people behind the counter are GARBAGE people

How come they charge at Sbarro / Millenia Mall, $20 for a small ( very small) of espagueti with red sauce and 2 little meatballs. Pasta is done getting bacteria from the atmosphere. Never will be back, the food looks so dry, so uncover, greasy. 🤢🤢🤢

This place is a rip off. They say no small size soda. must buy extra large thats almost $4. but if you ask for water they give you a small size cup not a typical plastic water cup. ordered a Stromboli and ask for sauce. charged me $1.19 EXTRA. No where in this country is sauce for a Stromboli extra. The woman working the register looks like she's working at a prison kitchen w/ attitude and then she turns the screen for a tip.! F you is my tip!!!!

Super expensive, it’s pizza it’s supposed to be cheap and quick. Lady at the register covered up the screen and charged me for an extra slice. When I went back to get my money back no apology no nothing she was annoyed I caught on to her. At $7 a slice I am not trying to pay for an extra slice. Expensive and scam artists is my summary of the place, service sucks.

We have not had Sbarro’s in quite some time. My dad used to be a GM for Sbarro’s so we used to eat a lot of it. It’s been 20 years since he’s worked there. The moment we took the first bite from the stuffed pepperoni and sausage pizza it took us back and reminded us how delicious this pizza is!!! The people working were so nice, friendly and very guest service oriented. Highly recommend.

SCAM ALERT! Awful. I asked the price for the veggie slice and they said it was a topping slice, so 6,29. When I paid and got the receipt I saw I was charged in 7.99. The cashier Giselle was very rude and said the lady who told me the price was new in the team. And the price was not displayed. So it’s a scam, don’t eat here. Terrible, I paid more than I wanted. Rude people working here and expensive food.

Muy buena pizza estilo NY. Porciones grandes. Pedimos una pizza entera, la cual se podía personalizar con hasta dos ingredientes, en este caso: mitad pollo y mitad cuatro quesos Bebida se abona aparte

The worst place!! Both me and my friend got Pizzas that was all covered with mould on the back side. I have never seen anything like it!!!

The food was really good, the staff were quick and polite. I work for a company that franchises Sbarro in the UK and was really happy with the product and customer service.

Awful, salads are extremely old and withered, the pizza is probably a 1 out of 10 and they are super expensive for low quality food.

Saturday morning manager provided a friendly experience. My kid enjoyed her pizza.

I order the spaghetti and meatballs and the sauce is not real sauce is just water with oil and tomatoes, the meatballs taste frozen and they are pale. Horrible food and the pizzas look like they been there for a cool 15 mins just sitting there that the cheese is not even white anymore is yellow.

El pan de ajo es un espectáculo. La pizza 10 puntos, nada que envidiarle a otros lados.

It is kind of expensive for what they serve.

Good Food, great staff, the customer service was on point. It’s located in the food court at the mall . They took my order and within 30 second to a minute I was sitting down eating my meal. I got a slice of pizza 🍕 and a coke 🥤. Just a quick lunch while I was doing some shopping . But thank you for a very enjoyable dining experience . Even if you guys don’t want that type of food , there are plenty of different choices of food in the food court and you have all the shops in the mall to enjoy. Do this place is a win for everyone . We recently had issues with this place that was unbelievable. We will not go into details. But since our visit the GM Jason has resolved the issues and we look forward to our next visit. Thank you Jason for making your customers top priority!

Excelente pizza, en particular la pepperoni

It’s good , has a good tasty, not the best quality and prices..

Most employers are nice and they manage to make the line a fast one but they are always running out of cheese and pepperoni new york style which to my understanding is their #1 seller. It really sucks when you’re craving it the whole morning and after walking more than half the mall to get your favorite pizza and they don’t have it nor even apologize for not having it.

They are so great and nice. They try their best every day. The line is always full because the food is so good and cheap. Great customer service.
