My husband and I will drive the hour and a half it takes to get there from where we live to go to Sinbad’s. The best hummus and falafel i’ve ever had. We got the chicken and the falafel platter, it comes with fries, a salad, rice, delicious dressing. The staff is the absolute nicest and have the best service. They care about their customers. This is a must if you’re on this side of town.

Best fast food you can get. Clean, good food made by friendly people. Gave me a taste of some tabouli while I waited for the gyro platter. Will be back!

What a great HEALTHY OPTION for this town!! I was craving Tabuleh and Sinbad's was made Fresh to Order. There is a charming, CLEAN outside seating area with shade and plants. We just moved to The Island and I look forward to trying everything on the menu. The owners are very kind and the entire place was spotless!

Ordered the chicken gyro and fries. Gyro was very juicy and tasty- best I’ve had in Florida! The fries were fresh and perfectly cooked. Friendly and quick service. Drive through window only but they also have a little seating area outside if you prefer to dine in. Definitely plan on going back to try other items on the menu!

I've eaten here since 2018 after searching for a place that makes fresh REAL falafel. Sinbad's is the best! I have the falafel sandwich with extra tahini sauce. It's so good that meat eaters love it once I introduce them to it. Their baklava is the best on the space coast. I recently discovered their spinach pie, which is killer! It's spinach and feta cheese wrapped in a Philo dough crust. Delicious! The two that own it are there daily and have been for a very long time. They are the nicest people I have met. I love going to this place. Oh, and if time is a factor, call it in first.

Visiting my wife’s family down in Merritt Island Florida and was told I HAD to try this place out. Delicious Gyro meat and Chicken Kabob platter. If I lived here this would be a weekly/biweekly stop for me and my family.

!!FIRE!! Hands down the best Mediterranean food in the county. I spoke with the owner briefly and learned that he's been in his location for 29 years and now I know why. I moved here over 5 years and I've tried all the hot spots and have been disappointed every time. The CHICKEN KABOB PLATTER was devine, well cooked, and bursting with flavor. The onions didn't sounds like a good idea but let me tell you, next time I go I'm requesting extra! The Gyro's were bomb. The beef and lamb had flavor, you can taste every ingredient (but it all came together). The presentation was Tiktok worthy but it was so good that I didn't have time for photos. The service was amazing (hard to find now of days). For those who are a little far away from Merritt Island just take the trip you won't regret it!
