had to take my order twice in the pouring rain and heavier set gentleman had his child in the workplace. Unsat.

Great location near the beach! Used the app and smoothie was waiting when I arrived.

I enjoy their Smoothies but the location in Jax Beach needs to do a better job of informing their employees about new offerings/promotions. I tried three times to get the new Smoothie Keg and the staff acted like they had no clue what was going on. The second time as I was getting my regular smoothie at the drive thru I saw the kegs under the counter. The lady told me “Those are for six smoothies”. That is what I wanted. The last time I tried last week I walked to the window and could see the box but I did not see the kegs in it. The two guys working told me that location wasn’t doing that promotion.

I ❤️ The dude Perfect. Smoothie at Smoothie king But they seriously need to replace the outside intercom at the 1020 South 3rd street location. I've seen so many people get aggravated and drive off I'll keep going there but it needs to be fixed.

The woman working the drive thru was very aggressive and made my family feel like we were at a NASCAR pit stop. There was no one else in drive thru or inside. Constantly asking is that all… she asked us at least 3 times.

not trying to be an annoying hater but for a drive thru service only place it’s not that hard to show a little kindness during the small interactions you have with people. i asked a simple question and was given attitude in response. the kids here could use some customer service training.

Both orders were unsatisfactory. Specifically requested no Bananas as my husband is allergic, and bananas were added. No point in requesting modifications to the drinks.

The best smoothies in Jax Beach. I’m quite sad that this location will be closed and that the closing came earlier than initially planned for but I will be back regardless. Yummmmm

I rode my bicycle 6.5 miles to this Smoothie King. It is drive through only, I pulled up to the drive through on my bike and nobody would speak to me for about 5 minutes, I even waited for the car in front of me to get their smoothies and pull away. I saw somebody from inside look out at me with a disgusted look... So I pulled up to the side window outside of their store and stood there for about 10 minutes... still nobody acknowledged me, dare I say they were ignoring me on purpose (as I left the drive through the car behind me was immediately greeted and served). I pull back to the drive through and yet again wait for the car in front of me to get their smoothies and I sit there for about another 5 minutes, talking into the speaker knowing it gets their attention. Then no one still responded so I just pulled up to the drive through window and these poor little girls were shaking so bad. I do not understand why I just wanted to order my gladiator that I order almost every single other day. This single experience has made me decide to never ever touch another smoothie from here. I do not appreciate at all how I was treated today, I felt like the grocery bag in the parking lot!

If heaven existed on earth then it would be this smoothie king. The staff was so helpful and friendly, the suggestions they gave took my smoothie from a basic level to a platinum. Prices were fair but the smiles were better! Enthusiasm felt from the staff they suggested various menu options to me to fit my diverse pallet were second to none. 10 out of 10 would come back again and again! Fran was a phenomenon her glowing personality made this a must come again location

Love Smoothie King, I'm a frequent flyer at my home location in South Carolina weekly. This location in Jacksonville FL totally messed this up...smoothies have a thicker consistency, my Caribbean Way smoothie had a watery taste. Very disappointed, I had to put in freezer to get the texture desired. Wasted time and money. Spent approx $7.50 for a 32oz I will not visit this location again. Staff needs training, horrible, unprofessional.

I went to the smoothie king for the first time tonight. And it was and outstanding experience! Not only did they help me pick out and amazing smoothie. The whole time Asia felt entertained with some small talks and jokes!!! 10/10 give those siblings a raise!

I visit this Smoothie King location multiple days per week because it’s efficient, and the staff members are extremely friendly! One of the reasons I was so excited to move to Jax Beach was because of the proximity of this Smoothie King to my home and work. It’s the perfect place to grab a healthy, refreshing meal on the go!

My smoothie is always perfect!! Manager always knows my order before I can ask for it.

Chloe, Brianna , and Madison or “Maddie” I Cole here all the time and get a large immune builder and usually get one of those wonderful girls. They are very polite and friendly. I was waiting for about 5-10 minutes for my smoothie, even though they where very busy. They handed my smoothie and said sorry for the wait with Cupons!!!!!! Best smoothie kind on the beach if you ask me.👍🏻👍🏻

Sometimes you just don't want to eat a full meal but you don't want to skip eating cuz you need the nutrition and this place does fabulous smoothies that are healthy as well as ones that are less healthy but truly enjoyable!

I love smoothies and always look forward to finding a great smoothie place. Well, Smoothie King is the very best tasting smoothie I have ever tasted. With fresh fruit and several different immune additives, these smoothies are top of the line in flavor and consistency. I look forward to visiting Jacksonville this spring and visit Smoothie King again.

I am one who loves a protein smoothie. Always try to make it on Friday for the $6 meal replacement special on mediums. Be careful not to go an hour before or after closing POSTED hours, they are sometimes closed when they should be open

I was really confused at first because there isn't any place to walk in, but you go up to a window. They didn't have the smoothie I usually got at other Smoothie King's, but the guy was very nice and adjusted another type to make it similar. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.
