Great food and great service! It was only take-out so be prepared for that but we loved everything we got and the person who took our order was so friendly and efficient! We loved the curry rangoons they’re a must try :)

Ordered the massaman curry and the red curry, service was the absolute best, super nice and respectful. The food was super affordable for how AMAZING it tasted! Also had spring rolls that were seasoned to perfection. All in all a wonderful experience and I WILL be coming back for more. I’m vegan by the way and my boyfriend isn’t.

We just started ordering from this restaurant and so far we really like the food here! I have been searching for a great Thai place around Duluth and finally found it in Norcross! So excited. Food is amazing with take-outs, it will probably be even better once we can dine in here too!

Their food and service are amazing!!! We were looking for a good Thai place and man did we find it! Ordered chicken satay and curry rangoons then panang seafood, red curry, pad thai, and papaya salad. Everyone loved their dishes! I'm a mild spicy usually so medium heat was good for me but one person ordered the hottest (she was warned) yet was slightly miserable. Lol. It was still delicious! Also, we loved our waiter -- Matthew!! He gave helpful recommendations, provided quick service despite how busy they were, and was very very funny too! Definitely check it out if you get the chance!

This is really good Thai food! They don't have any in-store dining - it is all to go. But it is good food and they have a lot of people who get it to go. They are also super friendly.

This place is amazing, my new favorite go to Thai restaurant in Norcross. The worker Matthew made my experience very enjoy since they only provide pickup and no longer dine in. Matthew provided wonderful service, he gave us great recommendations with the curry pineapple fried rice, chicken pad Thai, and the crispy curry rangoons. Overall this place is amazing and I’ll definitely be back!

I just want to say WOW! My husband and I are from out of town, and wanted to eat Thai food. We ordered the green thai chicken curry, drunken noodles, garlic duck, and massaman chicken curry. All I have to say was Amazing flavor! The owner was wonderful and very attentive. Orders are only take out. We definitely are coming back to this little Gem.

Their staff is always super friendly & make it a point to ask how long it will take you to get there so they ensure your food is as fresh as possible. They still haven’t opened the dining room post pandemic however it doesn’t stop us from going. Flavors are there and quality doesn’t disappoint.

I got the basil fried rice with shrimp . Nice flavor, and spice level was right on. I gave 3 stars because I literally only got 3 shrimp with all this rice!!!

We have eaten in every Thai restaurant we came across but none come close in taste, flavor, atmosphere, service and variety as Siamese Basil...The owners are friendly and their two children are courteous and respectful. We refer to Siamese Basil as our restaurant...

I ate there last week for the first time and got the Massaman Curry, Basil Rice, Curry Rice, and the shrimp rolls. Drove from Snellville during traffic time but I am so glad I did. The food was great, especially for the price point. The young man that was there provided great service! Very friendly. Will definitely swing back around. If this review inspires you to check them out, I definitely hope you have wonderful experience like I did.

Ordered through Uber Eats so you expect the food to be a little lukewarm and extra wet. Not so at all. They take care to package their to go orders to maintain the texture and flavor perfectly. With fresh banana leaves no less (very nice touch). We were not extremely hungry but figured we would want leftovers so we ordered 3 entrees and some spring rolls on the side. The entrees (pad Thai and drunken noodles) were so good we devoured every last piece. The red curry entree was supposed to be lunch later but that was so good we ate half of it before stopping. The flavors are 100% authentic and perfect. I’ve made my own Thai red curry and pad Thai from scratch many times and everything tasted home made and you can easily identify the fresh ingredients. Their food is made with love and care and it comes through in the flavors. Honestly I only picked this place because I had a promo code and Uber Eats suggested it. If you want real authentic Thai food, look no further. My only complaint is that wish they had a papaya salad appetizer! Any time I want Thai food I will be coming back here. There is no competition and I have been to Thai Restaurant of Norcross plenty of times. This is the best Thai food in metro Atlanta.

This hole-in-the-wall establishment offers amazing Thai food from their fried rice and Pad Thai to all of their curries, especially their Massaman curry! The service was very attentive and cordial, and very knowledgeable with the entire menu. Will visit again!

