Very nice ,great service. Food is all good.

We had a bad experience this July 19th at the East Greenwich location. We used to be big fans so I took the time to write to the management and let them know our issue. To date we have received no response, which I guess should not be surprising. If management does not care, it trickles down to the service, which was our issue in the first place. There are so many places to eat in the East Greenwich area that I advise you to spend your money elsewhere.

Quick summary: consistently delicious Tuscan-influenced food across all courses. Friendly, professional service. Reasonable prices for the quality. Deep wine list and inventive cocktails. We gathered here with a group of family members who we visit every year. Once again, this place was great, in terms of delicious food and drink; service; reasonable prices; and ambiance. There is a wide range in each course to satisfy most tastes. Apps are mostly in the $teens range; pizzas $16-18. Pastas mostly in the $20's. Chicken, meat, and fish dishes in the $20's - $30's, and come with appropriate sauces and veg of the day. Salads $11- 14. (There is a $2 split charge on salads, but the portion is very generous - serves at least three, no problem. You're using a lot of dishes and cutlery.) Desserts are in the low $teens, with $6.50 for excellent sorbetto or gelato. Excellent bread on the table. We started by sharing a few of the apps and antipasti. There is brilliant array of meats, cheeses, and olives that can be ordered as single plates, assemble your own assortment, or choose one of the suggested combinations of tasting boards (we had the Firenze $17.) The antipasti selections alone would justify stopping by every day for a pre-dinner drink and snack. We also ordered two plates of the arancini brasato ($15, delish with shredded beef and cheese), and the calamari nuovo ($15.) The group chose an array of dishes for their mains - a salmon special ($29;) pastas; chicken saltimboca ($26); brasato (short ribs $37;) swordfish ($32;) and one put together a dinner of the zuppa di vongole (littleneck clams steamed in garlic, white wine, herbs, etc. $17) with a salad. We also had an array of drinks and wines. Many excellent bottles are in the $40's-$50's., but can go higher for some really snazzy stuff. Most wines by the glass and cocktails are in the $teens. (many compliments on the cocktails - pistachio martini, watermelon margarita, Bloody Mary, etc.) Bless them - they make a good cup of coffee, often an afterthought at other places. Cappuccino, desserts, etc. also very good. Up front: I am always impressed when a restaurant can serve a table of eight, each person ordering different things off the menu, and everyone being served their courses "on time," without a hitch. Bravo! I'm sure all the staff is friendly, helpful, and professional, but you will be in especially good hands if Sydney is your server. ) My only problem with this place is that my husband and I do not live nearby. We would be regulars. We look forward to our next visit with the family, partly to be able to dine here.

The good - this is consistently one of the best food spots in town. The cons - it takes an insane amount of time to eat here. One of our first visits was Mother’s Day - 2.5 hours, fine maybe they were overwhelmed with the holiday. Now on a random Sunday, we are 3 hours in with no end in sight. We ordered every single item as soon as we sat down anticipating it would all be out on the table and we’d be on our way in an hour or slightly more. 3 HOURS. This is completely insane, absolutely no one wants to be stuck sitting at a table for 3 hours. Please do something about the speed of service.

This place is awesome! The food, the ambiance and most of all the service! I would say this restaurant is one of the most amazing places where you can have a dinner! We had a wonderful time here! Thank you!

We had a amazing experience at Siena. The food was superb, but the overall experience was second to none. Our server Sheana was wonderful and took great care of our 12-person party including 4 kids. She was fun and personable and very quick. Lori the bartender was wonderful as well and we highly recommend her espresso martinis! Our nephew Mikey lost a tooth during dinner and we couldn't find it. Anthony, the owner, literally disassembled a booth seat to ensure it was found and called us later that evening when they found it.... Just great people, and a wonderful experience. We highly recommend Siena to anyone in the area.

Wonderful restaurant with exceptional service!

Very impressed that the owner came to our table, introduced himself and chatted. Our server was a lovely Russian young lady who was excellent. Food was delicious!

Great dining experience our party had the Firenze Board, Involtini Melanzane, Costelletta, Gamberini, and the Filet Mignon which as always are delicious and the Chef’s are constant every time we dine here! We all shared the Torta di Formaggio con Banana which was amazing! Our server was Juliette who was fantastic! I will ask to be seated at her table again. Anthony stop to check in on us which is always a delight. Thank you for the wonderful dining experience!

