We ordered a veggie pizza with no sauce on a Friday night, and after picking it up and returning home we discovered that they had mistakenly put sauce on the pie. After calling up and explaining the mistake, they very quickly (and with many apologies) made a new veggie pizza (sans sauce), and hand delivered to our house 30 minutes later. The pie was incredible, and the service was top notch. Thank you again!

Far as New York style Pizza goes, this is the real!!! Everybody that comes in there is treated like family atmosphere is exceptional!!!! The food is fantastic. !!!!

We finally made it here to try the pizza everyone keeps raving about on social media. It was so good. The pizza reminded my husband and me of the pizza from NY and NJ that we've been missing. The owners were super welcoming and even treated us to zeppelin since it was over first visit. We will definitely be back!

Just an update. Still the best by far in the area. Visited today with a native New Yorker who is quite fussy about her pizza being of Italian heritage. She may not return to England after such a fantastic treat today. Grandma’s pizza and “the Italian slices were heavenly. Tutto Bene!

Food: If you are looking for a traditional NY Piece of Pizza this is the place to go. I got the grandma slice. The balance of cheese and sauce to the crust was perfect. Service: Everyone was super nice. They didn't have any grandma when I came in. I wanted a slice and they made a whole pie just because. Atmosphere: looks like a NY Pizzeria with Yankees, Mets and Sopranos photos on the wall I definitely will be back when I'm in this neck of the woods

I am from NY and this is the best pizza in Jacksonville. The chicken cutlet pizza and Zeppolis are absolutely phenomenal , Service has to be the best in Jax!! Cannot wait to come back!!

The best pizza and calzone in Florida

I can’t say enough about this establishment. The food is amazing. Probably the best pizza I’ve had in the area. Very authentic! Family owned. Some of the best customer service my family has received. And the New York vibe with all the iconic sports memorabilia makes one feel like they are right down the street from Yankee stadium.

I had a rice ball special. My hubby had a meatball hero , our Goddaughter had an eggplant Parm hero and we all had garlic knots. I tasted their food and I was impressed. Me being Italian and cook homemade , look for places that I can say is excellent. I would recommend serafinas for certain. I thought the marinana sauce was excellent. I usually have a hard time chewing mozzarella. I was so impressed how easy I was able to chew and break it down that I had to ask Chris the owner what's his secret was , he simply said he uses one of the best mozzarella brands. The person who recommended serafinas was Vinny from feeling sharpish . I recommend Vinny for all blade sharping. The next time in Jax we will definitely eat at serafinas.

I'm from the Bronx , my wife and goddaughter are from Brooklyn , have we had some great food and conversation with the owner , Chris , his daughter , and the rest of the staff 👍😁😎 I encourage you who are reading this , to go as often as possible , cuz they have a really extensive menu 😃

The pizza is fantastic! And the atmosphere makes me feel like I’m home with all the pictures of the Yankees and “New York” icons.

I visited this pizzeria after having it recommended to myself and my godparents being that we’re all originally from NYC, 2 out of 3 from Brooklyn. We were kindly greeted by the owner(I believe) Chris with whom we all had a pleasant conversation before ordering. We ate in, my godmother was blown away by how good she found their mozzarella cheese to be in her dish. My eggplant parmigiana hero was huge and absolutely delicious and my godfather had a meatball hero and was only able to eat half. We also shared an order of Garlic Knots which were really good as well. Overall it was a great experience. The televisions had multiple great movies on, the walls are decorated with a bunch of photos from NYC really cool ambience. I enjoyed visiting during my time in Florida.

Great NY style pizza. Some of the best we have had in North Florida. If you like tge small authentic NY pizzeria feel. Then this is a must try. Make sure you say hi to Chris and his wife Christina!

Serafina’s Pizzeria is a really nice place to stop by and dine in or take out! All the staff are friendly and professional. The food is fresh and delicious!!! It’s worth checking out and the prices are fair.

I've never been to New York but, Serafina's Pizzeria brings the best NewYork pizza I've tasted here in Florida. If you haven't had chance to visit this place, it's definitely worth the stop.

So do your self a favor and get a pizza and I also recommend the Rice Balls. They are just like Mama use to make them!

I work next door and we all order from here nearly every shift if not every other. The workers and owners are so sweet. Pizza is easily one of the best I’ve had in jax, and their mozzarella sticks are ridiculously good, Definitely recommend!!