I've been eating here for many years, from when they offered dine-in options to now, when they only provide takeout. The food remains delicious, and the prices are still affordable. The service is exceptional. I genuinely hope this restaurant will endure in this ever-changing economic climate

Really wonderful restaurant. The food is some of the best Thai around. Each dish is always fresh and flavorful. The service is simply impeccable. I always feel like I am welcome and appreciated. Give this gem a try. It’s take out only for now. But it’s not to be missed.

I haven’t even tasted the food but I had to drop a review about how amazing the customer service was. I called with 17 minutes til they closed and placed an order. I was only 6 minutes away so they agreed to wait. When I arrived the server was waiting for me and they were preparing my food. After I paid he asked me to sit in my car and he would bring it out. He was so polite the entire time and he ran out to bring me my order. He even threw in a sweet tea. It may seem minimal to some but I thoroughly enjoy a great experience. I’ll be back if I stay in the area again: I’ll also review the food when I’ve had a chance to try it lol Edit to add: the food was top tier for the location. I will drive from Alpharetta AGAIN to get the pad see ew again!!!

Refused to let me purchase a side of red curry sauce. They would rather me go to another restaurant. I guess the door dash orders keeps this place busy

Siamese Basil has my absolute favorite Pad Thai. Not to mention the customer service is OUTSTANDING! They are so warm and welcoming. Just a mention to whoever visits, as far as I am aware of it is still takeout only. Please so not let this deter you as it is worth the visit a hundred times over!

Food was AMAZING! The curry rangoon, and Massaman Curry were the bomb! Would highly recommend! The man who greeted us was very nice. He even brought us out a free Thai tea! Will be back!

I’ve been here a couple times now and I am very satisfied with the service and food. Mathew was super nice, friendly and informative when I asked questions .I got the Chicken Panang Curry and the Thai coffee. The panang curry is really really good and has the right amount of spice. The Thai coffee is sweet, creamy and strong, it’s perfect. I definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for good Thai food.

This is my family's favorite place to get Thai food. It is always so delicious and hot every when we get home. Everything that we have ordered there is yummy so I feel like you can't go wrong with anything you get here. The gentleman that runs the restaurant is so friendly and personable and greatly enjoys you as customer. We used to dine here when they were open before covid and it was nice inside. Definitely gives a mom and pop vibe. 10/10 I would recommend this place.

We would give them a 7/10 on a larger scale. Best Thai food we’ve found so far in ATL. The Pohtak soup was amazing and so were the fried spring rolls. Everything else was good, but not great. Restaurant is closed for dine in. Per ownersship it has been since 2020. Would be nice if they updated this Google listing to reflect that. I can’t speak to the food - just my disappointment with traveling to the location to find that they are closed.

Top tier customer service. The host and main server is attentive, honest about wait times, and very kind. The food is excellent. Some dishes I would suggest are Three Flavor Chicken it is lightly fried, and deliciously Spicer. Ginger Chicken, Pad Thai, and coconut soup are also delicious. Everything comes in varrying spice levels. I highly recommend trying coconut soup with some extra spice.

The absolute BEST Thai food in the Atlanta area, hands down. I drive 20 miles happily to come here! The service and staff are always a wonderful breath of fresh air as well.

We moved to Atlanta about a year ago and have been on the hunt for our go-to Thai place ever since. Siamese Basil Thai is THE BEST!!! The food is incredible and somehow the service is even better. Once we place an order online we get a call to confirm when we'll be arriving so the food is hot. You just don't get that kind of treatment these days!! We will be lifelong customers!!!

Great Thai place, it's low key but those are some of the best spots. The garlic duck is bomb and they probably have the best pad Thai I've tasted so far. I can't recommend this place enough!

I am always impressed with their food and the service. Today they surprised me with portion size, I was not expecting the size to be that small. One person needed three meals! Hello, yes inflation is on but can u please give enough food for the average person?

The food was tasty, basil stir fry and garlic stir fry but was a small portion of food and both were $15 bucks, i'll order somewhere else next time.

BEST THAI IN ATLANTA!! Seriously, the food here is consistently fresh and tasty. The crispy veggie rolls are addictive, and the Thai Tea is the best I've had in or out of Georgia. And if that wasn't enough, the customer service is exemplary. This place has such a high rating for a reason. I recommend the pad thai and the spicy catfish. If you're looking for a sign, let this be it - go! You will not be disappointed.

Never know how to order Thai or Asian food, but I thought I would give this place a try via food delivery. It was delicious! Followed directions on the app order and the food was so fresh and delicious!

