I went for Sunday brunch. Absolutely amazing food. Quality was excellent and prices were so reasonable. Will be back to try dinner and more Sunday brunch! Steak and cheese panini was 10/10. Chad was a wonderful server.

I have been to and picked up take out many many times from Sophia's. I cant say enough about how excellent it is. Yesterday we held my sisters surprise 40th birthday brunch here and both the food and service are just top notch. Thanks again Chris and Kim for a wonderful afternoon. You guys are fantastic!

I want to personally thank Chris and his staff for the wonderful last minute job they did for my husband’s after funeral service..outstanding, professional, and delicious food..he restaurant fit our family and friends perfectly..everyone was impressed with the quality of the food and service.. I highly recommend using this place for a personal service for any event..they went over and beyond to help us out at a very sad time..thanks so much ❤️

Always amazing food and hospitality.

We heard that was byob, so we brought a bottle of wine. The waitress was nice enough to bring us five glasses, even though three of us weren't drinking. The prices were reasonable and food was good. When the bill arrived, we were charged for 5 glasses at $5 a piece. Also they charge $5, if you use a credit card. Would have appreciated a heads up before hand.

We heard such good things about the food but found both our pasta dishes just OK. Braised short ribs pasta was more BBQ than Italian and crab pasta topped with salmon lacked flavor and the salmon was very undercooked. Potions were huge though and calamari was very yummy. Very welcoming atmosphere and service was great.

Ordered a take out order for my girlfriend and I. I ended up messing up the order and went to the restaurant and ordered what I was supposed to. I talked to Jordyn and told them I messed up my pregnant girlfriend’s order. They put a rush on the 2nd order and they took great care of us. Food was delicious, we got the gluten free chicken Alfredo and gluten free chicken parm. Will 100% be back.

I ordered Fried Calamari, Chicken Alfredo w/Broccolli & Chicken Parmigiana. The family loved it!! Great taste. Would definitely order from them again.

Had a party at sophia's and was completely satisfied with the outcome. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was very pleasant and it was reasonably priced. I highly recommend sophias for any event, you won't be disappointed. I can't say enough about how good everything turned out!

The food and service were excellent. I didn't like the fact that the restaurant was extremely loud. We had to practically scream in order to be heard. I'm not sure why it is like this. It made for an unpleasant evening.

The food was very good. I thought it was odd that a salad wasn't included as other Italian restaurants that I've been to serve you a salad with your meal. This by no means would prevent me from going back. They don't serve alcohol so if you drink you have to bring your own. The night I went it was extremely loud...like bend over the table to try and hear each other kind of loud. I would go back at a less noisy time 🤷

This is a restaurant for people who don’t leave Rhode Island. The service was slow, the proportions were large, and the food was bland. It was crawling with old people who are clearly regulars.

It was my first time there and my mother and I ordered the soft shell crab over risotto and it was DELICIOUS!!! The service was amazing! Thank you Kim! I’m definitely going back!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!! If you haven’t gone yet, GO!!!

We are former Warwick residents, and Italian food lovers. When we saw that Sophia's was voted Best Italian restaurant in the area in RI Monthly Magazine..we said "yeah, right!" Well let me just say...this no frills, tiny restaurant really delivers a wonderful Italian meal. Their bread service was delicious, especially the garlic olive oil confit, their Caesar salad was terrific...chopped style, which is my favorite, and the entrees were delicious, and plentiful. Service was terrific. It's BYO wine. Highly recommended for the food.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this Italian restaurant. The food and the service were impeccable. The Caesar salad and gluten-free veal & vegetable Alfredo were exceptional, catering perfectly to my gluten intolerance. My husband loved his house salad and the chicken saltimbocca. Kim, our server, was friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. The busboys kept our water cups full the entire time and promptly removed any dirty dishes from the table. We can’t wait to return for another fantastic meal!

I had the Polenta, and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this it. It is one of their appetizers. All their dishes are fabulous. Bring your appetite you won't be disappointed.

One of RI’s best. Such great food. Service is excellent. Truly recommend any dish, even though they have new specials every week. And the cooking classes are amazing!

My wife and I had a terrific dinner at Sophia's Tuscan Grill. The food was perfect and the service was spectacular ... they even took the leftovers in the back and boxed them for us, instead of throwing boxes on the table like most places do.

