Paid full price for shakes, tipped 2.00 on a pickup order and was told no public restroom. If I’m expected to tip, you should anticipate paying customers needing to use the restroom. Get it together. Do better.

I’m a young king and I go to this smoothie king everyday, My recent visit to Smoothie King was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helped me choose the perfect smoothie from their diverse and healthy menu. I opted for the peanut power plus 44oz, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, perfectly balanced flavors, and a smooth, creamy texture. The attention to detail and excellent customer service made the experience even better. The store was clean and welcoming, creating a great atmosphere. I always use this location when I come from out of town, and it is the best Smoothie King location I have ever been to! I wish the customer service was this good back home. Hanady and Mike are amazing store managers who do everything with excellence. My smoothies are always ready on time and kept cold. They really take care of their customers and their store!

Erin and Mike were super friendly and helpful this morning. I just finished my morning run and was looking for a smoothie to enjoy. They were super patient and let me look through their full menu. They recommended the Activator Recovery Strawberry Banana & it was delicious!

Hanna was amazing. Her customer service is superior and the atmosphere is so positive. The smoothies are so delicious. I recommend you come to this place !

Food is good, but I do have an issue when places lie about something. The bathroom has been closed for months, always with the same excuse of "plumbing" issues. Not nice.

Nice folks but they still won't let customers use the restroom. You're not in an area where your customers misuse the facilities.

Restroom has been broken for the last two months . Fix it.

The bowl and drink were good. Took a bit. Few customers came after us but were served 1st. The main reason for the 3 stars is because my daughter was not able to use the restroom. The cashier said “I’ll ask my manager for the key” then returned to say “They really don’t let people use the restroom”. When my wife asked the manager if our daughter could use it the response was “It’s not open right now” It was just more irritating because no honesty. Simply say we don’t have a public restroom or it’s not even for a customers no need to give misinformation.

In and out quickly. Staff always greet you when you come in. Smoothie selection is great, with choices geared towards various pursuits: metabolism, slimming, bulking up, energy, etc.

While patiently training a young man and taking phone orders, Hanady was able to get my 3 orders correct including the requested substitutions whch I and my family appreciated!

5/4/24 update: Almost a year later, I am still coming here with my mom for these amazing açaí bowls. They are so delicious and full of fresh fruit. As always Hanady is working hard to keep the place running “smoothly” and she makes a fantastic açaí bowl! Every time we visit with her, we leave with a smile.

Good, but I think I got food poisoning

they did not even have a trash can in the trash bin holder and the lady at the register had an attitude. im not asking for a smile or anything just dont seem annoyed that im trying to order. Plus order was wrong after all that…

I absolutely LOVE coming to this store (Brandon location). I sometimes come with my daughters or alone, each time I come the employees are busy, either helping customers, and / or cleaning. Today I witnessed one employee showing another employee how to make something . Although I was in and out it seemed as if he was very Patient with her. This smoothie king was once really good. However, lately, my smoothies have been watered down or completely wrong. My last smoothie I ordered, I did not taste it until I arrived at my destination. The smoothie was horrible.

Very poor customer service Acai its not worth $12 paid extra for fruit and peanut butter didn't get what I paid for I ask the lady if she could add more fruit and peanut butter and with an attitude said I would have to pay more. Unbelievable. WORST LOCATION

I’m so flabbergasted with the experience I’ve received from this establishment today ! Livid is an understatement , I went to get my regular and was waiting for 5 mins in an empty line to have my order taken while the employee with orange hair was flirting with a customer . When I asked her can she take my order she proceeded to go in back and ignored me . Thankfully another employee was there to make my smoothies because the other employee declined my money and my order! I have never in my life experienced this type of customer service . It hurts the company overall especially knowing a lot of young faces ruin the experience for smoothie lovers like myself . Hopefully she got the man attention she was desperately needing .

The restroom was working due to plumbing issues. Smoothies are good but please fix plumbing issues.

The lady with blonde hair was very nice , I didn’t get to hear her name but she was very patient and good customer service .

Walked in this location today and was literally told to "wait" by the cashier. She proceeded to ask another young lady to step out of line so that she may speak with her, then proceeded to tell the young lady (standing in line waiting to order) in front of others "my boss has been seeing what happened and you can't come back in here...bye." The cashier was not only rude to the young lady that she pulled out of line, but was rude to the others waiting to order by wasting their time.

The smoothie was great, came fast and the manager was willing to make it with some changes no problem! Forget Jamba Juice— Smoothie King was great!

