Tried to give it a second go, and i am highly disappointed once again. New concept, same letdown. I felt sick after eating here. I've been sick for two days. The wings I had tasted awful. I couldn't finish the first one. Save yourself from getting sick with food poisoning.

Absolute BEST burger and fries I’ve EVER had! Found this place over on Sun Valley Dr in Pensacola while getting service done on my car at Garage 850 Pensacola. Atmosphere was cool, Patrick who cooked our burgers was super friendly and accommodating with my gluten allergy. Been there three times the food is excellent the service is quick and hot and the atmosphere is excellent the man that made our meal is super friendly and very very respectful

Amazing Tacos! I got the beef ones and thsy are so good!! Definitely worth a try! There avocado salso sauce is sooo good that I had to ask for extra!

They didn't have bacon for the western at all and couldn't discount the burger because of lack thereof. Disappointed at paying that price and not getting what is supposed to be on it. Food is amazing but if you have a burger that is signature you might want to remove your head from your fourth point of contact and have the items that are supposed to be on it.

Ate here for the first time. Best burger in the area! The spice is legit, no joke. They have a nice patio for outside eating or you can eat inside if it's too hot or you want a beer with your meal. Will definitely go back.

The Breeze Burger was wonderful. Very juicy (to the blonde lady that asked). Double Down with Boss Sauce was also wonderful. Fries are on point. Great break from seafood and local!

Worst burgers and fries ever! Patties thin and the “cheese skirt” tough. Greasy and yuck. Two burger and 1 fry $30! No fry sauce although she asked us what sauce we wanted. Couldn’t tell which burger was which. Quality and execution were both a fail. 1st and last time tasting these burgers.

I absolutely love this place! The best burger in the area hands down plus the inside area is great! 12/10 recommend to all who may pass by!!

Waited 20 minutes past the 11am when your supposed to be open. Don't advertise that your open at 11 am if you not some people don't have time to wait around for you to finish prepping. That should have been done before hand!

Really great burgers, the food is no issue here but they are frequently out of some ingredients that make their burgers. I hate to give three stars just for service but today I ordered the "Humpty Dumpty" and when I received my meal, there was no fried egg on the burger. I went back to ask about it and they said "Oh, yeah I'm sorry. We don't have any eggs left. I should have told you earlier." That's fine but... I paid full price for this burger and it's missing a premium ingredient. I wish they would have offered some partial discount but "sorry" was all they could give at the moment. I wish they handled this better to make it right since I didn't get what I ordered but instead, got less. They also gave the wrong sauces but generally not a big deal. Just the small details that make good food match a good business.

Really great burgers, honestly. I thought they needed to layer the loaded tots a bit more. It's all fairly expensive, and the loaded tots didn't seem worth it. Will be going back, though.

They have some unique sauces. The Barbie sauce is really good!

For the price I ended up paying for these Burgers and Fries I'm not too impressed. There's no flavor to the beef no juiciness they were pretty dry overall. This will be the first and last time we will be going there

I love this place but my mom will not take me anymore because, her burger was over salted and it took 20 min to get 2 burgers, and it wasn't a really busy time and they were over $42. Pros: decent burgers, when they aren't too salty. Cons: cost and wait time.

Waited nearly 10 minutes for service without any acknowledgement. Order took 20 minutes to make. Was wrong when I got home.

This food was just simply not good everything tasted salty or charred like the grill needed to be cleaned.

I hate giving under 5 stars. It kills me. I love supporting local businesses, and no, price is not a factor. Is it on the more expensive side for a burger? Yes. But a true foodie doesn’t care about that. I ordered the regular boss burger, good portion, great presentation, burger was super overly peppered. Like almost un enjoyable. I ordered a combo which I assumed came with a drink so I had said can I do a combo with a coke… didn’t come with a drink, the guy forgot to put it in.. ok fine. The girls rings it up, 3.98 for a bottle of soda. Ok also fine. Sit down and realize after my burger that I don’t get my sauce for my fries, had to go ask for it. Individually these things were absolutely not a big deal. But all in one visit, not impressed. I don’t mind the price, or waiting a bit longer for quality food, the staff was super nice, it just wasn’t as good as I was expecting and the little details really killed it for me. Mostly the over peppered burger. I’d give it another shot but I was a bit disappointed. Maybe it was just an off day?

