Slow service, they are sure taking their time to just make 1 coffee. One coffee 5 minutes while chit chat and day dreaming. Staffs looks grumpy as well, will not come back. You dont need my small money.

Great coffee place. Music is just right....not too crowded, and coffee is great. I messed up my order (realized that when it came out) but the kind Missy at the counter helped to make the exact one that I prefer (and she gave a discount too). Would definitely recommend this place.

The coffee that I had this morning was great. I ordered a croissant with ham and cheese however she gave me one that just a had cheese. Small mistake but the food was good. I got a bagel second was great but took a while to come out. I’m just giving a full review. I still had a great time there and the vibes were great.

Industrial style coffee shop. Frequently filled with folks working and enjoying the delicious offerings. There is plenty of seating indoors with a few small tables outside. Try their iced maple latte. Sweet and refreshing.

The coffee and atmosphere are great! But the food offerings are terrible. I got a ham and cheese croissant that was truly atrocious. Would really like to see them get some new (and better) food options

Seating is never available because all the seats are taken by laptops that sit there for hours sipping on a cup of coffee. Not the place to go if you're looking to enjoy a coffee break. Would not recommend.

Shot Tower is by far my favorite coffee shop in south Phila. Their prices are unbeatable, coffee is delicious, and staff are all so nice. It's also spacious, with plenty of seats to stay and enjoy your coffee or do some work (there's free wi-fi). Highly recommend! If you're in the mood for more food than a bagel or delicious pastries, the neighborhood has plenty of options (two faves are Taco Heart & The Bagel Place).

Coffee and bagels were good. Unfortunately I was asked to leave because I had my service dog with me. If you have trained service dog they may not let you in or let you stay.

went in for a iced latte and decided to grab a ham and cheese croissant as well. Asked if they could heat it up which they said they could but when I actually ate it less than 5 minutes after it was completely cold. Croissant was gooey, cheese was hard, and the flavor was pretty mid. It’s fine if it couldn’t be heated up but after agreeing, taking it somewhere for 2-3 minutes, and then serving still cold was odd.

I like the coffee, and the baristas are typically very nice. However, I started going to Shot Tower consistently because I learned that they have a rewards program. I signed up for the rewards program, but every time I try to use it, the system is down. So, I can't use the rewards system. This has happened the last 7 times (I counted) that I've been in there. At this point it's starting to feel like a scam.

I wish some things can change, but it's an okay spot for the mornings.

I'm writing this review live from the high top counter facing true West in Shot Tower, watching the yellow leaves fall down from the sycamore tree while sipping on my espresso doble from this baby blue espresso cup with Stevie Ray Vaughn's Little Wing cover in my chorded apple headphones. Okay I don't know if it's actually a sycamore tree but that was the first tree name that came to my head so I let it fly. For full transparency, this is my 2nd time here today and it's only 12:13pm lol so that should tell you everything you need to know. The natural light is flooding in here like that cute girl's DMs getting flooded after she deletes the pics with her boyfriend of 2+ years. Get em up fellas!! There is ample seating in this beautiful open floor plan... hol up let me count..... Okay yeah I counted 32 seats... but don't quote me on that I caught eyes with a few people as I was scanning and it was super awk so I'm not recounting. They make a MEAN Dirty Chai Latte with oat milk, as that is my budded love interest's go-to drink. It's honestly so gas lol I may be a convert from my espresso/black cold brew... but don't tell her that it would go straight to her head and she already be chirping me enough. The staff here always greets me with a smile and has good energy. This is an ideal place to get some work done, sit and read, or take a zoom call with your therapist when in Queen Village. Oh yeah, I read hehe haha :) I could write a whole novel on my newfound love for Queen Village, and I will one day. What a calm, quaint, and character-rich neighborhood this is. I'm obsessed. Quiet nice place to have a coffee with a friend or work or just grab something to go. Recommend the chai latte and the vanilla capuchino. Also the brownie.

Great coffee from elixr, always nice people, barista usually excellent. Nice vibe with different seating options and tables outside, usually have a good number of people inside without being crowded. Of many good options in Philly, this is my most consistent top pick.

We had a matcha latte with oat milk, an iced chai latte with skim milk, and a cheese croissant. There are no prices listed for pastries. The croissant was $3.25. Entrance is fully wheelchair accessible.

The best capuccino I've had. I tell everyone I know coming to Philly that shot tower has the best coffee and espresso drinks. Honestly it's the best coffee shop. Excellent product, excellent environment, and lovely interactions with the baristas.

Perfect coffee shop in a beautiful neighborhood. The vibe of the whole cafe really transports me to be in my productive state while working. The outside seating is also convenient as there is plenty of seats to choose from. The staff is super friendly! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to do productive work. The middle table is also awesome if you have a bigger group with you.

A very hip neighborhood spot. The best part was the staff. So helpful! I got an iced tea, because I wasn't in the mood for more caffeine and WOW. I'm not normally an iced tea person but there was something in this. It was delicious. Like, maybe it was actual love. Maybe that's what love tastes like? Maybe it's what I've been looking for my whole life?! I MAY HAVE FOUND LOVE! Thanks Shot Tower for making me feel whole again.

They have one of the best tasting oat milk lattes that I’ve ever had! I make special trips here from Delco just for a cup. Their prices are reasonable too, compared to several other places that I go to. They have bagels, pastries, and other items as well. Staff are friendly, place is very clean and have a great smelling hand sanitizer. Tough part is parking, but that’s not their fault.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Philadelphia. Best espresso drinks, cozy vibe (even during covid!). In normal times, they put out copies of The NY Times and that is just the best way to spend your morning. Edited: Still delicious, but don’t get the ham/cheese croissant. It is really gross.

Cute little coffee shop with a great staff. I was followed into the coffee shop once by a man that was being kind of sketchy and he was standing super close to me and yelling that he wanted a coffee. The staff respectfully asked the man to back up and they would be with him in a moment. A week after i found out this man was following women into their homes but the staff at shot tower made me feel safe. They’ve made me a customer for life!

Been coming in here regularly for years. Service is great, coffee is great, but the Mocha is the best I’ve ever drank. Since, drinking coffee from here- My experience elsewhere is subpar.

Favorite coffee shop in my neighborhood

This is our go to neighborhood coffee shop. We probably visit once a week on average. The space is large and well laid out and it is very family and pet friendly. They have a small library of books in English and Spanish for children and the staff is super friendly. Coffee is great and it is a real gem, particularly for those with small children and our kids love all of the various treats!

Stopped in to get warm. The Matcha Latte was the best I've ever had, and she swirled a heart shape into the foam... How, I don't know... very impressive! Staff was very friendly, helpful and courteous. Will definitely return next time in the neighborhood:)

This is my go to spot for iced and hot mocha! The staff are always pleasant and kind and is honestly my favorite spot to get any sort of beverage now. They even offer rewards if you visit Shot Tower enough such as a free drink every so often!