This was not good. Eggplant parm not cooked correctly at all, basically inedible. The sauce tastes fresh out of a can. More than half of our meals ended up in the trash. Very disappointed, not worth the price. We'll pass on giving it a second chance.

Brunch at Sophia's is delicious. Had their Monte Cristo - focaccia bread, egg (your choice), prosciutto, sautéed spinach, and provolone! Bring your appetite and favorite drink and enjoy! Make a reservation as they're usually packed!!

New menu for Wednesday nights started today and really limits entrees available. Starters were not satisfying and calamari was overbatted and over fried and lobster fritters were thick and heavy and undercooked in the center. My shrimp dish included potatoe salad which was not tasty. My company had similar reactions to their entrees. Sorry but true.

This place is amazing it’s like old world Italian. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Can't believe I have never left a review for this restaurant! It is outstanding. Kim is the absolute BEST! The food is fresh, delicious and comes out piping hot. BYOB allows you to bring in your favorite cocktail. We also booked our son's college grad party here and every attention to detail was in place. Truly a must try!

Everything was so delicious! Great portions and just enough options. The service was very friendly and helped with recommendations. I'm not sure what took us so long to go here. It's definitely a small place and can get loud but a hidden gem nonetheless. I love that the chef changes the menu weekly, I'm looking forward to working through the menu.

Calamari appy was delicious. Main dish was chicken stack was meh. Wait service was excellent. Atmosphere was loud ...possibly because there was a large group table next to us. Will have to give another try on a different evening

I very rarely write reviews, but felt compelled after a recent experience at Sofia’s Tuscan Grille. I ordered catering for my Christmas Eve event, and there was a slight miscommunication regarding my order that left me a full tray short of one of my main course options. **CUE PANIC** I called and not only were the chef and staff super apologetic, but they made sure I received all the food I needed for my guests as well as gifted me a credit for future use. THAT is good customer service. I’ve used Sofias for catering many times, and I will clearly be using them time and time again. The food is always a crowd pleaser and the staff truly cares about the customer’s experience. All around 5-stars. :)

First the good: service and food were both fine. Food came quickly and was very tasty, and the servers were attentive. However, it was extremely loud. Too loud to have a conversation across the table. Almost too loud to talk to the next person in the booth. Probably the loudest restaurant I have ever been in. We were all extremely relieved to finish our dinners and leave. (It was pretty easy to eat quickly because we couldn't really talk to each other.) To be fair, this isn't entirely the restaurant's fault; there were a couple of large parties that were making a lot of noise, and then of course everyone else had to practically shout to be heard. But the room has almost no sound-absorbing materials whatsoever, and it would have been nice had the servers asked the other parties to quiet down a bit. This ruined what otherwise would have been a very nice meal. A real shame. I doubt we will go back.

It was so much fun with BYOB. The food was great. Service wonderful. Only gave 4 stars because it's very crowded and loud. No music, either.

Didn't even sit down, just walked in and asked for a table. The person I talked to turned to the other, said something to that other person, then stood around while the other looked at a piece of paper, then went back into the kitchen and never came out. I waited for a couple minutes for someone to at least tell me whether I could sit down at a table. There was a third person that just walked in the back and never came out. Very, very disrespectful. This is when the restaurant is 20% full and I just wanted a salad. The food I saw on the tables didn't look like it was worth the money and the atmosphere was cramped and cluttered and awkwardly arranged. If you can't even walk around in the restaurant, there is a problem. Go elsewhere. Note to the owner: time to clean house. I live within walking distance, and I go out to eat every day, so you just missed an opportunity to have a customer that comes back again and again.

Very well organized with the help situation,very little down time. Menu changes weekly. It’s BYOB . Calamari is excellent to start with. Rib eye was cooked to perfection. Scallops also a big hit. Cappuccino was great and it’s only three dollars.it can be a little noisy because it’s on the smaller size,but it’s fine if you know it ahead of time.

Very creative menu. Nice byob option as well. Service was excellent. The major critique is just the space. It's too small and there's no comfort whatsoever. You stand up and you're practically standing with one foot on top of someone's veal parmesan. The wooden booths are like sitting in church pughs. It's a turn off and takes away from your dinner. It's not inviting at all. Take out is a better option.

This was the best food in any restaurant that I have ever had. Every course from appetizers to dessert was exceptional. I had the salmon with a caramel apple sauce. Amazing. We had four entrees, two different appetizers, two different salads, and three desserts. Everything was amazing. What a great find.

