It was a good experience. Good food. Goood service. Never ending spaghetti is truly never-ending! I was so full. I would come back for more.

Great salad bar, with lots of variety. The lasagna is my favorite, and is even better with hot, fresh garlic bread.

We always love going to Spaghetti Works Ralston. Attentive and friendly staff and always good food.

Established, efficient, clean and DELICIOUS FOOD. We had pizza and it was better than most specialty pizza places! We did not get salad. We have gone “considered off hours” between lunch and dinner~and SW always has diners! There are reasons for that!

Do not order from this location for delivery! The food was disgusting! It was cold, it was old, there was no sauce on our spaghetti. I don’t know if it’s because they use Uber to get their food to you, but don’t waste your money.

I think the food here is fabulous. Most of the servers are good and hardworking. Some of them are so rude that people ask not to be sat in their sections and they will yell at the host for simple mistakes in front of customers. Management is scarcely seen and will not check in on you like other places.

Food is always consistent, place was packed as usual. Need to open a location out NW Omaha!

Our server was great and super attentive. We all got build your own pasta and it was not great but good enough to finish our plates. The salad bar was absolutely disgusting and smelled like rotting fish (there is no fish served??). Definitely super disappointed in the food and disgusted by the salad bar.

Tastes JUST like the AMAZING salad and spaghetti I remember experiencing 25+ years ago in the location that was downstairs in the Downtown Lincoln area!! Waiter (Tim) was VERY attentive to all 6 people in my party (Mom, Oldest Brother, a 10 and 12 year old, my AMAZING Wife, and I) along with being SUPER kind about asking if he could get us anything else before closing out our check. ALL 6 of us CANNOT wait to come back!! We appreciate having him as our Waiter every time!! KIDS still eat free on Mondays (even if they want penne instead of spaghetti), too!! ALSO, they have an AWESOME Military Discount (if that's something that helps your Family make a decision).

Very good service and very good food

The place is decorated well and have plenty off seating. The food is good and the waiters are fine. The only really bad part is that almost every time I come here I have to wait at least 10-15 minutes. But that just means the food is good. The salad bar has lots of options and the menu is great. There is something for everyone likes on the menu

Food was flavorless. Spaghetti. Salad bar was near empty in many categories. They let you know how by sign no olives due to increased costs to keep salad bar complimentary with food order. Ser er had good pace, delivery, check out, knows how to turn tables well.

Busy and waitress was a little cold but otherwise great

This is my husband's favorite place to eat in Omaha. I think their pasta is soggy and overcooked and sauces are bland and worse than Ragu. Even the Tiramissu was watery and falling apart. The garlic bread is pretty good though and the servers are very polite.

Had a large group so had to wait quite a while. The food was okay but nothing great. And the service was spotty at best.

Our small wedding party went here after the service. Took half an hour after being seated to see our server, who gave basic service. We had reserved what we thought was going to be a private room, but were told those weren't available for us. After another large party left and we were the only ones remaining, cleanup staff started giving us the side eye and bum's rush, even though we had just gotten our food. Bride was so upset she excused herself to the car in tears. Another member of the party asked to speak to the manager, who did give us vouchers for free meals to make up for it, but it was still a shame that this was the new couple's experience for their wedding dinner.

We love to eat here on Mondays for the kids special. Lobster Sensation is my favorite with a Cajan Alfredo sauce.

Had another great experience. Our server was a little newer but did an amazing job and even with CWS in town and being extremely busy on a Thursday night he was extremely busy and our drinks didn't get to the bottom and was very quick on my husband's refill on his spaghetti. We will be back for sure.

Good food, nice family atmosphere. Service is always slow. The staff aren't super friendly and almost seem annoyed that you are there.

Yeah coke products!! Chicken parmesan was good. Now the not good: several employees congregating and sitting on guest waiting benches in the entryway..on phones, charging phones, and chit chatting away from the poorest salad bar condition I've ever come across. Where is the management to direct these teen employees? Just look at the pics..they say 1000 words. Every item on salad bar was low and in poor condition. The salad plates have shrunk in half since my last visit here. And everything on the salad bar was lukewarm. Very disappointing as the salad bar is a good portion of the reason we decide to come eat at Spaghetti Works. I guess sunflower seeds and the peppers grinders are of past salad bar offerings.

