Constructive feedback. I booked a section for a party of 30, 5 months in advance and these guys fumbled and couldn't even find my reservation when I arrived with all my guests. I had also called earlier the same day to confirm and order some food in advance. Still they had no food nor drinks ready even an hour after arrival and the server repeatedly was hustling me to pay upfront for a service not yet rendered. It was very disappointing

THIS VENUE DOES NOT PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES!!! A majority of their employees they still owe and refuse to pay what is owed to them!!! FROM OVER A YEAR AGO!!!!

High entry fee, poor management.

i came here visiting from out of state. the info on the site and on google is wrong. I came out here at 11pm just to be greeted by a closed establishment. in fact everything on the block was closed. as a woman this was very unsafe. there were also other people who came a couple minutes after me just to find the place closed. very upsetting. bad look on black owned businesses

We came to Savor because we heard such good reviews about the lounge .We had to pay an admission fee of 25.00/person then once we got inside the waitress told us that there were no seats for a party of 2 even though we saw vacant seats.I asked her are they vacant seats reserved and she said yes it for people who want to do bottle service .We went to just have a drink and smoke hookah however there was no way we could order hookah without a seat . I think if they communicated that there’s no seats for two prior to us paying the 50.00 I would of felt a bit better .Would not recommend this lounge .

This the spot is low key and a vibe ! This music is international not just Afro beats. The hookah was amazing, the service was great and fast, and the food was on point! Highly recommended if you’re visiting Miami!

Poor service and very expensive

I visited his lounge from Atlanta and it is a unique Miami experience with great music and yummy food, the jollof and suya was so good. I highly recommend you add this spot to your Miami itinerary!

Great ambiance and music, very nice and beautiful servers, the bartender makes great drinks! It’s a hidden gem.

Let me tell you this is the best Afro Lounge in all of Miami, good food, hookah is amazing and the services there is great, oh yeah drinks will have you living your best life, if your looking for great vibes, music (Dozzy Ross) best DJ ever and great people Savor Wynwood is the place to be

It would be great if they paid salaries to the people who work in this establishment.

They act very rudely towards the people they hire. They were not paid for the hours worked.

We reserved a section for a friend’s graduation for 11PM. We were not seated for 45 min because the staff did not clear people from the section that we reserved promptly. We asked several times and kept being told 5-10 more minutes which they knew wasn’t a truthful timeline. It would have been a lot more professional to just be truthful and say it’s going to take a long time and offer us drinks or something. Once we were seated, we had to repeatedly ask for things. We waited 90 minutes for a Hookah and had to remind them 4 times. We were told there was no more food. We watched a couple next to us who came in an hour after us receive hookah before we did and get food. When we bought these things up and the poor service, staff just repeatedly said “All I can do is apologize.” I understand the service industry is difficult and people’s jobs are hard during busy nights, but so many mistakes repeatedly and no sincere effort to get better was very unprofessional and unwelcoming, particularly given the large amount of money paid.

This is constructive criticism… this establishment has a lot of rules for guests but does not keep to any rules. The server starts by listing guidelines… 2 hour max for table etc. That was a little off puting. The service is poor! Food is ok… they dont have a lot of whats on the menu. The piece of chicken was HUGE.. not my kind. The place has a potential to be a decent space but they have some work to do. I possibly would visit again

They lost me tonight, waited an hour just for hookah. People came after us, got theirs. Food, I ordered jollof and chicken at 1050, she comes back at 1115, no chicken. Cool, ask for snapper, comes back at 1140 no snapper. It’s not even crowded for this foolishness. Last time I came 5 stars tonight no.

Chica had the best service and wonderful personality. I had the jerk/honey wings it was finger licking good. Definitely needed more than four however they were meaty enough to fill me up. Ever in Miami definitely stop by.

Pros: Tasty African Cuisine, Best hookah in all the places I have been to. Wonderful atmosphere! Great djs where the whole song is played without bits and pieces. Cons: there are none but if I want to be really critical. Please update the outside cheap speakers to a little more deep bass ones. Now this place is the best Afrobeats Amapiano place I know in Miami. I live in Maryland but everytime I go down there its my go to place.

