Senor’s is my husband’s and my favorite restaurant in Columbia City. Great food and great value. We love the family that owns this place— genuinely GREAT people.

Food was fine. The server was friendly but service was so slow. Had to ask to put in food order. Food took a while to come out. Had to track down server to pay our bill and sign receipt.

Family of four stopped in for dinner. This place was not your typical Mexican restaurant. The food was on point, the servers were very friendly, and the price was great. The atmosphere was only 4 stars because it was really loud. Every conversation was echoing and it was hard to hear our own conversation. Given the layout, I don't think much could be done to change that.

They were very busy when we were there for dinner, so our service was somewhat slow. Food was good but margaritas were a disappointment.

My niece recommended this place since we were coming in from Fort Wayne. I’m picky about Mexican food. We came in right as they were closing at 2 on Friday afternoon. We didn’t realize they were closing. Tracy, the server, insisted we stay. She was so friendly and made sure we didn’t run out of anything. The salsa was actually full of flavor. The chips were a little hard but the second batch was better. The food was hot and delicious and more than enough to leave feeling full. The atmosphere wasn’t fancy or even all that nice but it is clear they put their money and time into the food and that is why I came here.

Someone I know through work gave me a little tip that I should try out a little place on main Street in Columbia City called Señor Fajitas. After experiencing the cozy atmosphere and the wonderful food, I'm sure that anyone local to the Columbia City area already knows when I'm about to say. You might be a little hesitant to pull open that little orange door off of main street with the hours painted on it under the Señor Fajitas sign but don't be. The atmosphere that you will find inside is warm and inviting and you won't forget the food. The place really exudes the feeling of a small mom and pop authentic Mexican place. You really get the feeling that everybody knows each other and the staff treats you like family. Onto the food. The salsa! I mean it's good enough to buy a big jug of it and I think maybe they even sell it by the container. If you want to have it. I probably could have just had chips and the salsa all night long. I really really missed out by not having any of the queso so I'm going to have to get some of that the next time I go back. I have eaten at many of the Mexican restaurants around town and both my wife and I feel like we had some of the best authentic Mexican that we've had at Señor Fajitas. I ordered the tacos al pastor traditional with onion and cilantro with soft corn tortillas. I'm not usually a huge cilantro fan, but these tacos were amazing. They were served with a green salsa that wasn't very spicy at all but was very very flavorful. All together. They were some of the best tacos that I've had. My wife had the hard tacos with chicken topped with lettuce, tomato and cheese. She really enjoyed them and commented that they were some of the best tacos she had as well. If you haven't visited this small Mexican place right off of main Street, I really encourage you to do so and support your local restaurant owners while having some really great food.

Food was one step above taco bell. Drinks were weak and too sweet. Staff was friendly but kitchen was slow. We won't go back.

Ordered the 2 beef burrito dinner. I could not believe the burritos were the size of a cigar. Very disappointing. If I would of been told they were so small I'd of ordered 10 of them. I did not order the combination plate. Tell people their getting the 5 year old and younger plate.

I have been twice now, and I wasn't a fan either time. I ordered two different items, and both tasted the same. Chips and salsa is above average. Servers are helpful and kind. While not the worst I have had I most likely will try other places in town. Give them a try for yourself though! Maybe just not my taste.

Many people I know have told me that they travel from Fort Wayne, Huntington, or Warsaw, to come eat at Senor Fajitas because its just that good! The food is always hot, fresh, and flavorful. The best street tacos around, whether you get ground beef, shrimp, steak, or chicken! The fajitas are also a hit. Great staff and good service, even when they get very busy on the weekends. 10/10 I recommend it to everyone I know!

This place deserves ALL of the stars! Such a tremendous find! The food is authentic and it’s a family business that runs well with ample love! I wish we would have taken photos of our food, but maybe that’s a blessing in disguise so you’ll just have to go experience it for yourselves. 10/10 recommend this to any and everybody! Can’t wait to be back in Columbia City to eat here again!

Very unassuming place, with a long and skinny dining area and a bar at the back. Food is pretty spectacular, but the appearance of the building is sorta bleh and little to no decor in the dining area. Staff is friendly, but clearly overworked, bless their hearts, and they do their very best for customers from what I saw. Nice gals~! Also incredibly affordable, so for the price, the food tastes even better, haha. It's worth a stop, for sure.

Great service, good food. Reasonable prices. Got steak salad about $10. 3 tacos with rice and beans about $12. Have combo dinners burrito and taco etc with rice and beans about $12. Parking in back plentiful but parking in front limited.

