Amazing service. I was given honest answers and never felt like I was trying to be sold on anything. I am happy to have found this lovely place.

They have just about any spices you need. The grilles they sell are high end but they're US made with an awesome warranty. Remember you get what you pay for! Folks there are extremely knowledgeable and straight shooters.

Great hot sauce and BBQ selection. All unique from the stuff you'll find at wegmans and tops. Received excellent recommendations from the owners.

Picked up a few sandwiches on a Friday for lunch.. it was the most tender beef brisket I have ever had! And their pulled pork was excellent as well! Both served on a quality roll too! ! Thank You!!

A very nice selection of hot and bbq sauces and other sauces too. And also they make some of their own sauces there. They also sell grills smokers gifts and lots more. Very clean and also very friendly and polite and professional employees that knows what there talking about.

Recently visited here for the first time. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Their selection of grills and pretty decent, do note that shopping here you are looking at higher end grills then lowes or home depot. They stock quality grills that will last. They also have a decent selection of spices and sauces alongside some accessories for grills. I would recommend shopping here for anyone looking to purchase a grill that will last a long time.

Bought a Napoleon Prestige grill here. Bill was super helpful, had it all assembled for us within a couple days (except the sides, so it would fit in our SUV), and answered all our questions. He also talked us through some tips and tricks to assemble the last pieces. Definitely glad I bought locally instead of trying to order it online. Highly, highly recommend you get your grill here if you're in the market for a mid- to high-end one.

Great selection of seasonings and hot sauces. Owners are very friendly and helpful. I was looking for one of their in house made seasonings that they were out of stock on, so the owner took the time to prepare some for me. Great people, will definitely be back next time I'm in the neighborhood.

Just picked up two brisket sandwiches. They are massive so much brisket in them. They taste amazing. One tip I would ask for the roll separate if you have a little drive a head of you. Just amazing food. This is definitely a hidden gem I know that there are many barbecue places in the Buffalo area but I would say it’s probably the best one as I have tried them all definitely worth the drive out on a Saturday morning/afternoon. I promise you you’ll find anything better. Thanks for the delicious food.

Best little mom and pop spice and hot sauce shop I've ever been to. The have a wide selection for all tastes from mild, to melt your face hot. They also carry smokers and patio furniture, as well as many of the things that go along with smoking and cooking. The owners are super knowledgeable and have helped me on numerous occasions when I was trying to cook something new. Also, Friday through Sunday they have pulled pork and brisket. I recommend getting it with the mango habanero sauce.

The owners are always on hand to offer unparalleled advice and tips on the what how and why of bbq. From the home pitmistress to the restaurant pitmeister, it's all here and it's all good. I'll have to stop by and grab a rack of ribs when they are doing then for take out when I'm too lazy 😜. Great selection of quality smoking wood and accessories I haven't seen any where else.

Where do I start with how great this little hidden GEM is. To start with you must go either Friday or Saturday at lunch time and get some of their bbq sandwiches and sides. Simply fantastic. The owners are super helpful and very knowledgeable on all aspects of either bbq, or grilling. They offer quite a bit of merchandise and helpful advice to get you all set up for your outdoor cooking needs. They offer small grills all the way up to full outdoor kitchens. Don't pass up a stop to check them out.

Fire Smoke and Spice is everything you could ever need for grilling and smoking like an expert. Sure, it takes knowledge and practice. But owners Marla and Bill are just the guiding and friendly experts to get you there. And on Friday, Saturday and (Sunday?) you can taste their experience at smoked brisket and pulled pork with baked beans which can be a meal in themselves. Macaroni and cheese too. Was just there on March 7 and quality was fully consistent with my first. Visit last May. Don't miss out, especially as the grilling season will soon be upon us.

The couple that owns this place are amazing! They are super knowledgeable and can make great recommendations based on what you want or need. The store has a great selection of hot sauces, barbeque sauces, smoking accessories, and smokers. They also have a barbeque lunch special some days of the week and it is delicious!

I am not a pork fan at all. But for my Neice’s bday your pork was there. Everyone told me to try it so I did and it was so amazing. I recently had my 40th bday party and my boyfriend asked where I wanted food from for my party and I said the same place your sister gets it from. Omg so amazing. It was fresh and hot and so worth the drive. Thank you all so much. I can’t wait to have leftovers!!!