After going to old Market Spaghetti works this place is not worth its existence. The salad bar is smaller and has less items. The lay out was a bit wonky. The music is SO loud!! Asked for it to be turned down but really didn’t seem like it. Hostess desk was a mess, and seemed like a bunch of chickens running it. Not worth the visit

Eh. Out of 1st 3 beers asked for. Food was ok. Down town spaghetti works was a better experience.

Waiter spent 5 seconds at a time resulting in multiple trips. 30mins for water refills on each 3 glasses. 30 mins on each pasta refill. 45mins for bill. No one knew how to add military discount. One lady stole the bill and card from my mother's disabled hands. I had to yell to be heard over the the conversation, laughing, and commotion of the front about who stole my dad's card without permission. When I called to complain the next day I was met with lies and excuses. I should have just called the cops for theft and unauthorized use of card.

UPDATE: found a bruise after the lady tore the bill out of mom's hands. This place condones abuse and theft of elderly and disabled people! Got off the phone with the manager. All they had to say was lies about me. Do not go there!! We had to wait 45mins for the bill. Server rude and only spent 10 seconds with us at a time. Waited over 30 mins for water refill and pasta refill. Won't be back! EVER!

10/10 would come here again the host is amazing he is funny and had a positive attitude the whole time we were there

The Salad Bar was lacking this time. They made the plates smaller, and the dressings were low. Was disappointed this time. Spaghetti was good.

If you're gonna be the waiter for a table, you should at least come back to check on your table. There's no reason dad. You should ask for a drink and not receive. It takes use 45 minutes just to bring something back. Never paying attention when being waved down. Altogether, just a horrible time.

Great food, salad bar was delicious, chicken fetachini Alfredo was so good. Wait staff was prompt even though they were busy as heck. Even though they were packed the noise level was ok and you could converse with people without issues or having to scream

Mom an I love the salad bar, marinated cucumbers are the bomb. We each get salad bar and split a order of ravioli good for lunch or dinner cost us together 20$ including a tip

Two meals were good. Unfortunately they had only 2 gluten free options and were out of one of them. Had GF spaghetti. It was not great. And the sauce was very scarce, however, when asked the server did bring more. Pretty tasteless, needed a lot more seasoning. Nice decor, great server, food overall averaging the just good with the not good = 3 stars.

We LOVE the salad bar! It is the BEST! Everything is fresh and the selection is incredible. And the other food is good also. 😀

Overall a good place. Nothing spectacular about food or atmosphere. If you order a salad bar beside it very small plates which makes you repeat multiple trips in order to get a good amount of salad. We were celebrating birthday and had a good time though 🎉

A little disappointed, I had spaghetti with the red meat sauce and did not have enough sauce to get me to the end of the spaghetti. The best thing about my meal was the salad bar.

Sitting here for 20 minutes, we're told a 30 minute wait for 5, table in front of us has 5 chairs, been open the entire time as these "5"! Employees are chatting. Have been here for a long time because of this and was talked into coming back.HASN'T CHANGED. Won't be back.

Fast service went for lunch. Free parking that's a bonus in omaha. Good selection for salad bar. Great spaghetti (that's what I ordered)

Great food really bad service the worst service I ever had in this place

We went here with a party of seven. They were very accommodating! The service was fantastic! The salad bar was very fresh! The food was excellent and reasonably priced! Definitely will be back!

Food was good, endless pasta was a good deal

It's usually a 4 or 5 star but they were very busy. We we charged for 2 extra meals and 2 of each appetizers when we only ordered and received 1 of each. I'm glad I looked at the bill before paying. They fixed it but it took a while.

This place is an Omaha staple. Since forever, I get half beer cheese, half hot and naked on Angel hair! Love love love their salad bar!

Terry our server was friendly and stop by our table often to see if we need more pasta. Loved is place great sauce selection, and the bottomless bowl of pasta was a big hit with my hubby.

2ed visit. Still very tasty. As my grandson would say, 10 out of 10 will go again!

Spaghetti works has always been a wonderful place to go. This time, I pay attention to the way things tasted. Turns out that the sauces taste the same way they did 20 years ago, which was great! In any case, I would highly recommend going here.

We were a large party and they were great!

I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and was sadly disappointed. The sauce was bland, the noodles undercooked and the meatballs had very little flavor. I did like it was limitless and had a good salad bar but the food overall was a big disappointment.

