The Supreme pizza is okay. The calzone is tasty. I may be back to try different options.

Got the lunch special, lasagna, and a slice of pepperoni pizza. Special came with salad and bread. The fountain drink was free. Less than $13 for all of it. Food was so fresh, hot, and very good.

Good place, great staff & great food. Reminds me of home. Can't go wrong

It was good. The food lacked season. We had pizza, chicken .alfredo and chicken pharm. The service was ok. Just not very friendly when taken orders. The shop across the street was awesome. Get you some chocolate and a candle. Lady was super nice

My second visit to Sam's Pizza in Historic Downtown Cedar Hill! I decided to check out the Daily Lunch specials, and as you can see for yourselves, I made a very good choice! As usual, I got a parking spot next to the door and placed my order and was served in less than 10 minutes. My Special included a crisp salad with their Tangy House dressing, a basket of warm baked Garlic rolls, and enough Spaghetti and Meatballs to take home a second serving for dinner! And all this and a Cold drink for about $10.00! Give Sam's a try, and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! CIAO Y'ALL!

Coming from diverse Pittsburg, we enjoyed great Italian food cooked by Mama in the kitchen. This is so good brought a tear to my eye from memories of great meals.

Sam's pizza was a great experience! Plenty of Italian dishes to choose from, friendly staff, delicious desserts in a glass case out front for you to choose and plenty of seating. Prices and portions were fair. Had delicious bread as a starter. Enjoyed the garlic knots! I'm traditional... had the spaghetti and meatballs!! I highly recommend this place to eat at!

Wow!!! Awesome Pizza great staff and atmosphere. My kids were the 1st to go there and invited me to go . They said it wasn’t anything special but loved going with friends . I am jealous I did discover it 1st . Keep doing what you do !!!

Food is great and for the most part the employees were great. But there was a Hispanic heavy set bald guy there that was extremely rude to my family and I. He even shouted as we were leaving, if we had paid.

Too loud at times. If you are a new customer, choices are overwhelming Food a bit pricey but excellent Place is in a popular quaint "old-town" area, parking scarce at times.

We’ve lived in Cedar Hill for almost two years and I’m so mad it took us this long to visit Sam’s. Food is fresh, delicious and service is great. Will definitely be regulars from now on.

Fun quick stop and delicious pizza. I got a slice of the stuffed pepperoni and it was enough to fill me up along with an order of garlic knots which I shared. Folks behind the counter were friendly and informative.

OMG, maybe the best pizza I’ve had in soooooo long, The cannoli was also pretty good. But the pizza, I could drive all the way from Arlington to have a slice and back, Great place

One of the people I work with suggested I try this place out. I've been here for 8 months, and I have never been there..... until today. Oh my goodness, their stuffed pizza is absolutely amazing and filling. The atmosphere is awesome, as is the staff. It was an amazing experience. I liked it so much that I got a stuffed pizza to take home tonight to share with my wife tonight.

Order was wrong waiter was very rude

The waiter was rude I got chicken Alfredo with shrimp, but only got five shrimps no chicken my ticket had another order on it as well this was my first and last time going I was no pleased at all

When I lived in Grand Prairie, this is far and away the best pizzeria to go to. I would drive 20 minutes out of my way passing by numerous other pizza joints just to go to Sam's. I never had anything bad and the service was delivered with such hospitality. The one thing I will NEVER forget and always champion Sam's for is one time I thought I had accidentally left my cc at home (it actually was in the car) when I picked up the pizza and realized I didn't have it, one of the workers simply said, "When you get home, call us back with the number and we'll charge you that way." He could have easily said, "Sorry, we can't give this to you" but instead he trusted me to do the right thing. Go to Sam's. You won't regret it.

The pizza is better bought as a whole pie, the pasta is always fresh and delicious. Not any vegan options but vegetarians have plenty to choose from as long as you don't mind dairy products.

We had an excellent time at Sam’s due to the gentleman (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) servicing us! He took our order at the counter, checked in on us while we waited, went above & beyond to correct an issue when the kitchen made a mistake, & most of all he was incredibly kind & patient with our toddler that was having a bad day! The food (especially the stuffed pizza) & atmosphere (great for big groups) were both good, but the man, that stated he has 6 children himself, is the reason we will definitely be back! Thank you for your hospitality!

Omg, the food was awesome at a great price. The atmosphere was not bad but not thrilling, the service was, I have a job and I'm doing it without complaint. No above and beyond attitudes.

Food is mediocre. Too much sauce on fettuccine and the Alfredo. Had better pizza elsewhere; sauce is unremarkable and veggies on pizza were not fresh. Loud dining area makes it difficult to talk with mates at table.

Yeah this place is not good. They had me pay $21 for a stuffed slice and pastry. The worst part is that they re-heated it in an aluminum bowl. Why? I dont know. The oven obviously had a flat bottom. I know this because i saw a chef reheat his own slice on the bottom right next to mine. My food was soggy, tainted with aluminum taste and drenched in gut irritating hydrogenated oils. FIRST AND LAST TIME NEVER AGAIN!

The prices have gone up some as most restaurants have done due to inflation. The only thing I had an issue with would be the sauce used on the Sicilian pizza we ordered. It was sweet. I'm not sure if it was just that batch of sauce or if they changed their recipe. It wasn't my favorite. Could have just been the chef's hand.

Family owned business that makes the very best NY thin crust pizza. They only use the freshest ingredients, and I drive from Mesquite to Cedar Hill for their pizza.