They will let you try sample before buying hot sauce and BBQ sauce. Not to mention they were excellent. Try their homemade hot sauce.

And even more importantly, their customer service is absolutely top notch! I love going there, especially on weekends and taking advantage of the amazing BBQ lunch they sell. Their smoked brisket is absolutely the best I’ve had. I highly recommend going to Smoke, Fire and Spice for any of your grilling or BBQ needs.

Loved the food and the spices they had to offer. It's a nice cozy homeowned business owned by Bill and Marla. They have many grills and spices to offer. But the menu has at most 5 things on it. The owner is a little hard to work with and he always pushes his wife to the side.

Omg. The food was so good we purchased a $900 smoker. I never had brisket and macaroni and cheese mixed together.

A great place to find the right hot sauce, bbq rubs all sorts from sweet to heat. Same with the hot sauce. You can even try them. All sorts of gadgets for your Bba experience. They got the cutest pink pig smoker. Have to go there and check it out.

Stopped in on a Friday during lunch break for a beef brisket sammy, and have been back almost every Friday since. 2 words for ya... Just go!

I've been all over this country and I make a point to try the bbq where I'm at. Turns out some of the best I've had is in my own back yard. Seriously I had the pulled pork it blew my mind. Plus they have a huge selection of spices and bbq sauce.

The lady that owns the place is very knowledgeable, and super friendly. If you want to try any of the spice rubs just go to the counter, they keep samples of them to try. They also have a wide variety of sauces (again that you can try). And on the weekends they serve food that you can buy.

These guys are awesome. I usually go there to get my spicy fix. They are very friendly and more than happy to help you. They will answer any questions you have without getting impatient and without trying to sell you things you don't need. I just recently learned that they serve smoked brisket sandwiches on the weekends too! Amazing little place you're sure to enjoy.

The owners are extremely knowledgeable and very willing to help even the novice get up and going. No question is too big or small. Just walk in while someone is preparing food and you’ll be hooked, as was I. I’d be willing to try anything they smoke or grill after shopping in there and taking in the mouthwatering smell of the dishes they were making for a catering order. Yum!

I went in there today looking for some pellets for my yonder smoker and to look around to see what they offer since I haven't been there before. I was immediately met with some of the best customer service I have ever had. They are very polite and very informative about their products. They have spices, rubs, and marinades that people want and customers have requested so you know they are all good. I make my own rubs and BBQ sauces and haven't bought a BBQ sauce for probably 10 years but I ended up walking out with 2 different sauces because they were just too good to pass up. If you are in the Buffalo NY area and are a avid BBQ Lover like me this is the place to go!!! Great service, great knowledge, and just an awesome local place to check out. I will definitely be going there again. P.S. They have amazing smelling pulled pork that they serve on Fridays and the weekends. I didn't try any only because I didn't want to ruin my appetite for what was in my smoker already. But it took all I had not to have some.

On weekends, they offer a fantastic takeout barbeque lunch. Their smoked brisket is to die for, and their sides are equally delicious. On top of the stellar lunch, the owners are very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The store offers a nice selection of hot sauces and barbeque sauces, as well as other items for your grilling and smoking needs. I cannot recommend this place enough!

I live up the street and have seen this place offering their Saturday and Sunday BBQ Lunch for months and have never had the opportunity to stop in. This is a tragedy. The BBQ here is some of the best I've ever had. Period. I stopped in and the staff (owners?) were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I decided to try one of everything for a take out lunch for me and my wife. The brisket is some of the best food I've ever had. Not BBQ, but food of any type. It is so good that there is really nothing that can be said about it. The pork is VERY good. By the time I got home it had dried out a bit and the bun had gotten a bit soggy but the unbelievable smoke flavor still rang true and delicious. The baked beans are fantastic, forgoing the usual mush that comes out of a can to a visually appealing mix of different varieties of beans. The Macaroni and Cheese was a bit dry, this may have been because I was there just a few minutes before lunch was over and is completely forgivable. Any BBQ lover would be hard pressed to find better food, anywhere. On top of all of this (as if it weren't already enough) it is a BBQ specialty retail shop that has a bewildering array of spices, sauces and grills/smokers. I will absolutely be back as soon as is practical.
