesday for quality and quantity. This was the first year and then fast forward to years later for my birthday decided to come back for Taco Tuesday it was Beed Birria tacos. I am not normally the biggest fan of this style of taco but these were amazingly delicious with crispy shell, melted cheese and birria sauce was some of the best birria sauce. Food came out rather fast too so upped the rating from 4 star to well deserved 5 star!

Salsa Leedos has been a staple for us! The chicken fajita burrito smothered in chile verde is delicious. My husband loves the taquitos and queso. If you like spice, make sure to order habanero salsa with your chips and salsa!

I come here a lot and usually is very good. Today was absolutely horrible the margaritas were not good. Service was the worst I’ve had. Waited over an hour and a half for food before we left.

Advertised a chorizo bean dip, but waiter said they didn't serve it before 5 pm, which seemed odd since it was just listed with all other appetizers. We decided to order guacamole instead and waiter came back and told us they were completely out of guacamole too. Food was meh - kids nachos chips were burnt, wifes enchiladas were very dry, and my chimichanga probably would have been better with a side of guac...

Food was good. Being from Texas the salsa was not spicy. Did the appetizer street tacos. They were very good. My husband had tacos with black beans and guacamole. They spice their food a little different here. I would recommend this. Server was very friendly.

We love coming to Salsa Leedos! We’ve always had great service and Nick was great to work with this last visit! The people are always friendly and the food is amazing!

While the drinks are delightful and the food is decent, this Mexican spot doesn't quite top my favorites list. The atmosphere exudes a certain charm, but beware - the music selection during our visit was a miss. I would have preferred silence or running headfirst into a brick wall.

I have been coming to Salsa Leedos for years, dating back to their West Jordan location. You won't find better Chile Verde anywhere! A great place that truly cares about the community and gives back every chance they get.

Been here 3 times within a month. The kitchen does a great job, but what comes out depends on the server. They have these point of sale systems they use, and that affects your food. Which can be tragic for the price you are paying. The server tonight tried telling my vegetarian daughter that there is chicken brith in the salsa... don't believe it. And he was not attentive and we had to ask for everything from missing components to drink refills.

Ordered a Chimichanga plate and cheese nachos. The Chimichanga was not fried. It was a burrito. The enchilada was very tough. The nachos were a disappointment. Cheese on 1/4 mostly not melted. Pico was just diced tomatoes.

We had linch at Salsa Leedos today. First time customers and our new favorite Mexican eatery. EVERYTHING was amazjng... food, drinks, exemplary service... everything!!! And speaking of service, KIMMIE is da'BOMB! Great service! Kimmie was attentive, meticulous, and we loved her pony tails, her energy, and genuine smile/vibe. Me and my wife have been coming here for years, and Kimmie hands down no competition is the best server we have EVER had! She got us signed up on rewards (been coming here for years and didn’t even know it was a thing) and was on top of our drinks and all of our needs. 10/10 love this retiring and the environment they create.

Service was terrible. They sat us down and then nobody came to our table for a very very long time. When the server finally came we ordered water and a soda and it took her over 20 minutes to bring us the soda and the water. We had to actually ask someone to ask her to bring us our drinks. When we finally got our food it was cold. It was awful experience. Terrible service, terrible food. We drove across the Salt Lake Valley to get there and it was not worth the drive

FOOD: ordered the chimichanga meal and the flavor was great BUT there was no crispness to it. Soaked in sauce isn’t a chimichanga! Also there was a blonde and black strand of hair in that order Otherwise the rest of the order had good flavor.

Our waitress Kimmie was great. She was quick to get us all we asked for. So friendly. Very pleased.

We go to Mexican food 1-3 times per month. Salsa Leedos is by far our favorite. Nick took great care of us.

We came in a couple of weeks ago and the service was wonderful. Kimmie, our server, did an excellent job. She was super kind and ensured we were well taken care of. We were immediately seated and our food came very quickly. Even with the quick service, the food was hot and very good. We chose this place because other reviews had pictures of their large margaritas. I will admit, it was a bit disappointing having my margarita come in a small glass that wasn't the same size as the images online. They had a decent sized drink menu, so it may have been a different drink option. The drink itself was wonderfully made, just a bit pricey for what I got. I would recommend this place and I plan to return in the future.

We called ahead and asked if the chips were fried in a separate fryer and were gluten free. They said yes. Then when we got there they said no they are fried in the same fryer as wheat. You cannot mark things on your menu as gluten free and cross contaminated them with wheat and call them gluten free. The food was sub par. Don't eat here if to I are celiac. Our waitress was very friendly though.

Best Mexican food in Riverton, Herriman and SoJo, Punta Mita, Philadelphia and the North Pole! Get the Senor Stachio drink if you want to party hard or wake up in a dumpster in Amsterdam 3 weeks from now. We go here for monthly cleanse, would recommend to a friend or enemy, just not both

2nd time going and the food is delicious. The service is fantastic and so is the food and atmosphere. It is going to be one of my go to places for sure. Would recommend to anyone I know and I'm glad my boss recommended it to me.

The food was great! We sat in the outer area for the first time and it was horrible. It echoes ridiculously loud. And it was not even half full of people, yet it was excruciating to sit through the meal with all the noise. We have always sat in the inner area, but those booths are really uncomfortable with how the tables are situated right up to where you slide in. With some rib discomfort on that visit I could not sit in this usual area. We asked to sit in the outer seating section. We won't do that again. But we don't enjoy the tight booths inside, either. We noticed the area in the North side with the high tables seemed quieter and may be an option. I hope they take a look at either insulating the ceiling area, making their tables adjustable to the seats or another option. The food is good, but not worth being uncomfortable for.

We celebrated my sister’s birthday here. This was my first time here. The atmosphere, food, and service made it a good family and friends time together. This place was packed with people. The food was really good. If you plan on having a party on the weekend, I would say to plan on 45 min or so for the food to be ready if the restaurant is super busy. But it’s worth the wait and everyone is visiting together anyway. The restaurant is built smart with a larger than normal seated waiting area which is good because that means people aren’t waiting out the door in a line waiting for a table. We waited about 35 minutes for a table for our group. Total time spent for our party was just under two hours, to me by that point in time, it was too long but we didn’t have a reservation. If we have a party here again, I would make an advanced reservation to start 10 minutes prior to the official start time.

Hey man. Could’ve eat the rice. Tasteless. Worst I’ve ever had. Refried beans need more seasoning. House salad was wilted. Hoped to have a much better meal. Greatly disappointed. New chief or cutting costs? Not coming back. Sorry.

OH.MY.GOODNESS! We visited 5-18-24. Our server was Brookelyn! This little lady was AMAZING! Friendly, fun, happy and quick with the service and literally ON TOP of everything! We will definitely be back amd ask for her table again! Oh, And the food was great too!

Great Mexican food exceptional service this is a nice place to come and grab food when you are too busy to cook for your family and the service is amazing! The owner is local support blue line and Does so much for the community. He even runs his business himself and will even come say hi when he’s there.
