Racist activity. Out of all the kids in there talking and being loud they come to our table and tell us our 2 and 3 year old have to be quiet. Telling us this while other kids are literally yelling.

I am sure he is one of the managers. His personality was great. That's what brought me back to the restaurant.

Smothered pork sandwich hit the spot! Coleslaw tasty. Hubby's burger good, but needed more seasoning.

I haven’t had Shane’s rib shack since I was a little girl.I have always love love love loved their ribs.This was one of the nights where I was not in the mood too cook.I decided hey lets eat some Shane’s ribs.I purchased ribs,smoked wings-lemon pepper,baked beans,fries and banana pudding.Omg 10/10 sooo delirious.The only thing ill say is…way to heavy on the lemon pepper sauce for the smoked wings and caused some of the fries to b a little soggy..but doesn’t bother at all..jus a bit messy….will be returning on a regular!!!!!

I got hardly any pork or coleslaw on my sandwich and the coleslaw was massive pieces of cabbage and mayo...that's it...how the heck is that coleslaw ? With a price of 15 bucks for one lunch sandwhich and mediocre fries at best , will never go again. Sorry

Amazing melt in your mouth brisket. The Shane's spicy bbq sauce made the dish. My waitress was really sweet and helpful.

Ordered takeout, food was perfect, meats were tender, service prompt and friendly. Plates were well packaged with all utensils, including individually wrapped hand towels. Not a big fan of BBQ from restaurants and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place and would even use to cater a party.

Upon entering, Rex cashier/ waiter patiently professionally waited on us. We love Shane's Barbacue, Mac & cheese, baked beans, fried okra & a variety of foods & the sauces are delicious! 😋 a nice outing for a couple or group.

Nice owner. It was late so the food seem not as fresh. Good flavor. Brisket sandwich was good. Will try again earlier in day for fresher food..stay tuned.

Just did carry out 3 times this week. Tried the ribs, chicken salad, pulled pork, and the bbq burger. All excellent! Will definitely come back! Friendly staff.

This was SO good! I got the BBQ burger, which is super affordable for the size and quality of the meats! I come here with my family and get $5-3-chicken-tenders Tuesdays and feed family of four for only 30 bucks! Love it! And such great customer service!

Ribs are the best ive had yet. Tender to the bone. Little to no fat. Smoked flavor was on que. Service was on top of charts. Restaurant was clean. Parking lot as well

Absolutely awful, it's like they just threw our to go order together even if it wasn't edible. Had to throw away the whole meal. And since it was brought to me I wasn't going to drive all the way there to get my money back. Have to call bank to get money back. HORRENDOUS!! AWFUL!! TERRIBLE!! DO NOT GO HERE!

got the grilled chicken salad- lettuce wasn’t fresh, chicken wasn’t good, & there were gnats flying in my face while i tried to eat. i won’t be back

Hamburgers are the best you can find on the Westbank, DELICIOUS, tried onion rings 1 more time 3xs not a charm, Horrible soggy again will never order those again

I've been to dozens of BBQ places across the United States and I can honestly say this is the BEST BBQ I've had. Cheaper than most places and absolutely delicious. The ribs are fantastic - juicy, fall off the bone, excellent smokey flavor, and their homemade BBQ sauce is amazing! The staff was super friendly and even cleared our plates. If you get the chance, you HAVE to stop by here!

Decided to try a new place- glad we did. The smoked wings with Honey BBQ sauce- delicious! Also enjoyed the fried okra. Got the pork baked potato, and it was ok.

Discovered Shane's by accident while working on the Westbank. The staff and food were outstanding. The ambiance was wonderful.

Well.... this place has been hit or misses of late. Most recently, the usually great smoked wings were way undercooked and the brisket was just bad :( It's counter service, so not much by way of service and the atmosphere is basically non existent.

Mmmm mmmm good. I had the chopped beef on a bun and it was fantastic topped with Shane’s Spicy BBQ sauce. The side of fries were hot and crispy. The young man that took my order was very helpful. Customer service was awesome and I felt special every time they checked on me calling by my name. This is going to be my go to place for BBQ in the future!

Very disappointing. 1. The ribs we received were very tough, chewy and needed to be carved off the bone with a knife. Worst quality ribs I've ever encountered. 2. The staff that provided the food were rude when we picked up our order, acting very immature, and more focused on screwing off with other staff. 3. The order was incorrect. Each order was placed online, marked with a name for the party (none of which were labeled). One individual ordered the Grilled Chicken Wrap, as a combo, and we never received the side of coleslaw nor the drink. This container was also smashed beyond recognition at the bottom of the bag, with it's cheap styrofoam container broken at the hinges and the top was caved in. 4. The sides of sauce were all marked on each order. This was NOT followed by the staff, and only a few random sauces were added. NOT what was requested. 5. The grilled chicken tenders that were packed into one of the orders were tough, and extremely dry. Needless to say, they went straight to the trash. I cannot advise for eating IN this place, but after this experience, it's likely I would not, nor would I recommend it. The only plus side, would be at least you could complain about the food in person. HIGHLY recommend never ordering to go or delivery from this place at this point. I cannot say that I would give this place another chance at the prices they have.