Staff dont know what they are doing. I ask for a Keto drink and the lady who grab my order was asking me if I want my strawberries with sugar. Keto is NO SUGAR diet. I explain that to her and she still ask me if I want sugar on it. Keto is for diabetics people. You need to trained better your staff or someone can have a sugar spike and can be dangerous

Been here before. Smoothies are okay but they’re a couple bucks more than other locations. The bathroom is usually out of order, which sucks when it’s part of my commute. There’s usually no one there but it takes forever

literally my least favorite location, it's at least 5 women working at once at any given time, yet there is always an issue with my order, given away in error, completely wrong or made horribly. And they sit around playing and on cell phones. Never and I mean never go to this location. The girl was literally banging my smoothie out of the pitcher. Clearly you made it too thick. She still tried to give it to me, and a bad attitude when I asked her to make it again politely. Will not go here again.

I come here all the time and get bowls because it's on my way home from work. I already left a bad review because the first time I got it it was fully liquid. And this one isn't even that frozen like it should be. Spoke to the manager the next time I came in because I came in and ordered one and since then the people that work here still do not do these bowls correctly. Know why I'm wasting my money every time on $10-$12 when you can't even get what you're supposed to get definitely bad business because I ordered no granola extra banana as you can see in the picture there's barely any banana and I ordered extra peanut butter and paid extra for it and this is all the peanut butter that I got and this is what you normally get when you order one without paying extra so needless to say, I don't have extra peanut butter no extra bananas and it's already starting to melt on the bottom I guess I'm gonna start going to Granbury or other places that do these type of balls because smoothie king is pretty much about to lose my business.

My visit was pretty cool. The bowls are a must try. Five stars for assistant manager Hanady. I will definitely be back.

I ordered a Immune builder veggie and this is what I got. I believe it's supposed to be green not brown. Very disappointing.

I stopped here after work today to get a peanut butter swizzle bowl. I have to say I eat these a lot at a different location by my house and this Hass to be the worst one I've ever received. I'm very frustrated and disappointed that I spent $12 on a bowl that was not even good to eat. First of all I waited probably five minutes for the bowl which is ridiculous the girl put the açaí base and it took her so long to cut up the fruit I guess for the top of it. By the time I got in my car to eat, it pulled out of the plaza took my first bite and it was all melted already. this is absolutely ridiculous and a waste of my money. I will never go to the Smoothie King again. Don't bother wasting your money here. Basically, I had a bowl full of fruit and peanut butter floating in liquid.

I find it very upsetting management doesn’t even know the menu or there promos and deals . Never will shop here this is by far the dumbest smoothie king staff in Hillsborough county .

I do mobile orders now because the app gives a bunch of incentives. The staff has always been friendly and have my smoothie out on time without delays. Most importantly, the smoothies are delicious.

Hanady was the one serving us. She was so great and patient to me and my sisters as we were looking for new smoothies to try. The Brandon location is overall a great place.

I ordered this at ten am today and I just realized that the cup is full of mole I'm at work walking around the counter and see little dots inside the cup open it and see this I've been feeling terrible all morning and now I know why

When their "system" is working, I could give 5 starts. However, something is always wrong with it. Service is great but they need a new system.

Mike and Hanady are hard worker, always friendly and willing to help customers out with decisions on different smoothies. They care about customers, greet you with a warm smile, trustworthy, make sure the job is done correctly and i can go on and on about them. I look forward to coming here just to see them. They are the best. We need more employees like them.

It would be great if the employees stop giving this business a bad name by just throwing anything in your cup and calling it a smoothie. Customer’s pay for specific ingredients and when we order the same thing each time there should be consistency. THE SMOOTHIE SHOULD NOT TASTE DIFFERENT EACH TIME. Do better.

My husband ordered a smoothie from this location and unfortunately it was not what he asked for. The strawberry gladiator has about 4 net carbs in it and that is important to my husband as he is a Type 1 diabetic. Whatever he received was something that had as least 100 carbs in it and nearly sent him to the hospital with the severely spiked blood sugars. Please just be aware of what you serve to people. He has had the gladiator before and it has never caused a problem with him.

The last two times that I've received a smoothie they were not cleaning out the mixer from the previous customer, my energy powder was at the bottom in clumps. Broken light fixture at pick up area

Very disrespectful and unsanitary staff. One girl rubbed her nose all over her sleeve in front of all the customers and did not wash her hands before making smoothies, the other two girls have airpods in while serving customers and did not even say you're welcome after I said thank you. This staff needs to learn basic manners, especially if they work in customer service.

Hours say they close at 9 but they always close early. Got there at least 5 minutes before 9 and they refused to serve us even though it only takes a few minutes to make a smoothie.
