Great service and relaxed atmosphere

Great music accompanied by great food for me and my doggy as they made him a cheeseburger too! I ate outside, but the inside was k00l with nice people to talk to. I'd go again!

This is a fantastic local hole in the wall with delicious bar food and unmistakeable weeki wachee vibes. I highly recommend the non-traditional cuban (with lettuce and tomato), the wings, mushroom swiss and bacon cheeseburgers. We were visiting from out of town and were welcomed to this cozy dive after a rainy day at the springs. The staff was hospitable and the prices were very reasonable.

This place is fantastic. Friendly staff and patrons. Relaxing outside area. Excellent prices. Feels like family and a good place to become a regular. Highly recommend. .

Horribly rude staff. There pool team members aren't any better, extremely rude. Getting to drunk awhile having a knife in your pocket and threatening a coustmer is not how you respersent a team! The worse part it the staff allows the rudness !

The place sucked I was very disappointed sat down to play their games the slots and once I had lost 60 bucks and my woman was up 80 bucks went to cash out and found out that they don't pay out it was extremely upsetting not marked clearly at all.

This is by far the worst experience I've ever had walking into anywhere. Not only was the bar staff rude but don't bother telling us that their slot machines are just for fun! So here we are the idiots that dropped $40 into machine that doesn't even pay out! I'm so disappointed and feel like I literally got robbed! Thanks Sandtrap! Last $40 you'll ever get from us or anyone we know! That was just sad. They could've at least give us half our money back. We didn't know and this was our 1st time in the place. Needless to say ..... All around bad experience! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone!

Great classic Rock playing .No boom boom krap. Awesome burgers and Cubans, competitive pool players and great atmosphere from a friendly local crowd.

This place is disgusting and so is the bar tender. Inviting me outside to fight. She got the wrong one. I hope she’s happy that she ruined making lots of money from the group of 15-20 people we had. This is probably why it’s a struggling establishment and looks like trash. Direct reflection of who runs the place. I wish I could give zero stars.

Sand Trap is a fantastic little local bar and hangout spot. The beer is cold, the food is good, and the service is excellent. Raven, the bartendress, is the best! It's a relaxed place where you can come in, chill out, have a drink, eat a burger, and play some pool. It doesn't get much better than that.

Love this place we had our band near Gypsy Raine and we rock the house the barmaid Raven was cool easy to talk to and the girl that worked with her and made the food that was some good 😊👍 biker friendly. Came in for a game of pool and a beer. The place is very cozy and you can tell the locals love it here.

I had an order of Wings with Hippy Sauce, they were nice and Crispy and their homemade sauce was a medium unique and flavorful BBQ sauce. Loved that! The Beer was Ice Cold, I'll definitely be back!

A fun “biker” bar. Reasonable prices. They only serve beer and wine, no full bar. Smoking is allowed and the bar is very smoky. There is plenty of outdoor seating.

I hate to leave a 1 star review because most of the bar tenders have been very nice to me. However this one bar tender just kicked me out because she thought I didn’t have any money. I had two 5 dollar bills cash and had two beers and asked if she could just give me 1 dollar back so I could buy a cig off someone. I was going to keep drinking and tip handsomely as I always do with my card but since she thought I only had 5 dollars cash she told me “you think I work for free?” when I asked for another beer. Then told me to get out! I don’t come here that often but when I do I tip each bartender at the very least 20 dollars because they have always been so nice and the drinks are super cheap and I appreciate that. People show their true colors once they think nothing is in it for them. I absolutely hate to not return just because of one rotten egg but I’ve never been treated so poorly. If she would’ve just listened to me for a second I would have explained that I was going to use my debit or credit card & would have tipped very nicely. Instead she was yelling at me to get out. Very unfortunate & poor people skills.

It's a great chill vibe hospitality style people. If you're not going up there with Couple, hang out by the bar you'll meet a lot of people.

Raven was great, the beer was cold, and my burger was perfect. Really can't beat that!

Don’t come in here with your big city notions of what a bar and grill is supposed to be. This is true back woods living. I don’t defend their way of life and neither do they. Just show up with an open mind, and cash only.

Welcome to your local dive bar. Smoking bar so be prepared for that. 2 pool tables . Cheap drinks. Haven't tried the food yet. No liquor, but they do have seltzers available. Close to home and friendly clientele and staff.

Walked in the place and turned around and walked right back out could not eat in a place that smells like a dirty ash tray all we could smell was cigarette smoke terrible will never go back.

Smokiest bar I've ever been to, soon as I walked in I wanted to puke from the nasty smell from behind the bar. Bartender rude as can be to. She didn't like what I had to say about the bar so she cut me off. Lost the bar and herself money. Will never return

The sand trap is about 50 miles from where we live so it's more about the ride for us but at that time they were having a benefit with $5 food plates yum yum. Also live music which is always good.