This was my first time in Shane's. I was on the Westbank for an appointment and hadn't eaten. When I did a search Shane's Rib Shack showed up and boy am I glad that I came! The cheese burger was hot and delicious, the peach cobbler was excellent, the baked beans reminded me of my Mom's and the service was outstanding! Sadie my server went beyond anything that I expected! If you get a chance, or looking for a great place to grab a bite, check out Shane's. You won't be sorry that you made the trip! 🤗

Wife wanted to try something new. So we read a few reviews of this place and decided we would give this place a try. The food was really good and reasonably priced. The BBQ sauce was awesome. We bought 4 bottles to go home with. Friendly service too.

Shane's Rib Shack thats located on the westbank food is out of this world. There Half slab ribs with potatoe salad ane beans hit the spot. There customer service is very great and the atmosphere is family orientated. I highly recommend this location to my family and friend.

It really wasn’t giving.. Heard a great review about it and It really wasn’t anything to write home about. Now the place was clean I can say that. But first off, the girl at counter was in the phone. I’m assuming it was the manager that called bc she was in trouble for doing something else. But needless to say, she was on the phone taking my order. Which caused her to ring me up for PS, instead of M&C. Personally I didn’t care that she didn’t asked if we wanted drinks, but that’s not too important. The food was mid at best. The beans taste like they were dumped from a can with maybe an onion for seasoning. Mac was ehh. I got the ribs and pulled pork which was actually okay. The best thing for me was the toast tho. That there was made good!

First time eating here, I usually pick up delivery orders. Very happy with my lunch, i had the sampler plate with Mac n cheese and green beans for sides. The chicken was excellent, tender and tasty. Very friendly service and he was totally honest about the Mac and cheese.I enjoyed my meal and will be back.

Pretty decent. A little pricey for chicken tenders and a drink doesn't come with it. But if you want something different it's not a bad place to eat. .

I just ordered some smoked wings and fried wings...and I usually don't do reviews...but this was the worst wings..smoked and regular I've ever had..I hate wasting good money on bad food...the good thing is my grandson thought they were good...but he's 12 and not a Chef...the young lady at the counter was nice..and that was it...all it takes is one bad experience for me and that's it...She said Jumbo Wings..these wings were the smallest wings I have ever seen..Tweety Bird wings were bigger than these....again I hate wasting good money on bad food..Fifty Dollars wasted..Never again..Thank You Shane's Rib Shack

The ribs were cold. The baked beans were burned. The cokeslaw was dry. The peach cobbler seemed like it was "boiled" instead of baked. The peach cobbler was soggy, tasteless and custard like. The food came fast and my sister enjoyed the peach tea. We won't return to Shane's. If you are looking for some oven baked bbq then Shane's is the place for you.

The food is so good. In my opinion, they have the best BBQ in town, but let's talk about the phenomenal customer service that they offer. Even if their food wouldn't have been good, the customer service alone would've won me over. Every time that I've visited, the experience has been excellent.

Brisket sandwich on Texas toast luke warm and dry and not shredded like the pork, husband had. Peach cobbler dry. Sweet potatoes was the same cost of an entire bag of frozen sweet potatoes at Walmart. However, they were hot and tasty, and the people who worked as cashiers and bused the table were friendly. Sorry not going back.

To say it's a family own business you would think they would have more character. I can honestly say the cashier ladies are very friendly. I had two bad experience and it wasn't taken care of properly and I'm still waiting on my food to be replaced. But when you know better, you only do better. And money spends every where!

My wife and I used to eat at Shane's Rib Shack in GA all the time which led us to stop once we saw one in LA. It was just as delicious and the service was great as well! We were constantly being checked on to see if we needed anything. All around great experience for my wife and I!

Ribs were okay, I wanted more sauce cooked in them. But they were tender.

Food is great... 1st time trying smoked wingz and they were wonderful with spicy BBQ Sauce... Peach cobbler is best cold to me from here... Great service give them a try if u want sum great BBQ ... They are way better than Dickey's BBQ for sure sure

The ribs were tough and not fall off the bone. The sides were skimpy. The bbq sauce was good. Id buy bbq sauce from Shanes in the future but not the ribs or skimpy sides. The place is neat and clean and has friendly service. 3 stars for service, sauce and cleanliness.

OMG yeah, we will definitely be back here!!! I got the plate, my son got the baked potato. Portions are generous (we both have small appetites) and we had enough left to eat the next day too.

You can't get any better than this place. Good vibes and even better food, even down to the homemade desserts. And what I found out today is that there's an app for them that gives discounts and free food with the collection of points...ALL WORTH IT, especially if, like me, you're either in there all the time or get delivery.