I give Savor Lounge 5 stars. I had such an great experience here last weekend and I definitely will be coming again ! The customer service was top tier; My server Chantel was great! The food, drinks and MUSIC was amazinggggg!!

Full Bar with no Premium liquor to sell by the glass! No thank you. I won’t be going back. I’ve never been to a restaurant lounge in miami with no Don Julio Repo or Casamigos Repo by the glass. And that’s what 60% of the girls in miami drink. Make it make sense. Definitely not interested in Milagro. Other than that the food is good, vibe would’ve been good if I actually got to drink what I like. Meet the Demand, make the money. Simple restaurant tactic

Great hookah! $75, but worth it for Miami prices.

I asked for plantain to go and they only packed 3 plantain in a plastic container it was so Hopeless. The music and atmosphere is good but why they act like that with the plantain. I was so disappointed about that since I only opened my take away after getting in the house. Very bad decision why pack only 3 small plantain.

I recently visited Savor Miami in Winwood, and my experience was fantastic. The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, creating the perfect setting for a great time. The owner, Dozzy, was incredibly attentive and personable, ensuring everyone felt valued. The bar staff delivered excellent service, and the drinks were top-notch. It's evident that Dozzy takes pride in maintaining a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this establishment for a delightful night out.

Stopped in Miami for less than 24 hours and came here! We had Chery as our server and she was so sweet and informative. Definitely the hostess with the mostest-- thank you babe!

Chery was the best. Super welcoming and insightful to places we should check out while visiting Miami. Also learned she’s a New England native like myself which was even more of a + 🫶🏾

I cant speak on food I did not eat during my visit. Security check on point on your way in. Metal detection n purse check. Adults only enter here. Not kid friendly. Party family friendly. Drinks was on point in flavor. Waitress was very polite n sweet n knew how to properly serve us. It was cold so she turned on the fire Pitt which I enjoyed very much. The dj was playing great vibes and all requested songs he played, Thank you Dj. Me n my friends had a great time. No fight broke out. Everyone was just vibing n having a great time. Very nice comfortable seating outside in patio area. Tvs was playing entertainment as well. I totally recommend this place. Bathroom was clean. Place was clean. The staff was very good looking and well groomed.

Stopped by for brunch on sunday and had an amazing time. The music was on point, food was good, the mimosas were hittin', and kerby was great. Definitely will be back. Got to meet the owner as well and he was super nice.

Me and guys were there at last Friday. All the stuff was kind, especially IJ the local hookah guy. He made for us a greatest hookah I’ve smoked, changed the charcoals all that stuff, gonna come next time to get the new shisha. Highly recommend that place

2 hour maximum policy is crazy. The entire night was filled with fine print. Asun was not giving asun and the meat in the stew was laughable. They didn’t have suya which was a let down. Drinks were super weak. We ended up getting shots and chasing them with the cocktails. Staff was kind. Music was okay. But overall it was a letdown for a Friday night during carnival weekend.

We came from out of town for Carnival weekend, we stopped here for hookah on Saturday night at 11:45pm. First impression- Wow.. it’s beautiful. We got sat, then ordered. Hookah was amazing. Waitress was nice. They had a DJ played really good music all night.

Cherry had excellent customer service! I’m a bartender and she definitely DELIVERED !!! She took care of all of our needs and was very explanatory! My friend is celebrating her birthday and it was perfect. I would recommend this place anytime. The atmosphere is chill and the DJ is live. This was my first time & I’ll I’ll definitely be back. Recommending Cherry anytime I’m here !!

This is a good afrobests restaurant, our server was great, however the food is way too overpriced that's why they don't have a price listed on the menu. You have a limit of 2hrs seating time and most spend atlease $100 limit. Note; A glass of lemonade is $10, I just think that's a force. It will be good to have a price list so people know ahead what to expect.
