They have the BEST chocolate shake

Visited on 8/8 and the barista was so kind and friendly with recommendations! Visiting the area and would definitely recommend this cute lil coffee shop!

Great drive thru coffee and energy drinks! We had a vanilla latte, lavender latte, and gummy bear energy drink that left everyone happy and caffeinated!

Never had a wrong order from the ladies here. Always so quick and great energy in the mornings! Plus they treated my dog to a pup cup 😁

This is the closest coffe shop to my work but everytime I come here my drinks are nasty and somehow the coffe is sour. 🤢 It doesn't matter what girl is at the window the drinks all suck! Even when asked to be fixed just horrible coffe!!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Whoever is the manager of this place I would really pay extra attention to the employees there are some that are taking their own tips out of orders before allowing the customer to tip them. An iced snickers with two shots is not 10 dollars even!

Seriously the best coffee, I’ve tried other places and Shotzy’s by far has the best quality and friendly staff. They have the type of environment that creates a community of loyal customers that create great friendships through a window and a quick stop. Ive read some of the lower star reviews and I think some people have a bit too high of standards for human beings working. They are not robots, nor a factory. And Ive seen many complaints of prices, quite frankly, just how gas, groceries, taxes, and minimum wage and up have ALL increased! ..If you're worried about paying more than a grocery store bottled Frappuccino for a fresh brewed custom drink then you shouldn't go out to ordered catered food and drinks. Shotzy’s will never crumble to the virtual hate of the new generational standards you go girls! ☕️

Another great Spokane Valley coffee stand. I've been going here for quite some time now,and I can honestly say I have never had a bad drink whether it be a white coffee of some kind or a red bull drink. I recommend this Shotzys anytime for a great drink or food.

We've been searching for the best place in Spokane to get our drinks every morning. Shotzy's is the best by far & the service is great. One thing to work on it would be to have ALL baristas pour added flavors the same way. When our favorite gal isn't working, the drinks can vary in taste despite ordering the exact same drink each day. Would be great to have everyone on board & make them all the same way. Regardless, Shotzys is the BEST.

love my girlies at shotzeys!! recommend coconut and blue razzberry, white peach and red raspberry, or peach coconut redbull italian sodas. or their 6 shooters!

I stopped by in the drive through for a coffee. There was 1 car ahead of me. It took nearly 15 minutes to get 1 latte. The worker was very apologetic for the wait. I saw it wasn't her fault, as she was the only person working. She was helping customers at 2 windows. If a business refuses to pay for proper staffing on a Saturday afternoon, they don't deserve to be in business. That poor young lady, no help at all, running an entire coffee shop. Shame on you. I absolutely will not return, and I hope she finds a better place to work

Just take the order, make the coffee, take the money, and keep the chitchat to a minimum. This is by far the slowest coffee stand I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them several chances, thinking they were just running a little bit slow the couple times that I had been there. But they are consistently the slowest. I only gave it two stars because they are not bad at actually making coffee. Seriously, this is the only coffee stand I have pulled out of line a half a dozen times because the one car in front of me took 10 minutes to get there one coffee.

I have had coffee from them 3 to 4 times now and it is absolutely amazing. Besides, the barista that makes my coffee is very pleasant and sweet. Makes my whole morning better!

This was one of my favorite local coffee shops! I cannot justify coming here after their recent price gouge, however. I think spending 6.53 on a basic 20oz quad shot drink, made the coffee more bitter in my mouth. Really makes a person wonder; what kind of "local lifestyle" we're supporting?

Use to live in the valley and was here visiting and needed our daily coffee fix. We stayed at the La Quinta and was worried we would find the quality we are use to being here from the westside (coffee capital). The coffee is great and if you were located by me you would have a new customer! The Baristas were friendly and quick with our order. We will always make it a point to get our coffee here when we are back in the area. Thank you so much for making our morning great!

Love this place!! This is not your ordinary coffe shop. The girls are very nice and no matter who is at the window I know my coffee will be consistent with how I like it. So many sugar free options & They even added a flavor just because I had previously requested and they didn't have it. Try them!!

The best Granitas in the state of Washington!! Mindy owns the one on Pines and she treats every customer like close family! Kim owns the one on Sullivan and makes the same feeling as a customer. Kim used to own both but sold Pines store to customer Mindy who took it over and has made it, in my opinion, the best place to get coffee in Spokane!

Not all lattes are created equal. I love them here, nice creamy but robust flavors. Always hits the spot! I'm so picky about a simple caramel latte, so delicious!

Use to live down the road ago and absolutely loved Kim (the owner at the time). I am not sure if she is still running it, but my coffee was always spot on and all the employees were always so sweet and love that they remembered your order❤

The only complaint I have is that it can be pretty slow. There are two windows and if there are 3 people at each window, my wait is about 12 minutes average. I wish they would have more than 2 people working during the busier times of the day because there are a lot of people going there from the spokane business park. Other than that, the coffee is great and the baristas are very friendly. Price point is good!

Our company recently moved out to the Valley which was terrible news, but we quickly found this absolute gem. I give it four stars only because the quality of the coffee can differ depending on the barista, but for the most part the coffee is absolutely wonderful. Many in my company now frequent Shotzy's and I honestly can't find another coffee shop in the Valley that's worth going to, when I know I can get better coffee there!

A friend of mine and I were meeting early one morning to go adventure in the woods. We chose this as a mutual spot to meet and grab coffee based on location and reviews of the baristas' friendliness. This place did not disappoint. They offer an amazing variety of drinks, knowledge of different coffees and how it affects flavor, and immense friendliness for the few minutes of interaction with customers.

On busy days my coffee is ready when I pull up. They know your coffee by your vehicle. Theresa is awesome.

I have been going to Shotzy's for almost 7 years. It started out being convenient as it's close to my neighborhood. Over the years I have gotten to know the girls that work there, they are always polite & their coffee is always spot on. They are reasonably priced with good product.
