One of the best bike shops in the north shore! Responsive, honest service and all who work there are pleasant and friendly. This will be my go to bike shop from now on.

Helped me fix my double baby stroller, in and out, great customer service

I stopped in to see the shop where my second hand bike originally came from. I wanted to get an idea of where I could find parts as I know I have some maintenance coming up. I was welcomed into the shop very warmly, and I was even given some suggestions as where to ride. I'm relatively new to the world of mountain biking so having this friendly interaction was really awesome. Im super excited to go back and get some parts / service. Shout out to Jake.

Just purchased a Stumpjumper Alloy, and I had the best customer service experience. It was raining at the time and the sales associate let me ride the bike as long as I needed to and answered all the questions I had. Even went as far as setting the suspension for me so I felt comfortable testing. This is the second purchase with riverside in the last two years in my family, highly recommend this shop!!

These guys were super friendly. They fixed my chain in about 5 minutes which was great since I was in a hurry to get back out. Will definitely be back if I am in the area.

I would avoid for service, no issues with new bike sales but the service does not stand by their repairs. Went for warranty work on a new bike with the wrong sized tire and was told "sorry this is defective and you have to buy a new tire and pay labor".

This was our family's first trip to Kiawah and Seaside Cycles played a role in making this special. There were 2 instances where we needed some help with the bikes we rented for the kids and each time they were so quick to respond and helped to resolve the minor issue. Thank you so much for jumping in to help right away!

We've been buying from Seaside Cycles for years but can now speak highly of the experience under the new ownership. Trey just helped us find a great BMX bike for our daughter. It wasn't in stock in Manchester so they quickly got it transferred from their Haverhill location. Excellent customer service from start to finish and will definitely return when our younger daughter needs a new bike!

Got my bike assembled here a while back and they were quick doing it and when I was missing a nut for my bike and needed my kickstand adjusted and they were friendly and helpful throughout.

Such helpful and friendly folks! I needed some last minute help with fixing my tubeless setup before a big ride and this shop was recommended. I'm from out of town, and Luke in the service department went above and beyond to get my wheels set up and back to me the same day, which I totally would not have expected as bike shops are so busy right now. I was really impressed by how nice and how thorough they were, and would definitely frequent this shop if I lived here.

This shop is THE BEST- clean (with special care to keep safe during the pandemic), friendly staff, efficient service. Trey is incredible, he listened to what we needed and took time to talk through what my son might need going forward. He literally made my son's month and he hasn't gotten off his bike since getting it except to eat and sleep. We are in the market for new bikes for my husband and I now and so I will certainly be heading back. What an exceptional experience- thank you Trey and Seaside Cycle and see you soon.

Everything went very smoothly with renting 5 bikes and a carrier for our beach stuff. The bikes were in good shape, Seaside Cycle responded quickly when I had question or a small issue , bikes were there when we arrived, etc. All in all, a very good experience with this company.

So glad to have found this place. We needed a new bike for our teen, who had outgrown his. Called a lot of places, but there wasn't a lot -- if anything -- in-stock due to COVID. They had a perfect bike and assembled it by the afternoon. We picked it up and he's already out for a ride. Thanks guys at Seaside Cycle....Ride on!

I brought three bikes in (in different stages of disrepair) for tune ups. I thought the staff did a great job and they were helpful with my questions. It definitely caters to high end mountain biking but you can bring your commuter bike in there and they will help you out.

A colleague of mine talked me into getting back into mountain biking and after a lot of online research I decided to make my first bike purchase in over 20 years. I chose Seaside Cycle because it was close to my house and it had a perfect rating in online reviews. I now know why. After entering the store I was immediately greeted by the owner Scott who was all smiles and nothing but helpful in every way. He talked to me about the bike I was interested in purchasing and helped me order the bike, pedals and a helmet. He even took the time to show me a cool app he uses for his rides and talked to me about the local trails around where I live to get me started. He also invited me to come out with them on their weekly ride on Thursday night rides once I get back into it. I’ll have to pick up sufficient lighting but I plan on taking him up on the offer. I’m really excited about my new bike and I would highly recommend anyone in the area to stop in and see Scott and his team if you are in the market for a new bike and looking for a friendly and knowledgeable experience. 5 Stars all the way! These guys were great! Local bike shop, and offers a great price for bike rentals! I got their hybrid road bike, and man.. it was fantastic. Was able to cruise around Essex county for a day for $35.00! They give you a flat repair kit, too. Honestly, if you're looking for the real deal when coming to Cape Ann, come here. Whether it's for leisure, exercise, exploring, or whatever you need a bike for....this place will hook you up! Tons of supplies and gear, too at a reasonable price. Will always come back here if I need a bike rental!

Brought two bikes in for repairs at different times. Instant assistance with knowledge and courtesy. And a nice selection of products and accessories to look over while waiting for on-the-spot repairs. Great location near the commuter rail station too, so you can get your commuter bike fixed on the way in or out of Boston. Definitely five stars!

We rented a three wheeled electric scooter. It is large enough to fit two adults, is legal/ok to take on the boardwalk, and the price was reasonable. This was so much fun, don't miss out on this great experience!!
