Sestola Pasta is a gem which we heard about from friends. The owners are clearly dedicated to the highest quality authentic fresh Italian foods. Here you will find daily made pastas, salads, focaccia and other delights. Our first meal from Sestola was Eggplant Parmigiana and Pistachio-Guanciale cream sauce all over freshly made pasta. There is also a small deli counter where you can get hard to find Italian meats and cheeses. They also sell gluten free pasta options. On our second visit to Sestola Pasta we picked up a few Paninis. They were absolutely delicious and were of a generous portion. Find some time to try some authentic Italian food hand made buy a chef that is clearly passionate about bringing quality food to customers.

Seriously, I don't know how I got so lucky as to get these guys in Airpark. Their charcuterie and sandwiches are fantastic, and while I haven't had a chance to try the pastas and meals yet because I've only gone for lunch as of yet, I am 100% certain it's as good as you're going to find. The staff and the owners are fantastic as well. Whatever you get is worth the price, you're not likely to find anything close to Sestola anywhere in the area. I can't say enough nice things about them. Just go try it! Edit: make sure to go into the shop and try the samples too! They get creative, but not just for creativity-sake, everything I've tried has been good.

A friend of mine highly recommended Sestola Pasta, and I'm glad she did. I had the Milano and my wife had the Capri, and they were among the best panini we've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, and high quality, down to the olive oil. This is a great place, and I highly recommend it as well.

Being on a plant based diet it has been difficult to find food close by. So glad this place opened. So fresh and delicious.. Very friendly.. Highly recommend. My new regular lunch spot. Excited to also order dinner to take home.

Walked in to Sestola for the first time and asked for their “Can’t miss” menu item (my personal first time procedure). With NO delay, they prepared their Parma focaccia sandwich. Amazing flavors, textures and SUPER quality ingredients!! Sandwich was so good…my eyes crossed. Bob, Emy and Wendy sure know how to make a first and lasting impression!!

We had the yummiest sandwiches from here! The owner is very friendly and helpful! The food is absolutely delicious. The frozen prepared sauces are very convenient to take home!

We decided to stay in for Valentine’s this year once I saw what Sestola Pasta was offering for the occasion and it was amazing in every way! The dinner for two came with two types of handmade pasta, a gorgeous charcuterie plate, flavorful foccacia, dessert and thoughtful enhancements including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and parmesan. The ravioli with a truffle cream sauce was decadent! The vodka sauce on the heart shaped rigatoni was so fresh and fantastic. The selection for the charcuterie plate was unique and so complementary. It was more than enough to allow us leftovers which we were excited for the following day. The delivery and packaging was so professional. The brochures and instructions were top notch and made it fun to assemble together on our Valentine’s “date”. I recommend this authentic Italian cuisine without hesitation! UPDATE: We got a wonderful assortment of charcuterie, pasta, sauces and focaccia for a ladies weekend in a cabin! Everyone was thrilled with it! The flavors were divine! Although I’d had most of it before, it was my first time having the eggplant Parmesan and it may have been the best I’ve ever had!! Thank you Chef Emy! Hoping to get to the store soon for a caprese sandwich and pasta to go!!

I stopped in for lunch yesterday and the sandwich was fantastic! The meat was sliced right there and the bread was perfect!

Awesome focaccia sandwiches to take out for lunch on a workday and even take home some prepared food like eggplant parmesian for dinner. Haven't tried everything they have to offer but looking forward to trying more of their fresh noodles and deli section to take home to shortcut some Italian food or charcuterie.

We have ordered the home-delivery meals several times and have enjoyed all the fresh pasta dishes. Each box set comes with a prepared charcuterie board and yummy dessert and makes for a very nice dinner. Our favorite meal is the eggplant parmesan, which is fantastic. We recently asked Sestola Pasta to provide food for a party, and they delivered (on time) a large and beautiful charcuterie board, grilled veggies and burrata bites. Everyone admired the presentation and enjoyed it all. We are excited that the market has opened and can't wait to visit. Grazie mille for a wonderful spread!

The fresh pasta and the sauces were amazing! Oh lord, one must try the focaccia!!! Truffle sauce out of this word!! yum yum!! Chef Emy is very friendly, and welcoming. She knew her craft!

My first purchase was the meal box for two. The packaging reflected the owners approach to providing a high quality product. We started off with an antipasto tray that included a lovely mix of meats, sheeted, fruit, and nuts. Next up was the pasta entrees. The pasta was fresh and beautifully packaged. Our meals came with clear instructions, with little to no prep. My favorite was the pasta with pistachio/guanciale/cream sauce. The focaccia was good warmed up and served with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I even had enough bread to make a sandwich the next day. I will definitely purchase from Chef Emy again. The meal boxes make a great house warming, new baby, or a thank you gift. I look forward to supporting this local business and watching it grow.

If you want to treat yourself to the maximus, order from Sestola Pasta. It exceed all our hopes and dreams and took us to Italia for two amazing hours while we dined on truly the most delicious Italian antipasti, pasta, sauces, dolce, with all sort of amazing accoutrements and surprises added! It's the most fun Ive had dining in a very long time. We order from them EVERY single time they offer their home delivered meals.But now we have an actual place to go to to satisfy our cravings whenever we have them! We are so lucky this place is in the DC area!!

We have ordered and prepared Sestola Pasta to eat multiple times-and been at a dinner party with Chef Emy! and each time it was easy to do and Superb to eat!!!! We will be a customer for a long time !
