Terrible service, very bad attention and a lot of delay in placing an order

Ordered 5 wings chicken and waffles and was only given 3 wings. Not sure how this order was messed up when there weren't even a lot of people and my guy here does one order at a time. But my bad for not checking what was handed to me before I left. Was charged for the 5 and he verbally said it to me and it's not like he had multiple orders ready to give out so 👏🏽 #doBetter 👏🏽

My daughter and her friend ate here last night and by morning they both felt ill- with signs and symptoms of food poisoning. What an aweful experience!!! The food / meat was either bad and out too long or just not cooked properly. I usually don’t write bad reviews but when it comes to health this needs to be addressed.

The guy working the food truck was very nice. I got the chicken and waffles. The waffles were good, but it was the chicken that stood out. I don't know the seasoning that was used, but it was very good. I'll definitely go back to try some other items.

Just left the truck and ate the food at home. Was one guy on truck who I spoke to for a minute. Man was very nice. Food was great even after a 15 minute car ride. Burger was awesome and the fries were still somewhat crispy as they could be after the drive. Would 100% come back again. Underrated spot and i hope for the best for the owner.

Went here after a concert at Ithink and there was only 1 guy working at the truck but he was definitely on top of it. They are open late so that was good and the chicken and waffles was good. The guy was really nice and let us try 2 sauces. They also have a covered canopy with a few tables if you want to eat there.

I called in my order for barbecue wings and Mystery drink. It was delicious! When I arrived he had the food ready. Not really anywhere to sit down and it but the food was great and the drinks was perfect! Definitely will be back.

Good food. Even though it was pouring out I got a good service and great tasting food.

Smackin J’s is where it’s at if you’re lookin for some good wings in West Palm.

Lived in WPB for 4 years now and I can’t believe I just found this place. Food has great flavor and J cooks his food with care! He put my icing on the side for me since it was my first time so I could try it! The mystery drink is amazing too. My boyfriend got buffalo wings they and were perfect. We will be returning:)

Listen - if you live in Palm beach or visiting, Smackin J’s is definitely food that you want to experience! the owner provided excellent customer service. He was very respectful over the phone with me and patient- I spoke briefly and placed my order. The presentation of my dish shows that he cares about his work, my food was cooked to order . The flavors were explosive in my mouth the waffles were sweet and moist topped with icing and powdered sugar the wings were crispy and evenly coated in the sauce to be honest I am not even sure what flavored sauce was used for the chicken all I know is the flavors paired well together. The chicken had flavor down to its bones just amazing. The flavor combination between the chicken and waffles were like a party in my mouth both items were delectable - trust if you enjoy eating deliciously seasoned meals check out smackin j’s
