I wanted something healthy and found this place. I lil pricy but absolutely worth it .

I have been eating here for years. The staff knows my order and Ive made friends along the way. Love my signature salad. Will always be my go to for an amazing salad.

This place is very clean and the customer service is ok. The food is not so great got the build your bowl and they literally didn’t put any chicken in the bowl they said the chicken is shredded because it came last night. Instead of offering me more chicken they did nothing. They charge extra for a build your own bowl. Would not recommend this place.

kinda overpriced, understaffed as hell. waited 15 minutes for a smoothie while other people who got there after me got helped and served first.

Big shout out to the cook, Larry! Always homemade quality when he's on the grill. I've been coming here for years and notice the difference when he's out

SoFresh was SoGood. I ordered a salad with lots of tasty toppings. My husband got a poke bowl. We both enjoyed our dinners.

I literally just came in, this was my first time, and I got a small bowl with chicken. It is so good, they really make everything fresh, the chicken was so well prepared andseasoned. I definitely have to go out of my way to come back here. Great job to the lovely women who were Behind the counter ❤️❤️

SoFresh is my favorite “bowl” place. So many options for different dietary needs. I love their Kale Basil Pesto. The food is absolutely delicious and fulfilling.

The cashier was rude in a passive aggressive way that was odd and he used our food to push my mom’s hands out of the way as we were talking at the table. Unfortunately we didn’t take a receipt so we didn’t get his name.

I have no conceivable idea in the far reaches of my mind on how something like this could come from a place of cooking. The so called "garlic" noodles are just bland pasta. Meat was so damn dry and extra chewy to boot. Even worse, that was the only thing with ANY form of seasoning. I didn't know healthy eating meant no damn flavor!

I have been here twice in two days. It is delicious. I had the Buffalo chicken quesadilla and now today I had the Greek bowl. We also had two smoothies, but out of the two I would say I loved the banana and strawberry. The cook is definitely amazing here, and the young women have been super sweet.

First time eating atIat Sofresh, I very was impressed, the place was clean, the workers were friendly and helpful, and my online order was ready as I walked through the door. The first mouth full of my salad bowl was delicious, I would recommend any to try this place. While eating my salad I did discover bacon, which wasn't much, the size the bacon was big enough for me to see and take out. I love that this place is vegan friendly and have a lot of great choices. I would definitely go back every Friday to try a different things that's listed on the menu. Whoever thought of this place they did a great job never closed down because this will be my go-to restaurant when I don't know what I want to eat. And I'm still full since 12:15 so I won't be having any dinner probably fruit but other than that I'm very happy with the choice I made today. 😊😊🥰🥰

I order here everyday. Yesterday i got home and checked my meal and it was all wrong. I spent 27$ on a bowl with double everything. The peices of salmon was burnt black and they gave me incorrect mix ins. I didn’t receive double portions like I paid for, just the regular portions. I called in and was given the round around. This place is already over expensive. So for them to be ripping people off is sad. I will be using Fresh Kitchen from here on.

Your extensive options are impressive. For my very first visit to the franchise, I wish I would’ve chosen a better, however. I got the boca fiesta wrap and there was SO MUCH RICE! It was utterly ridiculous; I couldn’t taste any other ingredients. I ended up having to dismantle the wrap and hunt for tofu and goat cheese. $13.49 for a bunch of rice. I’m very disappointed and I’m still hungry because once I picked out the scarce ingredients I was left with trash, which I appropriately threw away. I will try you again in the future, but NO MORE wraps, for me.

Not sure I understand why every location is so different. Why is it that at other stores I can get a side of Asian garlic noodles but other locations I can’t. You should have called the number associated with my account instead of just not adding something that I paid for and at other locations would have normally received. Service is lacking due to poor communication. Apparently I also need to add here that I have food traces on my sauces that should have at least been brushed off. Especially when I have no corn in my order at all and have corn very obviously on the top of my soy sauce cup. Here we go again. More missing items. I paid extra for extra sauces and they weren’t included!!!!!!! I paid for 2 extra avocado cream and only received one and I paid for an extra spicy mayo sauce and it’s no where to be found. This location continuously sucks.

When I tell you me and my husband has not ate out in 2 years cause we vegans and no place in st pete have good vegan food and when I tell you they put there foot and our food it was so good we have to order to go when I tell you this our new spot thanks for your good customer service 💯

It was surprisingly very good. The zucchini noodles were great.

$8 for about 1/2 cup of noodles, small handful of cooked kale and about 4 small mushroom pieces. Barely covered the bottom of the bowl. Chicken wrap had mostly lettuce. Barely any chicken. Water to drink. Over $21 total and left still hungry. No paper towels in the bathroom.