Been to 25+ thai restaurants. Their green curry is inedible. Though asked for spicy, the flavor is mild. More importantly, the taste is just bad. Cant believe it’s 4.8 start thai restaurant. Pad thai was just okay. Giving it 2.5 stars and crispy shrimp roll was the only good one.

Amazing food! Mathew is a very nice guy. Order is always accurate, and I've never had a bad meal from there. My only disappointment is they have closed the dining room and switched to takeout only, but that's not going to stop me from going back again and again.

Some of the best Thai food I've ever had in Atlanta. Customer service is great and welcoming. They don't mess up vegetarian orders, and are very cognizant of details. Truly a hidden gem.

First time in my life eating Thai and LET ME TELL YOU........ IT WAS BUUUUUUUUUSIN'!!!!!!!?????? (For those who don't know what that means, it pretty much means that it was better than expected and I'm definitely going back as a MEGA regular customer 😋🙃). First the service was amazing and the cashier/server asks your name to engage in conversation, he even remembered my family members names who frequent the restaurant even after a while of not seeing them. He has a very warm, welcoming and pleasant attitude. Even if you don't like Thai, his personality will make you want to come and just enjoy the good vibes. Having an off kinda day, Siamese Basil Thai is a great place to turn that frown ☹️upside down🙂. I had the 3 Flavor chicken and Mild Drunken Noodles. It was enough to share with my 3 little ones and everyone was full. But the kicker was the awesome mistake of ordering the chilled Chai Thai ice tea 🤤Never had it before..... let's just say I had one ordered, drunk it in the car while waiting for my food and went in for another ten minutes later. It was THAT good. It's pretty sweet, like a liquid dessert on ice. Give it a try, you'll probably ask for an entire pitcher. 🧡🌺💕

I have never in my life had a noodle dish where I would be happy to eat only noodles, until now. I don't usually like noodles/bread/etc. much at all, in any cuisine, but this place is exceptional. The noodles in the Pad See Ew are fantastic. My sister has also really enjoyed her food every time, especially the spice. Not only is their food shockingly good, but so is their service. They really set an incredibly high bar. If I move to another part of Atlanta, I'll still drive here for my Thai.

The food is great, the service is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. There are a bunch of pretty good Thai restaurants near me, but I'm willing to drive 20 minutes each way to get the outstanding food here. My son usually gets a rice or noodle dish, my wife usually gets a stir fry dish, and I usually get a curry dish (the amazing curry really is amazing). They do a great job of making each dish with the spice and heat level that we each want, and it's all great. I get mine Thai hot, and it makes me sweat, but I don't think the heat hides the flavor; it accentuates the flavors. Keep up the great work!

A lot of Thai restaurants has different styles of cooking. But Siamese Basil Thai Restaurant is definitely living up to the unique Thai taste and flavor. Highly recommend for everyone to try and looking forward for a great full staff so everyone can dine in.

Matthew’s customer service is impeccable and this man needs some recognition. While at the moment they are only open for take out (at least when I went) I would love the full experience of dining there. Great customer service and delicious food. 10/10 recommend! I’d never been there before and my fiancé said we should give it a try. The food was piping hot, well seasoned, and a good value. We got the red snapper with garlic sauce, ginger chicken stir fry, and a chicken and cabbage appetizer thing. We ate it ALL. It was delicious and really hit the spot! The service was wonderful both on the phone and in person. Super quick turnaround time for pick-up. We will be ordering from them again!

This is hands down the BEST Thai place OTP NE. Every dish is so flavorful. I have to get three or four dishes and share because I can't decide which is my favorite. The pad Thai and fried rice hits different than any other I've had. The only down side is that they're only open for take out right now, but it's still worth it. And the staff is so friendly and accommodating.

Did a pick up door dash order from this place. My order wasn't ready when the app said it would be. The guy was really nice and prompt when I inquired about the order. And he threw in a free coke for the wait!

The Thai food is delicious and authentic. Definitely try the Pad See Ew and the Massaman or Panang curries. The service and courtesy is outstanding. When I called to order, Matthew (host, front of house) asked my arrival time to ensure the food would be at its freshest when I arrived. He took the time to thank me by name and walked the food out to my car when ready. Impeccable service and warmth. Do not be fooled by the surrounding area. Siamese Basil is a hidden gem, tucked away in a half burned down strip mall. I highly suggest trying them out.
