Stopped by for an afternoon snack. Try the pretzel and cheese dip.

Pulled into a stall to place my order. Started raining, so I pressed the red button to ask if the employees would prefer I pull up to the drive through window so no one would have to walk in the rain. Person taking my order didn’t seem to understand what I was saying. I pulled up anyway and I found my drink was only halfway full. I left wishing I had told the staff what I thought of them. My wife and son’s orders were good, that’s the only reason I’m not condemning this place. I’ll be going to a Sonic closer to my house next time.

I pulled in push the red button... After 15 minutes of nobody answering I left. It's not like they were that busy...

Order was wrong. Got one Order I didn't even ask for, other one was incomplete and 2 different drinks. Not right. All for $27.46 All the Manger Vernnen,said to me was "well you got what you paid for" Not very professional. I won't go back.

Ordered 2 burgers... order was taken correctly, but both burgers were made wrong. No excuse for that...it was 2 burgers...

Who knew? Sonic has THE Best Soft Pretzels! Presented as a twist for easier handling, but don't let the shape fool you. Still the soft on the inside, and totally satisfying mouth feel. Dipped mine in cheese for a test and went back to plain naked because it was just that Great. Oh, I also had a nice crunchy corn dog with a velvety smooth chocolate shake so thick I ate half of it with a spoon. Overall a very satisfying lunch hanging out in my car.

I remember when Sonic was on hwy 6. My first tax paying job was there. This store is friendly, smiling, quick and clean. They forgot to fill the drink and my side of mayo, but it wasn't a big deal. Our carhop had it covered. Nice job.

After placing my order, the kid said "OK." Screen never came up for me to pay, so I sat and waited. I sat there for 20 minutes watching the employees have a dance party and bring out drinks to the people around me. I left.

Food was good. Service was great. Food came out quick

I ordered a quarter pounder with mayo pickle only had to tell the person taking my order 3 time she even came to the car and wrote it down then get the burger it has mustard ketchup and pickles on it then one girl comes to the car and I tell her she couldn't get it right so they send a 3rd person to the car at that time I asked for a refund for the burger then waited another 10 mins for the refund after I had to get out of the car and ask once again what was going on then they bring me the burger I will never go back to santa fe sonic cause the little girls was laughing at me well if they new how to take an order my order wouldnt have been messed up my tots was cold my both my pretzel was cold by the time I got home just like I said before I will never go to this sonic again

So is this sonic supposed to close by 12 or 11? Because every time I come, they're leaving at 11:30.

Best Sonic in the area! Always go here. Perfect place for a drink before errands. I always use their app so it's happy hour prices all day.

Service not great and has now gotten bad at the drive through. Burger patty quality has gone down.

Everytime I go to sonic, I order the chicken dinner. And everytime without fail the chicken strips are always so dark and burnt looking and tasting. And it seems the same for all the fried items that I order They need to clean and change the grease better or more often. Also the chicken dinner shouldn't say strips, by the size of them, they look more like chicken nuggets.

Ordered online. Only had 5 drinks. No one was at this place. Took 30 minutes to get them. Went in and said something and it still took 10 more minutes. Ridiculous

This location is the best in Galveston County. The kids take pride in their work. It shows with prompt reliable service, correct orders and friendly faces. Thank you!

One of my fav places to grab lunch. The food is always fresh & tastes great! They hardly ever get your order wrong and I love the m&m sonic blast! I take the kids over to get one regularly. Everything we've had on the menu has been really good at this location.

Not really a fast food person, but their drinks and soft serve vanilla ice cream in the cone are top notch.

The food was good, warm, and typical of Sonic. The problem is that the car hops have lost their fervor and friendliness and Sonic as a whole has become boring. The fun, summer atmosphere has been lost and replaced by complacency and status quo. My experience was complicated by a car hop that was carrying 2 orders of drinks. My order was 1 small float and the other order appeared to be 2 route 44s. The car hop was in too much of a hurry for a flank approach and chose a frontal course that required her to navigate over my side mirror. She chose to elongate her arm, hurdle the mirror with the cup like Carl Luis, jump the gun, and release the ice cream float before a full grip could be made causing a cup popping disaster. The ice cream float erupted like mount vesuvius as I compressed the cup, threw open my eyes, yelled 'please God save the float!', and wiped the tears from my eyes. The car hops blankly stared without speaking as I regrouped and politely asked for a napkin. Maybe the eruption was just as traumatizing for her? It is hard to say but 1 more step and a smile could have prevented the demise of a root beer float. Did I mention she had no napkins and said she would return...but delivered the other drinks to the next car before sending another carhop to my rescue. Not with another float either, just some napkins. i was just left sitting there with both arms and the side of my car covered in root beer float.

Pretty quick. Occasionally messes up order but always makes it right. Mostly I like the pup cups they have. My 13 yr old pup loves them! 😋

We order sundaes at the Alvin sonic occasionally, but they don't make them very well. Stopped at this location last night, and they made them great. Everything else we ordered came out right as well! Pic of our dog waiting in the car with us for fun; she was sleepy.

We never have issues at this Sonic. The people are very nice and the scenery is always interesting. I like to face towards the chicken place next door and watch all the glorious chaos that unfolds in their parking lot. I saw a cat too.

An unusual Sonic, maybe the only sonic I’ve visited that doesn’t sell sonic ice, have wacky pack Wednesdays, and had trouble using the app. (Unsure if last was a location issue or generally app issue). Had some trouble with intercom, order rang up wrong and food was below par on visit.

It's really good tasty food,but Burger King is a LOT cheaper. Sonic is rather proud of their food and the prices reflect it. 8.00 for 3 Jr Burgers is just ridiculous when you can get 2 Whoppers ...full size burgers for 6.00

At times it looks and tastes like they just throw the food together with no concern. Last stop ...on my double..one meat was hanging out the side.

This particular Sonic has always been good. They're quick, the food is always hot, and they have the best drinks. Their car hops at this one are always super polite. I've only used their drive thru at this location a few times and it was great! Definitely one of the best Sonic locations I've visited.

I visited here after Soccer practice. I had been having a bad day and somehow the young lady at the window could sense that. She said can I buy you a ice cream, it will make you feel better. She did and ask what kind. I got a Reese's Sonic blast. She was right it did but her kindness made even more to me then anything could have . In times when our world isn't at its best you run across someone like her and you somehow see the difference she made just with her kindness and a very good ice cream.

I just delivered doordash from there on this visit but the Santa fe Texas sonic is twice as fast as any other sonic in a 20 mile area and that's at least 6 sonics, great job they do there

They almost never forget things, and when they do they're very professional about it. Pleasant workers, very friendly and funny. A bit pricey, but the drinks are completely customizable and amazing! I reccomend root beer with green apple Boba. It's. To die for.

We love this sonic cause it's on our way to horse back ride so we pick up dinner for 6 other kids twice pr week. Never complaint always plenty of condiments always fast service. I like it because it's on the mayor intersection pretty visible

Excellent experience at this Sonic. It had been a helluva day already, working nonstop to get the customer up n running and an emergency call to the next one with no time to take a lunch. I looked to my left and there was Sonic. I used my app to order and pulled into a stall. I checked in on the app and very quickly they were headed to my vehicle with my order. I just wanted some of that delicious ice tea. Great job Sonic!