This place has great healthy food. I enjoyed eating the Bangkok warm bowl and Tulum quesadilla. I will definitely be back.

Tried them for the first time a few weeks ago, pregnant and craving a strawberry banana smoothie, went here out of convenience. The worst smoothie I ever had, absolutely no flavor, tasted like blended ice and they used real fruit, idk what was missing but I hated it🤢🤢 Highly disappointed and it was $8+, I’ll stick to WaWa’s for sure👌🏾

It's okay, the food is unflavorful and not that good in regard to the price you are paying. Overall, I do not think I will eat here again.

The wrap is huge! I could taste the how fresh the ingredients are. It was a good, healthy lunch. The vibe was a little off though… the place was empty when I grabbed my lunch at noon and something about it wasn’t necessarily “inviting”.

App was easy to navigate, the staff were friendly, the food tasted great, but the presentation and portion size were nothing to brag about.

It was my first time dining at SoFresh, the food was great and the service was great. However; I have one complaint, there was an associate there who was carrying her daughter the entire time standing behind the cashier being useless. She also had her baby’s car seat on top of the counter which I find to be highly unsanitary. The lack of decorum from her ruined my experience altogether. I’m not sure why she needed to constantly entertain her child behind the counter for all customers to see instead of being helpful and actually doing some type of work. Seems like she just wanted the attention of carrying her daughter around. On top of that she was breast feeding her daughter in visible view while the cashier was taking orders. I personally do not want to come back to this establishment unless this issue is resolved.

I did not enjoy my bowl at all, online ordering on my phone was ok , I made an account and was given $5.00 off so that was great but overall the taste of my bowl was unsatisfying and unexpected…

Update 10.23.2023 Much better experience with the Cali bowl this time around. I usually get a salad, but today, I thought I would try the Cali bowl. Was disappointed with the amount of food in the bowl, looked scarce, and definitely didn't look like the photos online. The person who took my order was friendly and the store looked clean.

Protein power is mine & Gio created his own. I can taste the protein and each ingredient this is definitely a meal that will provide nutrients flavor and energy To go. Why is it possible because the owner explained to me that everything is done right in front of us. Whether it’s your first time or this is your lifestyle please come by.

Staff was very welcoming, and food was fast and delicious.

disappointing and overpriced. charging $4-6 extra for protein is a scam when you see the abysmal portion sizes. meat is dry and unseasoned and the veg are undercooked. any other restaurant in this plaza would be a better choice, don't waste your money

Healthy and tasty food!! I have dined in, picked up and had food delivered from So Fresh and every time it has been excellent. Best “fast food” ever- they do all the work to make a delicious meal very easy for you to enjoy. Try it you’ll be satisfied and feel healthier!

Worse so fresh I’ve ever been. The ONLY good location is the westshore one hands down. Came into this location with all the coworkers screaming, arguing, and cursing at each other. I told the worker we were going to leave ‘cause that bad energy goes right into the food they make. She of course convinced us otherwise so we ordered. Worse mistake ordering from here. I watched them make my order wrong and had to correct them whilst cooking. The food comes out to half the portion size of the westshore location. The protein was 4 little slivers of chicken. I felt so bad for my girlfriend that I just dumped my bowl into hers so she could at least have a decent meal. Whoever is the franchise owner of this location should be embarrassed. Even the grill is visibly disgusting from the counter. It’s sad ‘cause this is the nicest looking location. Whoever has the worse food and service

It’s 4:30pm Wednesday may 10th. First impression bathroom door is covered in dirt. Then as they’re making my food one guy was constantly wiping his sweaty face and scratching his head without gloves on. Then starts putting oil in his hair and rubbing it into his scalp! I was so grossed out and the girl told me he wasn’t the one working on my food but if management sees this you should look at the cameras because that was so gross I’m never coming back again

The place looks quite tidy and well maintained. Portion sizes are very generous, but the avocado sauce was too tangy for me but the chicken and other vegetables were quite good and tasty. A good place.

The food wasn’t too bad but dang that place is dirty and grimy. Not sure when the hoods got cleaned last but stainless steel isn’t brown. Scuffs all over the walls, torn booths, sticky floors. Felt like a McDonald’s

I loved so fresh.. Have been getting the pesto wrap or bowl with garlic herb chicken. They decided to change the garlic herb chicken to simply read chicken. The new chicken is low quality, dark meat chicken that was so bad I couldn’t even finish it. Bad move switching the chicken!

NOT SO FRESH... ordered a bowl with chicken and over half the chicken was gristle. Pathetic! Even McDonald's gives you better chicken and at half the price. Never will order from this joke of an establishment again.