On Friday at 5p this place filled up quickly. Overall tasty food. The chips felt a bit stale but the salsa was flavorful with a bit of heat. The quesadilla was extremely cheesy and full of shredded chicken. We had two chimichangas, one shrimp and one steak, both were flavorful. We also got a taco salad which I did not get a photo of but was underwhelming. Compared to other Mexican restaurants the taco salad was lacking in size and flavor. The rice that comes with the meals needs more flavor. The price was perfect and on the cheaper side compared to other Mexican restaurants. Service was speedy, friendly, and great. The food came out quickly and hot. Get fresh chips and this place would be 4 stars.

I love this place! My family moved here from New Mexico about 9 years ago. And we've tried EVERY Mexican place around here, Warsaw and fort Wayne. This place is authentic and taste just like home. It's a family owned business and the vibes are it! If you haven't, give this place a try 😉 and make sure when you go to ask for the HOT salsa. The super burrito is amazing! And so is the enchilada dinner plate.

Great local spot, good food, good atmosphere

I bring my 4 children to CC every Monday for music lessons. Monday is dubbed “Mexican Monday” our usual place was closed this Monday so we decided to try Senior Fajita. It’s a hole in the wall so I thought it was going to be good. … I guess let’s start with the positives- our waiter was nice, and you can tell he was really trying. … Now let’s talk about food: it’s edible. The salsa was SALTY, SO SALTY. The chips are STALE. The arrows con pollo 3 of my 4 children ordered was flavorless with queso over one small spot it was mostly dry. My daughter ordered arrows con asada - and same flavorless and dry (she didn’t even eat hers) I ordered fajita chimichanga and the fajita veggies were mush. I didn’t eat the breading/ shell because it tasted like it was fried in old grease. I ordered queso with steak and received queso (milky low quality) w/ ground beef that was worse than Taco Bell quality meat. Also, the quantity of food that was on my childrens plate was laughable in compared to what we receive for the same meal elsewhere. It was mostly all beans with a small portion of rice and meat. Our family eats Mexican frequently and have tried MANY places. This was HANDS DOWN the WORST Mexican restaurant we have ever been too, and definitely will never return. Our bill was over $70 which I have no issue spending when the food is good. I contemplated leaving an honest review because even though the food is trash our waiter was speed walking everywhere, trying super hard to service customers bless his heart.

Friendly staff... upbeat atmosphere

Food is good and so is service. However, lately good luck actually being able to dine in. I have tried to eat there 6 time in the last few month. I keep reading a sign saying they are out on vacation or shortage. I drive from Fort Wayne into Columbia City for business. I plan to eat there everytime and they are closed. They must be doing well to take that many vacation. **Update**: I'm done going in. Food has really gone down hill. Service is really slow and hard to even get a refill on your drink. It would also help if my food was actually hot too.

The salsa was good and fresh,the tacos were tiny and tasted like tacobell fast food ,not pleased especially for a Mexican restaurant, very disappointing, the arroz con Pollo was so salty it was hard to even finish,I honestly am quite frustrated that the sign says have a seat and we sat down and the waitress had us stand back up so she can wipe the table down then have us stand and wait then sit back down it was pretty unprofessional, all in all for Mexican food this is very disappointing and will never be back,I'm surprised a Mexican restaurant doesn't have horchata on the menu or Asada or pastor,the queso dip tasted like runny milk or a cheap cheese sauce from Walmart ,any body who is okay with this has no taste in actual food

Friendly servers, good food! Warning: The Super Burrito is big. Like pregnant with half a calf big. They mean "super". That said, if you're prepared to eat a football, go ahead and order it. Steak recommended, it's delicious.

Ground beef in my taco was VERY bland and quite disappointing. My wife's chicken tacos were amazing and full of flavor, it's like they came from different kitchens. Not too much seating, only about 8 tables, maybe, plus the bar. Margaritas were strong tho!

I went with two friends of mine to have lunch and had great service. Both my friends and I were satisfied with the meal and staff. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes Mexican and the Mexico feel to the environment. Most likely will be going back for future lunches.

It was good. The food was good and the service was okay. When we got there it was not to busy and our waitress was good then people kept coming in and we seen her less and less. Over all I liked their food and the portions where large and my grandchildren loved their chips and salsa.

It was OK. The salsa isn't great, but there is a lot of it! The chip basket was kept full, too. I had a fajita quesadilla which was pretty good, although the rice and beans were only meh. The margaritas were good! This place was really busy on a Friday night, so it's popular with the local crowd.
