Excellent Gyros and good conversation with the young guy.

It’s 9:40, and my pregnant wife is craving a sub. We kept stopping everywhere on the boardwalk but the prices and vibe just didn’t jive. We hit 18th street, and I just did a quick last check to see if there were any options near us before they all shut down (Tuesday night). The “New York Style Pizza” place said “open” until 10. We walked in and it’s 20 minutes to close down. We were def. Gonna be those people, but at Sinbad’s three doors down. They fired up the grill without question, and served a hearty cheesesteak sub. You can taste the 39 years of experience and they do it right with a smile. Clearly the owner takes pride in his food and the relationships he builds with his customers. it showed because although they were closing soon, he carried on conversation with a regular customer, and neither my wife or I, felt like an inconvenience as they discussed a White Marlin tournament coming up. No one was rushing to get out of there. To eat that quality of food at a vacation destination, and still feel like you’re at home—totally worth 5 stars.

My family and I enjoy good food and we always enjoy the pizza here every year. My wife and I agreed this is always the one place that never disappoint us. We go out for dinner and take out the entire time here in Ocean City and we love the pizza here if you have never tried takeout here the hogies are amazing as well you won't be disappointed!!!!!!

This was a block from the hotel my family and I were staying. Walked over to Sinbad's to get a quick dinner. When I arrived there was a sign on the door, that said break for 30 minutes. The nice man finished his break early and took my oder. Fantastic service. The food was really good as well. We had a gyro and mozzarella sticks. Good portion sizes.

EDIT- I got it again before I left and took a pic of the gyro. Slightly smaller than the first one but still big! BEST GYRO I’ve had in my life! Sorry don’t have pics. This is the only thing I ever ate that made me feel like I had a little mouth lol. It was huge. I actually had to eat some of the filling first. They didn’t skimp on the tzatziki sauce either. We also ordered chicken strips and fries and they were good-I liked the thick cut fries.

Regular stop for me & my husband. Owner is a great gentleman, makes terrific sandwiches. Our favorites are the cold cut sub, cheesesteak hoagie, pizza steak and of course the gyro.

Took a quick walk from my hotel 1 block off the boardwalk over to Sinbad to get some take-out for my fam. I was targeting the gyro and philly steak based on previous reviews. The owner was there and took my order and cooked it himself. Great guy. Had a real nice chat. I got the cheese steak it could have killed me right there on the beach it was so good. One of the kids' friends got the gyro and he raved about it. Wings and pizza were spot on as well. We'll make this a yearly stop on our OC trips!

My life has been changed. Literally have never had a better sandwich in my life.
