So many amazing baked goods in this place, and amazing staff too! My wife picked up some Italian bread and a cookie, and I had to try the meatball sandwich. Hands down one of the best meatball sandwiches I've ever eaten. Give it a try!

Well it’s official…Syracuse has an authentic Chicago hotdog establishment and me and my dad approve! My dad is from Chicago so this was a great find and we will definitely be back soon!

Bread is fantastic!! Noticable difference from buying at a grocery store. Very good! But...$13 for one hot dog?? That's robbery!

Saw someone's amazing review of this place yesterday and decided we would try it today. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint. I got the Meatball Sandwich and my work wife got the French Dip. Meatballs sandwich was great. Bread was perfect, meatballs were huge and flavorful. Sauce and cheese were amazing. Delicious. French dip = best sandwich I've ever eaten in my life - not even exaggerating. The beef was amazing, baguette was absolute perfection, au jus was sooooo flavorful and cheese was great. Entire experience was great. Staff is on point and super friendly. Pricing is great for the massive portions. We could've easily gotten one of these to split and been full but we wanted to try both. And they both came with chips. Delish!!! Definitely check this place out. You won't be sorry!!!

Do not drive by this place. The bread is phenomenal! I ate a whole baguette on the way home. The owners are fantastic. This is a top notch spot. Period.

Everything we had was delicious-sourdough chocolate chip cookies, cinnamon roll, and Italian loaf. It was all so fresh. We cannot wait to get back and try more things. The owners were so nice, too!

I think everything is delicious & wonderful! The service & people are super! I think your hours are fine. I love your English muffins and bagels, especially at 12pm for lunch! I quite often eat a bagel or English muffin for lunch & know lots of people that do also. I’d say it’s quite normal. I appreciate and respect you being closed on Christmas Eve. I think that’s wonderful that you let your employees spend Christmas Eve with their families. That says a lot about you as a business owner, you are very respectable. I would work for you in a heartbeat! I understand you requiring preorders & not having things for walk ins, that makes complete sense. Why would you want things sitting around that you might not sell and then have to be wasteful and throw it away?? Gauging & judging what you’ll need during the holidays must be hard, it’s so unpredictable. All businesses (especially small businesses) are struggling from pandemic/covid fallout with staffing, resources, supply chain etc…. Nothing has returned to a business as usual kind of status or what you’d call “normal” . Everything has changed. Thank you for not opening too early, I live about 30 minutes away so it gives me a chance to get there before you sell everything!!😊And yes, I work too but figure it out and make it work. I believe it’s called “life”. You have created a fine business, so just keep on keeping on and do what you do! I will always make my schedule work with your hours so I can enjoy your wonderful breads and treats!!! Thank you for being there and providing so many fantastic items for the customer, absolutely terrific and worth figuring it out to make it work since you can’t accommodate everyone, of course. The breads are fabulous. People are friendly. But, get there early because they sell out.

French dip is memory inducing! So delicious!

We love this place. We especially love the sourdough and the focaccia loaves. They sell out of their breads almost daily so get there early to get the best selection.

Absolutely delicious!!! Everything is super fresh and they have a great selection. Not only is their bread out of this world, but their baked goods are equally fantastic. Can you believe the size of that cinnamon roll??

I stopped today for first time got a loaf of Italian It was absolutely delicious! I will be back and tell my friends and family!best Italian bread I ever had can't wait to try everything you make!

Bread is great and service is very nice, however, the hours are not convenient. Closing at 4 pm is too early for people that work. A bakery that opens at 10 am especially on the weekends is too late. A normal bakery is open no later than 8 am and they close super early. Then even at 10 am bagels or other items are not even ready for an hour ot two. No one wants a bagel or english muffin at 12 pm. I keep trying to support the business but they are not open at a decent hour, have items that are not ready or too many rules for holiday orders. Not being open xmas eve, requiring pre orders with no walkins, and a limited menu. No one wants two day old bread on xmas. Be open on xmas eve and have a few items for walkins like every other bakery. These concers have nothing to do with being a small bisiness. Focus on a few items, have reasonable hours. People like your product and are trying to support but the hours, rules and inconsistent product availability makes it difficult.

The cookie’s are so good and the bread it is Tahoe best

Don't know what they do different, but this is the BEST bread I've ever had. Braided loaf is our favorite, followed closely by the Italian and Focacica. Still have to try the Sourdough. 0:30 minute drive from our home, but it's worth it.

Amazing! Tried their maple cinnamon bun along with a loaf of their bread. Looking forward to trying more of their products. Well done!

Can one live on Focaccia alone? I'm trying to after having theirs. Such a treat to walk into a warm bakery with friendly faces and fresh, hot loaves. I don't even bother trying to pick now, just get one of everything they have and enjoy! All freezer friendly too, if you're not on the focaccia diet like me.

Salt City Bread is the real deal. Their bread and sweet treats are amazing. Finally a great bakery comes to Manlius!

We ordered their sourdough bread with walnut and raisin and a bag of English muffins. Both were fresh and moist. Totally delicious.

Exactly what this town needed! At a loss for words. Haven't had fresh bread that good in a long time. The rosemary focaccia is out of sight. I highly recommend and I will be going back frequently myself.

My brother and I drive from Liverpool for their incredible breads and sweets. The owners are super nice and take the time to get to know their customers by name. The new store front is beautiful. Perfect example of how a small business should be run.

The focaccia and baguette was amazing! The sandwich bread has no comparison for the kids and my lunch. The bonus was the desert treats that are quite unique and delicious. To top it off the staff treats you like family.

Service is fantastic. All of the breads are great. But the Rosemary Focaccia is out of this world. Seriously You must stop in and try the breads