This is probably the best pizza in the Fruit Cove area -- definitely the best we've had so far (we've lived here for 21 years). We've eaten in the restaurant a couple of times and picked it up for takeout. It's definitely best eaten right out of the oven in the restaurant. Make sure to order some zeppoles, too! 2024 update: We still think this is the best. Added new photos.

Best pie I’ve ever had. Get the New York pie you will not be disappointed. This is a 9.1 for me and I’ve never had anything better. Owner is super friendly and even though I’ve never been up north this is what I would imagine it feels like and tastes like. It’s a standing ovation for me folks!

I was absolutely impressed with everything about Serafina's! Words couldn't even express the greatness I experienced and it's one you would have to experience on your own to understand. The food was fresh, delicious, and fulfilling 😋The atmosphere was clean, cozy, energetic, friendly, and very welcoming 🫶 but the level of service was OUTSTANDING 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽From time of entrance to the time I exited they made sure that I had everything I needed in order to enjoy my experience. The waiter made a mistake on the order and before even bringing the order out she acknowledged the error, took accountability, apologized, made us aware of the error, and provided us with solutions to correct the error💪🏽Sadly I was only visiting Jacksonville for a company trip and can't visit frequently but I made sure to tell my company all about them and will be sure to visit everytime I'm in town! Wish I could give them more than 5 🌟 If you're in the area I highly recommend you stop by..you won't regret it. Serafina's Pizzeria thank you for providing a great experience.

FIRST, let me say, being from NY…this place IS…AUTHENTIC! If you want good pizza, this is THE PLACE! If this place could have a tag line, it should be : Serafina’s: The days of not getting good pizza, are over! On top of the food being over the top delicious, they graced us with a free order of zeppoles and they were amazing. Not greasy, FRESH! Their Grandma sicilian pie is definitely the best we ever had. And their regular pie is absolute top tier. My rating: 10 out of 10! Can’t give an 11 on the scale but we’ll give 5 stars for the NY atmosphere and amazing service, its more than safe to say, WE WILL BE BACK!

This is best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Not only was it delicious, but it came out so quickly. We ordered the fried ravioli as well. Came with 8 pieces and a delicious sauce. The woman at the register whom I assume owns the buisness was so kind. She gave us a free dessert !!! We chose this place because of the reviews and it did not disappoint. Will most certainly be back.

Don't bother going anywhere else. The pizza is a 10. The pies are heavy full of ingredients. My husband and I were only able to eat 1 slice it was so heavy. The olive oil they use has got to be one of the best. I also had a decent sized portion of linguini with garlic & oil and very inexpensive. The garlic knots are very big and absolutely delicious. I'm shocked how good this place is. Why we didn't come here sooner I'll never know.

The pepperoni pizza was big and delicious. The salad was fresh and good with the creamy Italian dressing. I did not care for the garlic knots too big and chewy for my taste. Service was very good and in such a small space. They were extremely busy but took care of everyone.

Best NY style pizza in St John’s

I know everyone has their own opinion - so let's just start THERE. In MY opinion - Serafina has the best NY pizza in Jacksonville. Probably the best pizza in all of NE Florida. Yes, others try and come remarkably close SOMETIMES - Serafina's is consistently EXCELLENT. yes, I'm a pizza snob. you got a problem wit dat?

I wanted to try this pizzeria based on others’ suggestions on a Jax foodie Facebook page. I told my friends and family to meet us to try it. From the minute we walked in, they made us feel so welcomed. The garlic knots are HUGE!! I’ve never seen garlic knots this big! They were delicious. Each one was the size of a biscuit and really buttery. There were six of us so we ordered slices and also a pie. The hot honey pizza was huge!! Each bite was delicious. The crust was perfectly crispy and stayed crispy with each bite. This is a true NY pizzeria and the slices taste just like the slices in NYC. My husband’s family lives in midtown Manhattan and this is as close as you’re going to get to a NY slice. The owners are from Brooklyn and so friendly. Cathy spent some time talking to us and is such a lovely lady. We will definitely be back. My new favorite pizzeria. I also like the service a lot better than Tony D’s which was our go to for so many years. We all agreed that this place is a lot friendlier with better pizza. As buisness owners ourselves, we love to spend money where we feel appreciated as customers. 5 stars from start to finish! ⭐️
