Did ignore me for 30 minutes rude staff

Food was okay, the workers didn't say much and they seemed a little rude. The one smoothie I ordered took almost 20 minutes. It didn't even seem to be that busy.

placed my order online and when i walked in to pick it up it was sitting on the open counter instead of being kept cool and fresh; staff was basically nonverbal and the manager was no help (seemed to be a little young?)

The perfect stop on our trip! I highly recommend getting one of their bowls ~ healthy and delicious!!

I recently visited this Smoothie King driving to see my parents in MS and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their smoothies and the excellent customer service. The Chocolate Slim and Trim with almond butter added helps me with my nutrition goals and is delicious! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this Smoothie King location to anyone looking for a delicious and healthy treat. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident, and I can't wait to return for another exceptional smoothie!

All Smoothie Kings were not created equally. I’ve been patronizing SK around the country for over two decades and the McComb location is top notch in terms of product. Consistently delicious. Staff has always been sweet and courteous. Get off the interstate and stop here!

No personality in anyone who works there. When mistakes are made instead of saying sorry they just stare at you like you’re a bug. If there was anywhere else for me to get the smoothie my dad likes I’d go there cause this place is horrible. Please just hire better people they all need to be fired and start again from scratch.

For the third time, and yes I was one of them, I have seen a car go over the edge of the drive-through exit and completely destroy the undercarriage of the customers automobile. The polls that guide you to make a proper right turn were wiped out by someone years ago. I and several other people have specifically asked that these polls be erected again. The sight of the high school young lady who is just plowed off the side of the exit ramp was just too much to bear. After picking up my $116 order of 10 smoothies, I gave the young, kind employee my card and told him to tell his owner that this will be the last time I return to the establishment until the safety polls are re-errected. I left my business card and told him I was very serious. It’s dangerous and expensive to fix your automobile. I’m sure the polls would not cost that much and could be installed in about a couple of hours. Tripp Arnold, Brookhaven, Mississippi.

This place is clean, staff was super helpful, and the smoothie was amazing will defiantly be back

The store was locked up with no one working inside in the middle of the day. Line of people waiting outside, cars going through the drive-thru, waiting with no response. Understand that emergencies do happen, but no one in the store? At a minimum put a sign up on the door.

*UPDATE* Thank you to the owner, Rebecca. I appreciate you reaching out and giving us a better experience. I know it's hard to find good workers right now. If I could ZERO stars, I would. My family came in and ordered 4 smoothies after waiting several minutes for anyone to even acknowledge we were there. 20 minutes later the woman who ordered AFTER us received her smoothie. Then the employee said she was starting on ours. I have never had to wait over 35 minutes for a smoothie. Ridiculous!

Today was an awful experience. The first smoothie was so nasty that it made me gag. The staff was polite enough to try to fix the issue. The second smoothie was also unbearable. I did not return this time. I simply wasted or donated $5 at this point. I did attempt to call and inform the location of my dissatisfaction, but there was no answer. This may have been a new employee who needs additional training, but I will request she does not make my smoothies in the future. I think I'm taking a break from the location for a few weeks until they get it together.

Service here is HORRIBLE! I ordered online this morning and arrived around 7:50 am, they were not open even though they were supposed to be open at 7. I called and the young lady so non-chalantly said " Oh yeah! We opened late!" I asked for a refund but was told that I had to go online to request a refund. I went online to request a refund but there is no option to do so. When I selected the "Contact Us" option, it gave me the phone number to the store. Have been calling back since 9:30 and no one will answer the phone And I still have not received a refund. I love their products but the in store service is terrible. Several days throughout the week, they aren't open on time because they only have 1 person working. This is poor customer service. Very poor customer service.

Attitude of employees is terrible! Placed order online and when I arrived 15 minutes later. They had not started and there was no one else there. They brought us the first smoothie after 6 minutes. The second one came after another 5 minutes. When I informed her that the first was strawberries and not blueberries, she didn’t care. She looked at her coworker, shrugged and closed the window. Next time I’ll wait til Hammond to order my Smoothie!!!

Very friendly staff and very attentive

I absolutely love smoothie king I’m there everyday almost my favorite two smoothie are strawberry kiwi breeze with pure recharge and the second one is pineapple surf with pure recharge! They are both delicious! I totally recommend these two! Also there is really good customer service! The workers are great and very friends! They are really fast to get my order out! I absolutely have no problem with anyone at smoothie king and I recommend this place 100%!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE ITS VERY FRIENDLY!! They greet you with a smile and always have a great attitude!! IVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM HERE WITH THE BLACK ,WHITE NOR ANY OTHER RACE HERE! And furthermore more the smoothies are delicious and I drive 45 mins to this location every other day I love it ! People shouldn’t make fake reviews against a certain race that’s just mean hopefully the manger knows better than to believe that !!! 5 stars from me!!!!

Had a good experience! First time ordering a smoothie and they were very patient with my confusion! They even fixed my drink back up when I ordered my smoothie the wrong way. Will definitely come back again!

My Family and I go here every Friday for $5 Friday's. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products so ask questions if you have them. Oh and try the cappuccino bread if you haven't....it's addictive!!

Great service and does not take long to get your smoothie. If you want to sit in they have tables available or you can just take it on the go.

Good drinks as always, little on the higher price, healthy and great people who treat you well.

Many different smoothies, snacks, and protein supplements to choose from. Budget friendly. Good variety. Tasty. Allergy friendly. Friendly staff. Love going here. Get a Almond Mocha smoothie, and a cappucino bread. My favorites. Or chocolate Lean 1. Amazing.