I usually don’t write reviews but I dined in recently and the customer service was just not it! I understand being busy and having a lot of orders but that doesn’t excuse being rude to your customers. Having worked at a restaurant before my management always reminded us to be friendly and to provide good customer service. Also the ordering process is not good when coming with a large group, not asking for a name or paying up front it’s just confusing and inconvenient, we got brought other customers food and we were missing some of our food. The Chicken Alfredo was unseasoned and the chicken was cold, the bread was the one thing that was tasty! Overall I had a really bad experience and will not be coming back.

Had the worst service at this place today 2/18/24. This was my 2nd time & my family had been coming here since over 5 years ago! Won’t be coming here again! 1st off the lady at the front had the worst customer service ever. I didn’t get her name but I noticed that I was being treated so rude in comparison to the white race customers (im Hispanic). She couldn’t even greet us with a “hi, good morning, welcome.” I felt very out of place but did not want to provide her with my feedback as I thought my experience would get better. I ordered fettuccine Alfredo, side salad, and a large pepperoni Pizza. The family did not liked the fettuccine Alfredo but we ended up bringing it to the house for Mondays lunch - still eatable! The huge complaint occurred when paying. I came with a large family and everyone paid their own portion of the food. I was the last one paying for my order. I paid and added a nice tip and when I signed the same racist lady at the front said…. “Your party did not paid for a chicken Alfredo, are you paying for it?” Which I was surprised & told her that I was sure they had and must be a misunderstanding. I offered to go outside and asked my family to make sure they paid for everything. (Total amongst all of us was easily over $350). Of course everyone told me they had paid and one of family members told me …. She had originally ordered 3 chicken Alfredo’s but only got 2 so she has to go to the front and ask for the 3rd one she had originally ordered so the confusion likely was here as they had probably added an extra one incorrectly! I came back and told lady the same and she insisted in a rude tone that I had to pay for it. She wouldn’t listen so I asked for the manager. The manager started the same rude way blaming one of my family members for not paying. I tried to explain it to the manager also but no one was listening…… I asked him if it made sense for me to pay for something I didn’t eat and he started asking to calm down and began to understand. We offered to pay for it at the end knowing they had made a mistake on their end and he advised to don’t worry about it. The simple issue of not listening to your clients and the white racist lady at the front needs to be handle seriously! Ahhhh and on top of that a side salad that we ordered was bad and the lettuce was brown which we ended up not eating it. We didn’t even bring this up to them as we don’t like to complain about little things like that. Management : you really need to train all of your staff to treat all clients the same professional and friendly way. You can’t treat whites better than Hispanics or African Americans! This country has come a long way to win the racism battle and to see this still occurring is very heartbreaking! In addition, you need to train your staff and to listen to your clients! Maybe providing a tab when ordering or paying at the spot vs waiting to pay at the end will also save troubles as we know that everyone makes mistakes! Never coming here again but hopefully this doesn’t happen to other clients! You have lost 50 clients from my family and additional clients from all of my social media sites!

I LOVE SAM’S PIZZA!! This is my favorite pizza place and they won all those awards they display at the front for very good reason! You gotta love a local family-owned restaurant that makes the best pizza around.

Had my birthday dinner here. First timer..... the food was delicious and the portions are huge! Definitely get your money's worth. It was a great family restaurant. Everyone (staff and customers) were so friendly. I will be going here again for sure. Plan to make it a regular spot.

Food had no taste, no flavor. Fettuccine Alfredo had no flavor, we added pepper, salt and just could not eat it. They seem to be nice people. Pizza was ok. The salad was not edible at all, we had it with the house dressing. I'm sure others may think otherwise. But, not a return for me. But, I'm sure they have their regulars. Wishing them continue success.

I like it here because you can just get a single slice of pizza. The crust is different than what you get in most pizza restaurants and it tastes more authentic.

First time diner but definitely not last time. Unbelievably good. Was told to have Sicilian deep dish Supreme and I would not be disappointed. I was not. Large, and full of toppings and more than enough for 3 people with food to take home. Started meal with garlic knots and marinara. So good.

I ‘m a New Yorker and this is just my 2nd time here . The pizza is not good ! I thought a small business , no chain pizzeria would be better than Marcos or Ceasers . I was wrong . The pizza was awful , no need to try anything else .

Love this place!!! Found it about a year ago. We go almost every weekend now. There is a sweet young blonde girl that works there on the weekends. She’s had the best customer service. They have the best pizza and their homemade salad dressing is to die for. Give it a try 👌🏽

I'm a wing person.. the wings seemed to be the frozen Tyson Buffalo wings and added more Buffalo sauce to it.. the added sauce did enhance the taste. Also got a meat lover XL pizza and that was good as well.. definitely will go back and get some pasta. The servings we saw going around seemed very plentiful.. can't wait until next visit and give a pasta update

Had to ask for utensils. Shockingly bland Alfredo. I think they forgot garlic and pepper and salt. 17 dollars

Chicken Marsala is what I ordered it was so delish! We also had the meat lovers pizza and chicken parm. The services was fast in the middle of a busy dinner time. The bread basket was so warm and delicious also the garlic knots are bomb. Definitely recommend this place.

We came in from Wisconsin and were visiting family in the area. We always make it a point to get to Sam's Pizza at l east once during our visit. Tonight was the night we set aside for a great meal at Sam's. Once again...the food was amazing and the service was outstanding...as usual. I love the relaxing atmosphere at Sam's. We're actually in town to find housing...as we plan to relocate to the area. Wouldn't it be great to find our new home in the Cedat Hill area...near Sans Pizza? I'm hoping. Thank you Sams for another great meal.

I mean the ziti was good but is the pizza supposed to be burnt? Service was okay for a busy place. 2 XL pizza (cheese & pepperoni) baked ziti for $50 & the pizza was burnt….probably won’t be back.