Showed up 30 minutes before close & was told by the hostess that everything was dirty & they were closing. Very poor customer service.

Ordered combination spaghetti, beer cheese and meat sauce. No hamburger in the meat sauce. My wife order combination with marinara sauce and it looked like the same sauce both from tasting it and inspecting it. Our server even said that it varies from night to night. Very very disappointed! Bill S

Delicious and the kids loved it. Tons of food with good flavor. A bit pricey but you get your value for it.

Took our family out for my granddaughters birthday. Food and our server was awesome. The girls at the hostess station had lots of attitude.

The human fecal matter trail next to the open salad bar. They did not close to clean the fecal matter with higher grade cleaner. They did not change out the salad bar food.

Like pasta ? this is the place for spaghetti. Red clam ? Beer and Cheese ? Hot Naked with mushrooms ? They have it and it will taste delicious. Server Kyle was awesome tonight and bravo to the rest of the staff. Eaten at the works for at least 40+ years. 09/11/22 Dinner was excellent tonight. Our server Shawn was fantastic. He really did an excellent job taking care of the wife and I. 02/18/24 update. Terry our server, he went above and beyond for our group and a large group next to us. Now the rest of the service wasn't up to it's normal Superior service. Salad bar was pretty much empty when we went to it and bowls were either empty or we were scraping the bottom. Took what seemed like a unnecessarily long time for someone to check and refill, even after mentioning it to management. Not the best visit this time.

5pm salad bar was scarce. No ranch. No lettuce at one point. Only one spoonful of cottage cheese. All the while 4 employees were just standing at the front(host area) talking to each other. Went to the bathroom, it was decent. But on the way there I saw two managers just sitting down with a vape. Came out of the bathroom with four employees just standing there like they were waiting to enter or a meeting spot. Our waiter seemed new, but was great for the experience. Food tasted great though.

First time and it was pretty good if you like pasta. They have a cool salad bar and unlimited pasta as well as other Italian dishes.

Our server was Brad and he just went above and beyond to make sure we were enever breathless. We love Brad !

Everything was great. The only issue with the food was that my daughter ordered the sundae without caramel and it came with caramel. The server corrected the problem right away.

Salad bar is super and, of course, the spaghetti, and all the pasta, is perfect. Server did a great job, checked back often and kept the tea and coke glasses filled. Very enjoyable evening.

The place has a great salad bar. The food is good.i had the chicken alfredo and it was good, could have used more sauce. The place has been around for a very long time and it is a nice place to go to with a group as you can have a conversation and be able to hear everyone.

Definitely a wait for refills. But, server was overworked and doing the best she could. Tried something new by adding roasted onions and peppers to beer cheese on my noodles and it was deliteful.

This is the place to go for a cheap family meal and basic pasta. Nothing special pretty simple.

Salad bar and wait staff was fantastic. However, I ordered baked Parmesan chicken. We were a large group of 10. When my food came the chicken was chopped into chunks and the dish was lacking sauce and cheese. I visited with the table instead of eating my meal and took it home to eat the next day. To which I had to add extra sauce and extra cheese but then I came to find out why the chicken was cut into chunks, they were chicken fingers not a chicken breast. Absolutely disappointing.

The waiter we got was very attentive and friendly, even ran our leftovers out to us when we forgot to grab them. The salad bar truck was very good and well stocked!

It was my first time. We ordered the grilled chicken fettuccine Alfredo. It was good. The salad bar was really delicious. The service was very attentive. I know I'm going to be going back to try more of what is offered. I do recommend going to Spaghetti Works.

This one is better than downtown one. Customer service is lacking slightly and food was what you expect.

It’s fine. The main draw of this place is unlimited salad bar and pasta bowls. You more come here for the quantity of food. The place is themed like an old farm ranch, but it feels outdated and cramped. The salad bar is on the back of a repurposed truck and is clunky to navigate in a weird spot right by the lobby. The food itself isn’t necessarily bad, but it’s just uninspiring and you’ll get the same results or better buying jarred sauces from the grocery store and throwing it over some pasta. We tried all the sauces and a few different pastas along with some Chicken Parm. The only complaint is that they were pretty light on the sauce. Nothing I tried really makes me want to come back, but I wouldn’t necessarily avoid this place.