We had to come try The Cali and animal fries while they had them. Celebrating their 2nd year anniversary makes sense. Everyone is friendly and having fun and the food is amazing. Loved it all. The sweet Jackson tea that's made in pensacola is great too!

Paid way way too much for what I got. I ordered the chicken sandwhich (two dry hard prebreaded chicken tenders, two pickle slices and some orange "sauce") I'm guessing the sauce is a remolaud but it was tasteless. Zero taste. The sandwhich fell apart. The fries were meh. My husband got the sauerkraut burger. The bread was weird and chewy and that sandwhich was also tasteless. Spent close to $40 for this garbage. We didnt finish our food threw it away. The two girls working that day seemed bothered that their hang out time was interrupted. They were also blaring their own music over the overhead music which made it not pleasant too much noise. Wouldn't recommend.

Took 45 min to get our food. They lost our order and didn’t say anything even though we were sitting in front of truck. Had to go up to find out. All we got was a sorry.

I went here with my wife during Halloween week. I had the special hocus Pocus Burger, it was a twist with apple slices and a caramelized patty, bacon. Honestly they make a mean burger and would recommend it to anyone nearby. I can't wait to go back.

I just moved to the area about 5 months ago and have been looking for a decent burger place and wow ! Not only was this the best burger I’ve found around here but it’s one of the best I’ve ever had. I had the western burger 🍔 I definitely recommend 10/10

The Halloween themed burger 🍔 was absolutely delicious! The flavors melded together, creating a holiday party in my mouth!! Try the Hocus Pocus with Toil and Trouble Fries! You will not be disappointed!

The food was really good if a bit expensive. I have gone there a couple of times. I really liked the Hocus pocus burger, and boss burger. The fries are really crispy and salted well. The drinks are really expensive $3-$4 each so I would recommend bringing your own if at all possible. Other wise the cost is more reasonable. TLDR Good food but expensive.

This spot was amazing! My husband got the burger of the month and got the western burger with boss sauce. Cooked to perfection and not dry at all. The fries was delicious too. Definitely going again.

Best damn burger I’ve ever had.

Really great original burgers with homemade sauce you can tell is homemade. The fries are a contender for greatly cooked fried, just not a ton of seasoning on em. That’s not a slight, they’re super good, it’s just a different type of fry to say checkers who is really heavily seasoned. The cinco crema is a really good garlic mayo sauce they have as well.

Sauce Boss Burger Co. is located inside The Eatery Food Truck Park and is an absolute gem! The staff were friendly and the service was quick, especially considering it is made to order. The Brunch King is this month’s speciality sandwich and it was amazing! The sauce is tasty but doesn’t over power the other flavors. The Wagyu patties had a great sear; the gouda and bacon pulled it all together! And the French toast bun…so so good!

Wow! I had the Brunch King and it was literally the BEST sandwich ever! And the fries were cooked and seasoned perfectly!

This was the best burger we had on vacation! Amazing flavor!! And the best sweet potato fries I have ever had!! The lady in the truck was super friendly! We sat outside at a picnic table and ate! Fantastic all around! A little pricey but totally worth it!! I want some in Texas!!!

Price is too high and they give you like 7 fries I don't mind paying extra for good food but at least give the amount of food to match the price, burger is really good just love fries to last with the burger I will check out later to see if anything changes.

Had the Humpty Dumpty burger. Absolutely delicious, good seasoning on the patty, thick sliced tomato. The sauce and the egg yolk seep through the other ingredients and mix to enhance the whole burger eating experience. Plus they have unique burgers of the month that can't be missed.

Sauce Boss is a 10/10 in regards to everything. The workers treat you like family, the food is absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of options, and everyone is just there to have an amazing time. Much love