We have been to Siena numerous times. It’s a really nice place and the food is often excellent. However the past couple of times haven’t been quite as good and it’s gotten a lot more expensive. The arancini was ok, but not much short rib. The Demi was delicious. My meal Frutti di Mare was amazing, but my wife’s bolognese was very oily and subpar. The waiter was great. Overall the experience left us looking for new places. If we’re going to spend almost 200 it had better be top notch!

Food was delicious, eggplant appetizer was amazing, service was excellent. Timing and size of the entrees was perfect!

Everything was delicious! The artichoke and the shrimp with risotto were the best things we ate.

I wanted a place away from tourist areas so I picked Sienna. The hostess was pleasant and greeted us with a smile. Our waiter Joseph was attentive and informative. My manhattan was perfect and a great value for $15. I had the special salad which was delicious and not too much dressing. I had the chicken saltimboca which was delicious. We also shared a dessert. Overall it was a great meal and not too expensive. We’ll be back soon.

The waitstaff was fabulous! Our meals were delicious as were the special cocktails! It was wonderful to meet the owner! He was quite impressive all while delivering meals, helping staff and visiting with patrons! We will definitely be back!

We had a great meal and I’m still thinking about the bread pudding with salted caramel gelato and caramel sauce.

Last night’s dinner was very good. The cocktails, food, service & ambience were above average. It was overly noisy due to a large group celebrating a birthday. We shall return!

The food was delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. Our waiter Chuck was phenomenal. He was extremely attentive and didn’t miss a beat. Can’t wait to return.

Our server was fantastic! She and her team were so properly attentive and got every detail right. She even decorated our dessert plate with Happy Anniversary! So sweet. Our cocktails , dinner and dessert were all delicious!

For starters, I was hit right off the bat with I heard we had an espresso martini fan. Had me on my toes already for the evening. on my scale of rating house, smooth non-watery, dark, rich, tasting espresso martini I will put the martini at a 8.9-10 super super surprised actually, and the way that my wonderful waitress Shena so sorry if I spelled that wrong, helped with the menu and wine and making sure The martini was filled to the brim. She did a wonderful job. I was also greeted with a very special dish of Caprese salad For Personal liking. And overall blown away by the tender juicy short rib with a creamy risotto my favorite! had a beautiful birthday dinner for my wife and giving and overall LS Rating level of: 9.3-10 such a wonderful vibe definitely will be back and recommending this place to friends and family.

We held our son’s baptism reception at Siena East Greenwich two weeks ago. Everything exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Kim, the events coordinator was receptive from the very start and accommodating to all of our needs including guests with gluten allergies. The atmosphere, service and food was beyond excellent. I would not hesitant to hold another event there!

First time we've had a "miss" here at Sienna. The Carbonara was nearly flavorless, with crunchy onions, pancetta with imperceptible taste. Other than that, everything was up to our expectations, just a rare miss on a classic dish.

From the hostesses that greeted us to our server who spent so much time with us, the staff were knowledgeable, polite and friendly! We enjoyed a salad special with prosciutto and fig that was fabulous, followed by a dinner special of Cacio e Pepe that was almost as good as being in Rome! Sienna has consistently been a great night out over the years.

This restaurant has very good food consistently, and my pasta dish was original and delicious (and not too much, as so many restaurants try to do). The snail salad appetizer, however, missed the mark. The snails were tough and the dressing overwhelming. This is very rare at Siena. Julia, our server, was the best.

We alway have a fine meal at Siena. Their choice of specials were particularly good this evening and delicious. Accommodations were relaxing and everyone was so nice. Just a wonderful experience all the way.

Our waitstaff and food were excellent. Our reservation was for 8 pm, we got there early so we waited around for our time. 8 o clock came and we asked the hostess if our table was ready. Noting to ourselves that there were open tables. The hostess responded “we are waiting for the customers at your table to leave”. I understand when you are packed there is an order of some sort. There was no one waiting to be seated behind us. So why didn’t they just seat us elsewhere? After waiting another 10-14 minutes they decided to seat us somewhere else. That was the oddest experience ever at this Resturant. Overall happy with everything and I’ll be back for sure.

The tagliatelle with bolognese sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted!!

Everything was excellent. Had the Chicken Milanese over Penne and it was excellent.