I am going to make a YouTube video I will order 10 different times and every time I request utensils and I will get zero out of 10 they need to be know for this and brought up on this or they should just not be in business

I ordered the cali with steak and comfort with chicken. Both entrees were flavorless and practically inedible. I ate a 1/4 of the comfort bowl immediately after I received the bowl, but was able to tolerate the bland taste when I attempted to eat the rest. I would not recommend.

Sirachi warm bowl was good flavored without Siracchi very very hot side sauce. Should perhaps offer couple sauce as in strength of heat. The one sauce overpowered whole dish. I used very little. Red sweet chili’s sauce would be great.

My mom recommended this place when we came into town. Our order was ready on time. The food was hot and delicious (and very fresh!). My boyfriend really enjoyed the kale apple smoothie he had with the custom quesadilla we split. No complaints. Highly recommend.

I used to like it, but today was the second time in a row that the food was not fresh. The chicken was not cooked today. I only ate half and threw away the rest.

The food here is dynamic as it is miles above the competition.. It is prepared to perfection. The customer service from the cashier to the cook , I couldn't ask ask for better service. Everyone at this location had a smile on their face. And I will recommend this particular restaurant to every friend of mine in the Bay area.

Brown avocado was a turn off. Obviously for college kids.

The employees themselves are clueless as to when the location opens. Made me wait outside for 30 minutes despite the location being clearly open as per their website and the app. Took forever to place an order. Pretty frustrating.

First time visit. Service was fast and friendly. Order at the counter and the food is brought to you. I got a Poke Bowl with shrimp. The teriyaki sauce was good. I would have preferred it a bit more savory. The lemonade was on point. Tart and sweet.

Overpriced. The rice in my power bowl was under cooked and I almost broke a tooth several times. The salmon was over cooked. And there was hardly any goat cheese. I ended up throwing half of it out because of the rice issue.

This is my favorite place for salads. I will drive 30 miles for this salad any day. They have the best avocado dressing and Balsamic dressing. Best salad place in town.

New favorite healthy food spot! I’ve tried the salad bowl, warm bowl, and wrap and all have been very good. Cooked well and fresh. I never had to wait more than 10 minutes for my food. The establishment was clean every time I went in and the workers were friendly/helpful. Will be recommending to friends and eating there more often!

The food is always delicious! The name says it all. Everything fresh and made to order. The Cali Bowl and Signature Salad are my go-to's but I am sure everything else is good too. The staff at the location I go to is always so friendly too. All around great place and I highly recommend it!!

I must say, the food was very delicious. The reason I am giving this restaurant 3 stars is because of the cleanliness of their employees.

I visited this place with a friend of mine who happens to be gluten-free, and we both really enjoyed the dishes that we chose. Due to her gluten-free diet, my friend chose the boca fiesta, which for her palette was spicy, but not too spicy. I chose to get the teriyaki Cali bowl, and I loved the sauce! The chicken was cooked well, the broccoli was cooked fresh (not soggy or under cooked), and I really enjoyed that it was served with brown rice. This is a nice health conscious option, they also offer a good variety of gluten-free options (unfortunately none of their wraps). You can customize your meal and choose add-ons as well.

Seeking semi-healthy food at minimum, this place fit the bill on my first visit to Tampa. Honestly, the bowls are so customizable, this place should accommodate any diet (or no diet, for that matter!). The good food was sandwiched between a slices of friendly service and attractive dining areas. Thumbs up for me!

Horrid experience, as it was completely empty on a Monday at noon in a super busy USF business district. Should have taken the hint but was pressed for time unfortunately. Ordered a pita with citrus chicken that was around $12 which should be worth $5 or less as it was tasteless and the chicken seemed to be old and of dark meat. The employees were cursing loudly at each other and one of them decide to go out to smoke right in front of the entrance. Real class of people that the employer has hire for his establishment. Everything seemed to be overpriced which would be fine if the quantity and most especially the quality was up to par with the price point. It is not. Not even close. Sad really, because I do recall when they first opened a few years back as it being decent and health oriented establishment. However, this last experience will unfortunately be the last one for me. It really deserves a “Zero” star review for shameful display of employee behavior.

The food here is not good, it was not grilled properly, the place looks dirty, ripped bathrooms, and ripped chairs. Don’t go here if you want grilled food. I’m never going here ever again!🙄

Love this place. This particular location always seems to have the best warm bowls. It’s wonderful to have a healthy meal made from scratch in only 10 to 15 minutes. Thank you to the staff their consistency and consistently making good quality food.
