I didn’t receive any of the three marinara dipping sauces I ordered. I understand that this is a simple mistake so I called the store right away to fix the issue and the female store associate who answered on Friday, August the 9th at 11:45 am was very rude and accused me of lying for not receiving any of the dipping sauces. She begrudgingly said she would refund the extra two dipping sauces but insisted I got at least one, which I did not. I offered to send the store a photo for proof which she declined. I’m attaching the photo here instead. This was a very surprising customer service experience to be accused of lying about my order from a store in which I am a regular. It is making me reconsider if I will want to order again because of the customer service. The mistake of not receiving the sauces is forgivable but not being accused of lying by the store associate.

I love this Sarpinos location, they always are quick with my orders and have excellent customer service every time I come by to get food. I highly recommend this location!!

I place orders from this place a lot and tonight will likely be my last time. I placed an online order at 1:30am and they cancelled it without telling me. So I work 12 hours and haven't eaten anything starving and thinking I'm getting a pizza here soon. Well it never showed up. No Call No text nothing . I spend about 80 bucks a month here and never had this happen disappointed and I think it's time for a new place to order from

I recently visited here and had a very disappointing experience. One of this employee displayed a terrible attitude and clearly had no interest in providing good customer service. I was left waiting for over 25 minutes without any acknowledgment or assistance. This lack of professionalism and respect for customers is unacceptable. I won't be returning and can't recommend this place to others.

We are staying at the majestic hotel and ordered from this restaurant. We did not know who it was because it was advertised as “room service.” We ordered a salad with chicken on it and the spinach artichoke dip. It took over 90 minutes to get our order. I called them to find out where our order was and was it would be another 15 minutes. The chicken on the salad was cold, rubbery and looked raw. Totally inedible. The artichoke dip was ok but was cold. The breadsticks that came with the dip were cold and hard. Very disappointed in this decision and will not order from them again. I can’t believe we spent over $68 for this food.

We love this pizza and wings! We order all the time. Pick up is better than delivery in my opinion. Takes fast for them to make and it’s hot. I ordered delivery couple times and it took the driver 1 hour and I live around the corner. But overall, great pizza and fast service. Love it.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 3 years now, and i avoided ordering from Sarpinos for the majority of it. I realized that I was confusing them with sbarro- which btw- is trash. Sarpinos , at least my location on Montrose and Clark is legit my fav late night order, which has become several times a week- don’t judge- I hate grocery shopping. They usually have specials that are a great deal, and if you sign up, you get regular coupons and earn discounts. They have a giant list of awesome pizza toppings available including such treats as Boursin cheese, sundried tomatoes, and pesto sauce. For those that like their pie bougie. And unlike other pizza places, these aren’t considered “premium$$”Their crust is always perfect cooked, their calzones are on point, staff is professional and polite, the restaurant is clean, all in all, I’ve not had 1 bad experience, and can definitely recommend.

The pizza was so burnt and cold ingredients that when it arrived after paying 65$+ tip DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Im regular customer of this place. (My boyfriend always ordered) but today i ordered by myself with my friends. And there’s blond hair women (i think shes owner) took order from me, and when i said what i want to order She was two-faced. She treated me rudely and arrogantly, and she was polite to my friend, although I didn't tell her anything bad and was benevolent. I just told her what I always get. Idk whats happened with her. Sarpino's is a hidden gem for pizza lovers. Located in Montrose Ave, my recent visit left me pleasantly surprised. I ordered the pizza and it was delicious.