What a pleasant surprise! This was my first experience at Siena, celebrating my dad’s 80th bday. He is fussy - to say the least - and requested fresh, well-seasoned Italian food in an upscale yet approachable atmosphere. Siena really hit all the marks. The dining room is formal without being fussy and the service from start to finish was top notch and attentive. It is by no means casual but think relaxed elegance with a bistro accent. We were greeted with a Happy Birthday card at the table hand signed by all the staff and our server also mentioned the special occasion. It is these little details that demonstrate caring. We shared the beet and burrata salad, which was the perfect size and creatively seasoned with raisins, walnuts, fresh basil, and balsamic vinegar. Honestly, I prefer a simpler dish letting the main ingredients shine, but it was an interesting combination, was presented well and proved very tasty.  For my main course, I enjoyed the Frutti di Mare over linguine. Again portion sizes are generous without being overwhelming, the dish was well plated, piping hot, and deliciously seasoned. if I had to make any complaint, it would be that I prefer my pasta a bit more al dente. That being said, I would definitely return to explore more of the menu. Well done Siena! Definitely a new favorite for me.

Siena is an amazing night out. The drinks are great. The food is delicious, always cooked perfectly, and served hot. The service is top notch! The owner is always making rounds and very friendly. I could go there just for the focaccia bread!! Lol Always a great night out for a full dinner or just a charcuterie board and drinks. The best!!

I attended Siena with my grandson, who order Penne ala vodka with chicken;he loved it. My shrimp with Risotto was fair, small portion and disappointing. I’ve had this dish many time and it’s been excellent. $17.50 for a manhattan was outrageous.

Excelente!!! Fantastic dinner was had by all - especially my extremely picky old school Italian father! First off, the staff is amazing from the moment you walk in to leaving. Mya was our server and she was phenomenal- super attentive and kind with my dad. The owner made sure to introduce himself to us and the others, and was extremely friendly. And then the food - oh my gosh! SO flavorful and good! I am also picky with my Italian food and I would come back in a heart beat! Presentation, flavors, portions - all Fantastic! Recommend the eggplant parm, wedge salad and penne w vodka sauce! Grazie to the Tarro family and the entire team!

Our meal was delicious and our server was attentive and friendly. We found the music to be not appropriate/enjoyable for dinner at a lovely restaurant.

This 3 nd time I’ve gone with family or friends & noise level Is such that you can barely converse with person sitting next to you. Food was just ok. My square spaghetti carbonara would have tasted better if pasta was warm or hot. Waitress running around. So busy it took 20 minutes for 1 dessert we ordered to arrive.

Hostess was a little abrupt until we said we had a reservation. Waitress was great

Julia is a fantastic server and very knowledgeable of the menu.

We arrived a half hour early and found one seat at the bar and had a cocktail. We had a lovely conversation with a couple there, and two seat opened at the bar so we decided to have dinner there. Both hardeners were excellent! Victoria was knowledgeable of the menu and specials and steered us to three of the most delicious courses we’d ever had. We split each course and still took food home (which now I’m eager to have for lunch today!) if we are in the area again, we will certainly plan to stop for dinner!

Went there for a romantic birthday celebration for my girlfriend. When I made the reservation I put romantic birthday celebration in the area for comments and when we got there they had a card on the table which the whole staff signed. And I thought it was reasonably priced. Great experience.

Ordered special which was walnut encrusted salmon, it was not encrusted with walnuts which was disappointing. We have dined there many times and was surprised with the food.

First time at Siena for this picky diner. It was wonderful! Our server, Amy was delightful, efficient and attentive.My short ribs were perfect.

3.25 stars. The food was mediocre but not worth the menu prices. Oddly... everything tasted watered down. The drinks....even the food. Thin and lacking punch and flavor. The service was exceptional.

Siena is that rare thing in life: a consistently excellent restaurant with close attention paid to every detail of the experience. Our server, Chris, was attentive without being smothering and clearly knew the ins and out of the menu, describing the specials in mouth-watering detail. The food was nothing short of transcendent, with tender filet mignon and tagliatelle that would bring tears to an Italian nonna’s eyes. Perfection!

Came here for a birthday dinner and had reservations however their was a few seats available to pick from. Very large drink selection but only 1 N/A beer offered for my bf which isn't surprising. Cheese board app was pretty average but filling for 4 people. Some of the meals are small portions (butternut/pumpkin ravioli) yet some we come back for each time. 2 people I was with ordered the bologense because it is the best around. 1 order was more gressy than the other but still delicious. Waitress was very knowledgeable and friendly and found out we were here for a birthday so they made that guests dessert special. Video is of lemon cream brule.. definitely a shareable treat but so sweet and creamy.

Another exceptional meal at Siena, East Greenwich, but I'm really stating the obvious here. you should go to this Restaurant. their specials are on point their appetizers are ridiculously delicious. our server last night was Deb she and her soon to be daughter Chloe were awesome.