This place is the best! This is our once a week go to for takeout. Our meals are always hot and great portion sizes. We have tried just about everything here and never had a bad experience. White truffle Mac and cheese with crispy chicken is amazing!! The chef really knows what he's doing! No need to go to federal hill for a good Italian meal.

My fiancé and I had out rehearsal dinner here, it was beyond what we expected! The food was amazing, and the portion sizes were huge. Kim and Cheif Chris were absolutely amazing a whole process seem less. Highly recommend Sophia’s for events, or just a nice dinner you will not be disappointed!

I went to Sophia's with some of my friends expecting that I would only have a drink while my friends had their meals due to the fact that I have Celiac disease and can't eat gluten (I'll get violently sick if I eat a crumb) Our waiter Caleb went out of his way to let me know that they could accommodate my needs and reassured me that it would be safe. Well, the meal was delicious and I didn't get sick. I can't thank him enough for allowing me to feel normal and included again. I am grateful more than words can express. I can't wait to come back again. Thanks Caleb!!!!!!

Traveling for work and was looking for some Italian. Place is cozy and delicious. Would definitely come back if in town again. Portion was large and tasted really fresh. Staff was really nice.

Happy to find a cosy and nice place for brunch. Ordered the egg Benedict and it was pretty good. I love this place because it is not too noisy on the Sunday morning when I was there. Perfect for meeting up with friends over brunch to catch up.

Absolutely some of the best if not the best Italian food I've ever had. The sauce is amazing. Also, the chef brought us out a free appetizer that was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend and I both got the chicken Parm and it was the best chicken Parm I've ever had.

It had potential. My meal was cold. I got the eggplant rollatini. The flavor was there though. They were busy, but we always had someone come by to make sure we didn't need anything.

We had our office Christmas party at Sophia’s yesterday as we have done a few times in years past. - as always, the food and service were awesome! Chef Chris opened the restaurant just for us so we were able to mix, mingle and be merry!! And since Sophia’s is BYOB, we were able to keep costs down. I already have reservations for next Friday LOL!!

Food was delicious and atmosphere was great!

Wonderful Italian restaurant. The bread and oil are evil, you wouldn't want to stop and they just filled up your appetite before your main dish. The salmon was soft and juicy. The veal was also tender and overall they all tasted great. I would definitely visit again when I ever come to RI again.

This is not my first time reviewing Sophia's but felt like it's been a while...this is our FAVORITE restaurant. We drive 40 minutes to come here. There is no place else that you can get the quality homemade Italian, welcoming staff, AND BYOB around here. The new twist is that they rotate their menu every week so there is always something new to try. Appetizer, 2 delicious dinners, and a dessert for $65....and we got to bring our favorite bottle of wine with us? Can't beat it! The staff at Sophia's hasn't changed in the 5 years we have been visiting and they are all awesome. It's a must try!

Everything was great including the service. Caleb was our server and was very attentive, even the bus boys were on top of their game. The menu was traditional with nice creative touches.

This place has the most delicious food. We had my daughter's baby shower here today and I can't say enough nice things about it. The food was delicious and the meatballs were the best I've ever had. Chef Chris was awesome to deal with, he was friendly and made you feel at ease while planning the shower. We had many choices for food and the ones we picked were delicious. Kim the manager was friendly and they were right there to pick up your plates and cut the cake and pass out pieces to everyone. Everyone enjoyed themselves and I was so happy with everything.Thank you again!

Dinner was absolutely delicious and well-priced, service was fantastic (Thanks Chad!) and the cherry on top was that this establishment is BYOB. Appreciate that they refresh their menus weekly. Our favourite dish was the Zuppa pink vodka. Veal and cod fish were good too. The free bread and dip they served were so tasty, we couldn’t stop eating them. We opted to top up to get their fresh pasta as sides, best decision. Loved the texture, had a good bite to it.

We went to Sophia's for the first time. It was wonderful! The food was delicious! They really pay attention to detail in each dish. The portions are large so that my husband and I took the rest home and had leftovers for lunch the nest day. Since everything is made to order they were able to accommodate my gluten free/dairy free diet without hesitation. I had the risotto di mare, it was perfect! Kim was our server and she took excellent care of us. She immediately made us feel like family. Now I understand why this place has gotten so many amazing reviews, its really a gem in Warwick.
