Google Readers who are coffee enthusiasts. This is a must stop if you’re in the area. If you searched for coffee and Shine Coffee popped up then I suggest a quick drive-by and order a drink. I ordered espressos and the owner uses Ethiopian Beans which has a fruity dark chocolate flavor. Bravo to the owner for serving quality coffee.

Delicious coffee that I regret waiting to try. There's a few parking spots. You can hang out under the umbrella and sit at the little tables. The barista was friendly and quick. Love the lavender latte. My husband liked the cinnamon roll.

Great coffee truck. Had the iced Fall Boy - pistachio, vanilla, cardamom, double espresso, and milk. You get each of the flavors in every sip. Nice dude working the truck and the drink was ready pretty quickly.

I liked their coffee so much that I had it TWICE today…! We had coffee catered from Shine at work this morning.. I ordered a hot Apple Sin (yummy!) Was in needing some refueling by the afternoon so I drove over and got myself some more & this time I tried a Banana latte with oat milk (DELICIOUS!!!)

This coffee truck has great lattes. It's a nice spot to sit and ponder with the outdoor furniture. Although it's a little pricey, the location makes up for it. Sometimes I wish it was open in the evenings.

6 stars if I could. Twon is not only a great barista but has done an incredible job of making his coffee destination a wonderful place to get coffee in the Pearl and Tobin Hill neighborhood. Keep up the great work!

I love trying new local coffee when I come home to visit. I ordered a dirty chai latte and it didn't disappoint. Will be back to try other items in the menu.
