My 6 year old says "It's the best pizza ever" "It's so good" "Best Pizza in Florida". Great service and great food.

Sbarro is one of the bright spots in the mall. Not only is the food hot and fresh, but delicious too. Service is always top notch and with a smile. Love picking up whole pies to bring home. And they always make sure I have enough sauce for the breadsticks.

Pizza is always fantastic! Workers are great and super friendly.

I grew up by the mall in the 90s. Always loved sbarros. Now I work nearby and stop by often for lunch. Still just as delicious as I remember.. very much a nostalgic comfort food for me. John is always in a good mood, it's nearly infectious, and his good vibes pour into the tasty pies.

I've been a patron since the 80's. In fact, I believe a long time employee now owns the place as an adult. The service is top notch and the food is excellent. Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat before seeing a movie next door. They don't just have pizza either (Stromboli and Pasta) and the bread sticks are a must have. Everytime I go to the Merritt Square Mall, I grab a slice of the "White Pizza" (actually a ranch style pizza) and some breadsticks. All the employees are courteous and will reccommend food if you are overwhelmed with choices. It is located in the Food Court next to probably one of the original Chick Fil A's in the state, but I ALWAYS choose Sbarro's.

Great pizza!!! Took a whole pie to go, went across the street to VA park with the kids. Got one of every juice they had. Also got a spaghetti to go....food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend, a local favorite. I am excited to try the white ranch pizza next time also.

Real New York style pizza! They care about their sauce and crust, super yummy! They have pasta too. The manager(owner?) is very friendly and helpful, I hope they never leave the mall. Only 3 or 4 places left by the movie theater, and Sbarro is the best! If you want a real slice, come either here or Ryan's in Cocoa Village.

This establishment is in a mall food court but don't let that deter you. It's one of the only options available for food that's open in the mall. They offer pizza by the slice or made-to order. We got two slices of pizza and they were hot in a few minutes. The quality was good and we enjoyed our pizza. The employee, John was friendly and that made our experience better.

As someone who has visited Sbarro at Merritt Square mall frequently over the years, I can confidently say that they consistently deliver on quality and freshness when it comes to their pizza. But what really sets Sbarro apart for me is the staff. Every time I visit, I am greeted warmly and treated like a valued customer. In fact, I've gotten to know the owner personally over the years, and I can say with certainty that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his restaurant. His passion for good food and hospitality shines through. I will continue to return for my extra crispy slice of cheese and a side of friendly service!

This place is amazing! Best pizza ever! The owner works in the shop and has a great personality. I always stop by when we are in town. I will be back before we head home.

I am delighted every time i come to this Sbarro. The new ranch they put on the white ranch slice is even better than the last. Not to mention the friendly employees that make sure you have everything you need. This Sbarro is the best one I’ve gone to!!!

I was pleased to see the manager stepped up to make sure I was very satisfied before leaving his establishment. Very good. The food was awesome and well proportioned.

First off, the staff there are always super nice, especially the owner John! They always ask me if I want any breadsticks, salads, or any toppings to go with my meal. 10/10 customer service. One day, I tried the baked ziti with meatballs and I've been hooked ever since. Now I make it a priority to stop by at LEAST once a week to get their baked ziti with meatballs. At this point, John sees me and starts to get a ziti ready for me, he's absolutely amazing :D

Sbarros is the highlight of the Merritt Island Mall. Their white ranch pizza is amazing. Their warm breadsticks and Stromboli’s - 10/10! Every time I’ve visited, the workers have been patient, friendly, and fast & efficient. I highly recommend stopping by for a quick slice of their delicious pizza.

This is truly the greatest pizza place I have ever eaten at in my entire life. When you take a bite of this golden food, its like taking a bite out of heaven itself. The staff and owner are awesome as well. Amazing food, great staff, good prices. 10/10.

Had a few Stromboli's from here the other night. I'm not a big fan of chain restaurants, especially when pizza is involved. But these tasted awesome, the guys down there seem really nice too!

I decided to stop by Sbarros as I was shopping in the mall. I was with my family of 6 and we shared 2 white ranch pies. The amount of care that goes into each slice is amazing, as well as the customer service. Overall the experience was unforgettable and we will definitely be coming back next time!!!

One of the longest standing food booths in this mall court. They always have great pizza by the slice or as a whole pie. I was happy that they had a nice healthy side salad to eat after the pizza too. The staff is pretty friendly and always ready to serve their best to any and all walking customers. 😌

They are ok for a food court food. The choices at Merritt Island Square Mall are very limited. There are so many places closed down during these crazy times.

Amazing food and service! I absolutely love the pizza and stromboli. I've been a customer since they opened in the 90's. It has always been great, but the last few times I've been it has gotten even better. The owner, John, truly cares about his product and customers. I can't wait to go back! I have been eating there sence 1999!! They have the best pizza for a good price. All the other menu items are wonderful too. Very friendly staff. I knew the manager there sence he was in high school working there. Great longevity story there!!

The staff here are super friendly and seem like they actually enjoy their jobs. John especially is such a nice and genuine guy, someone get that man a raise. I genuinely don't like big chain pizza places that serve by the slice, but this location is exceptionally good. The staff is friendly, the food is fresh and the flavor has improved since the last time I ate here. So I guess along with Sbarro making it's own ingredient changes and this staff being vigilant about keeping it hot and fresh my experience has improved exponentially. Though the price for a slice of pepperoni, 2 breadsticks and a large drink was over 8 dollars, the quality of the food and the service out did my cost concerns. Keep up the good work at this location please.

The food at Sbarro never ceases to amaze me and the respectable hardworking young men behind the counter always tend to exceed my expectations in delivering exceptional customer service. 10/10 would eat here every day of my life if I lived closer!

By far the best experience I've ever had. For one the hair I found in my stromboli was the longest I've ever seen. Delicious. Btw they have free food on Fridays just say Robert Jenkins sent you.

The service here is great. I always love getting pizza from Sbarro as the staff is kind and are always ready to help. The slices are very big and a great amount of pizza for the price; definitely one of my favorite establishments on the island.

Service is great and so is the food! Always loved coming here as a kid because everyone was so nice and I could always get a big slice of pepperoni. Would recommend!

My mom always gets the white pizza, and I get a slice of pepperoni. The slices are big. I've also tried the pasta before, and it is okay. They give you a lot. The employees are very nice and work hard to get your order to you fast. We will keep going there and enjoying our slices of pizza.

If you eat at the MI Mall, Sbarro is a great place to visit. Pizza is good, service is quick and the overall price is most reasonable. Nice to grab a slice and go.

I like Sbarro's pizzas, so I stop here occasionally. I can't say that I have tried any of their other offerings.

It's a nice stop in the food court. They have a variety of "Italian" foods on the food line. I have only tried the pizza and it's good.

Sbarro is not something I expected to be impressed with. But, the Merritt Island Mall location always has good Italian food made quickly.

Food is 3 stars, but the service is always excellent. My wife routinely gets their spinach pizza with a side of marinara. She loves it everytime. I get their stuffed meat lovers, which (albeit very greasy) is typically good and very filling. Prices are on par with the rest of the food court. The food isn't the best, but it's a far cry from the worst. If you're In the mood for a pizza fix, it's the best bet inside the mall.

I can't help but wonder how long ago their food was cooked as it always seems to have been sitting out for awhile. I prefer pizza and pasta to be served right from the oven. That being said. It is what one might expect from a mall convenience kitchen....nothing more, nothing less.
