I come here every morning before I head to work and sit to write in my journal or other things that I like to do on my computer, the girls are friendly and energetic, Brad is one of the guys that work here, and he is very polite and very friendly. A few of the others seem to make it a bit uncomfortable at times, usually catching them watching me a little too much, being nosey I guess... some of the energy is a bit negative though at times I've had my fair share of negative outbursts due to the negative stimuli in the environment. I just like to sit in my solitude in peace without people looking over my shoulder to what I am doing. Just some people have no respect for boundaries even in public places. People that have self-respect, respect and healthy boundaries, respect the boundaries of others, EVEN IN PUBLIC. Those who don't, well, I can usually spot many of these individuals who don't....... Just to add, now since I've posted a review, my concern is to how many people are going to start stalking me in the morning..... even public servants.....

April. 2024 I came in today through the drive-through, and the person in the drive-through was rude. She did not understand what we were saying. She kept putting the wrong thing on the screen and was rude. Then they gave us a coffee free Frappuccino. Today, July 4, 2024 Once again, the same thing happened. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino with extra caramel. For some reason, they did it again. No coffee. Then they redid it, and when they gave my husband the drink, they added a mountain of caramel to the top and said, "ENJOY! She had black hair. They are just rude and unprofessional! This is unacceptable! I just tried it, and it has no coffee taste. I am a regular customer.

Very slow paced always sounds like they don’t like there job and have to wait long time and my order is wrong 90% of time.

Went through the drive-through picked up a iced coffee oat latte, and breakfast sandwich. Nice service greeted with a smile. The coffee was refreshing and yummy.

We have had some decent experiences here, but more often than not, there is always an order that’s wrong in some way and trust me, we are basic people with basic coffee orders. The worst experience was this evening. We pull up and the lady takes our order very quickly and we said thank you and she replied very rudely “mhm.” Then we get to the window to pay and she goes to hand us a random drink and tells us our total. My husband said that wasn’t our order and that we had two venti mochas. She replies very rudely and says, “well, I’m the ONLY ONE that has worked this window and I NEVER took that order.” So now, we are liars. She then decides to take the order at the window and continues on ranting to her coworker how we did not order at the speaker or that she never took our order even though we did. Clearly, she was taking our order while filling another and never put it into the register. She was horribly rude and had zero customer service skills and needs to be far, far away from any customers. Her name is Ashley. We will not be returning to this location. Far better places to give our money to.

They take drive-)thru customers way before any dine-in service. Only 2 people inside and I waited 10 minutes for someone to finally make my flat white.

About what you would expect from a Starbucks, middle of the road food and coffee, but a convenient stop when you need something quick.

Fast couteous service, order was correct

I may visit more frequently than I should, but it speaks to the quality of service and beverages this location makes. Staff is super friendly and always gives me a boost whenever I stop in. I’m sure I will see you all soon! Keep up the great work, it is always appreciated 🙏🏻

Service is good like all Starbucks. But a nudge toward friendliness (smiles and engaging during waiting) should be encouraged.

Idk, its starbucks. The drinks are always about the same. Feels like they go out of their way to hire people that make you uncomfortable. Maybe I'm just a dinosaur though. My inner archie bunker comes out around star bucks. 6 or 7 bucks for a drink and then being told "there's a question" meaning tip the "guy" that hands me the 7 dollar drink just kind of sucks too. Now its an 8 dollar drink...

Stood at the counter for 5 minutes. Nobody else there but me and nobody even acknowledged me. Finally asked if anyone was doing counter service. The reply I got was they are short staffed. Concentrating only only drive thru apparently. Awful. Will never go back. Didn't order anything.

I come here every day during lunch and have never had a bad experience. Obviously, I’ve become quite familiar with the crew. Marie, Cody, C, Jalen, Anya, Aubrey, and the rest of the baristas are all wonderful! I much prefer this location over the one located in target.

What used to be my favorite location to grab my favorite drinks from is now my least favorite location. There is always a very rude employee named Ashlee I feel like my presence is a burden to her. Then the worst part is my drinks are wrong and they aren’t special orders. Save your money and drive to the next plaza and go to the target Starbucks they will not get your drink wrong.

Its a typical starbucks. Getting in & out is challenging due to road construction & small parking lot

Service was a bit slow for a drive up pick up order.

Service was A+, Banana Nut bread was dry (not fresh?) so, C+, atmosphere B. Love the seating area... a little noisy, but it is a coffee shop so, not a deal breaker.

Not sure what is going on with this location lately but the drinks are not being made right. My daily drink is either made wrong or just loaded with ice which waters the drink down. Some of the barristas definitely need more training at this location. These drinks are expensive enough and should be made correctly. Taking a break from the Lady Lake location and either will go to Target or the Wedgewood location.

Pretty chill place, with good coffee and nice staff. Not exactly the place to come to, if you're looking to study. Only because the music was too loud and so were the people, but I guess it's because this Starbucks is a little smaller than the other ones I've gone to. I would still recommend it if you're just going for coffee and hang out.

When I arrived, I was told they were out of the blonde espresso i had ordered on the app, but one of the girls went in the back and found it for me.

Stop here quite frequently. The only reason I did a 4 star is because some of the employees can be a little sour. For the most part everyone has a smile. They do a good job with the drinks though.

My daughter loves to order online before going to work and it is usually quickly ready when we get there. The coffees are good. I do not know about their food. We only buy their beverages

My friend and I walked in this morning and received the most excellent customer service and drinks from your employee Joey! He custom made a drink for my friend who was undecided on exactly what she wanted. Joey is a treasure of an employee that deserves recognition! Job well done. We will return to this location.

The same Starbucks menu as all Starbucks. They have a drive-thru. Parking lot is confusing in\out, be careful. I find their coffee to be way too acidic for me however many do like it. The baked goods are good however they are frozen and made in some big company and I really do prefer homemade and local bakeries.

I always feel welcomed when I get there. And it's nice that there's inside and outdoor seating to choose from.

I used to work here at this location and I can definitely say that you will not be disappointed. The ladies and gentlemen who work there are all wonderful. They have put a smile on my face whenever I go back to visit them, and they have always made to get my order correct and delicious every single time. Keep up the good work everyone and know that Jamie is thinking of you :)

Wife always loves their seasonal lattes and their protein boxes are pretty decent

Employees are always very kind! I didntnlike starbucks for the longest time because each time I never knew how the drink would be prepared but here they are consistent! When I order a drink I know it will be the same as it was last time I ordered it here. They're also pretty quick with drive thru, so even if there's a long line they get through it rather quick. Love this location and I will continue to come here

Disappointed I called to let them know they forgot my food that was apart of the mobile order I placed online to have them say they wouldn't refund me and then leave me on hold when "asking a manager." Thanks for not caring that not everyone can afford to waste $5 👍

Quick service, good coffee and quality breakfast choices..

Friendly people' with a sense of humor. Nice experience. As for the product, way over priced. Medium iced mocha is nearly $6. Total rip off unless you really need a caffeine boost. Unsustainable prices for coffee.

Amazing staff, they are so friendly and they are always making you laugh and making sure you are well taken. They get a lot of customers and they do their very best to be quick, great teamwork!!!
