They denied me my birthday gift, I think the person who served me was in a bad mood

Good place, renowned...but the quality of the coffee beans...we know that it is not good. He has a name and he is a marketer...nothing more. The price is high for the quality it offers.

Coffee wasn’t properly prepared. Employees not paying attention to clients but to their own conversation.

Even if Starbucks isn't your favorite coffee, there's something very nice about having a consistent experience anywhere globally.

3 young ladies working hard here. Exceptional work ethic and customer service. Rare to see these days. Will come back to this Starbucks again and again because good help is hard to find. They need to hire someone else just to keep up with them.

Friendly, but slow. 4 on staff with a low in the orders and customers. I attribute the mess and need for cleaning with the staffs inability to work at a reasonable pace. My order was made nicely. I'll go back, but I won't be in a hurry. If they would keep the place ckean I would give them 5 stars.

Service needs a refresh button as does the store. This store always is unkept, messy. Service is not the best I waited, & waited for $100 gift cards.

Great little Starbucks with no drive thru makes it more personal

Horrible attention from one of the girls who works here. I just asked her for an uber that I was waiting for and she was yelling at me saying to sit down and they would call me when the order was ready.

Been coming here almost everyday for the past 2 years. Good people working there, and they usually have their inventory stacked yo!

Always busy. Not that good to work out off because there aren’t many outlets for computers. Doesn’t have drive through. Staff is friendly fast and efficient.

If i could give zero stars i would Amanda was so rude. Took forget to heat up a sandwich and croissant. I wanted over 10 minutes when. The was empty. I will not be returning to this location.

Never prepared and always behind. 3 to 5 employees working at one time with very little business and coffee is never made in the morning. You have to wait for them to brew it. I ran late to work a couple of times because of this inefficiency.

Pretty much had nothing in supply… like how can you not have sugar as part of you supply being a franchised coffee shop. Sorry but it blows my mind. In addition everything was dirty, floor, tables, restroom, outdoors etc.. I Truly should have just stayed home and made my own coffee as Starbucks quality has been falling incredibly. It definitely Would have tasted better. I don’t think I’ll consider coming to this Starbucks again.

The service of the personnel is A+. So, if a place a have a good customer service, that means the place is great.

HORRENDOUS - Monday 6:29 long wait and curly hair barista has an awful attitude. I asked for Splenda as they have their sugar and Splenda inside the counter - not reachable for customers - their straws also not reachable but closer to my side so I grabbed one - he in front of all other customers told me: next time you ask and just don’t grab one - really?! You are not paying attention and give me Splenda but how do I I supposed to mix it - anyway not the attitude you receive at any Starbucks. I paid $5 for a small coffee with horrible service - SLOW service - I live in Miami Beach and service is really fast and friendly - seems like this shop doesn’t belong to the same chain

Se supone que cierran a las 9:00pm, son las 7:55 y ya no tenia ninguna fruta para las bebidas, no fresa, no dragonfruit ni nada, la muchacha que me atendió (una chica joven, alta, con el cabello de colores) super distraída, a penas me miraba como si estuviera perdida, pague y nunca mando mi orden, a los 5 minutos me mira y me pregunta que fue lo que pedí, un desastre. Deberían tener algún adulto supervisando tanto jovencito desordenado. Lastima porque las bebidas son deliciosas

Only in and out since it was a pick up order. My order was ready when I arrived.

If I can give this location zero stars I would. The service is so slow it’s creamy how slow it is. Even for mobile order I still get there before my order is even noticed. The staff is also snobby and rude. This location is always out of stock of everything. These days it’s hard to find real costumer service. Only place who still has customer service is chick fil a. If it warm so busy there that’s where I would be going for breakfast every morning.

Me gusta el toque del barista del local, o al menos quien entrena a los chicos que hacen café, tiene ligeramente un mejor sabor de café que otros sitios de la franquicia en Miami. Lo malo es que es muy pequeño y por la misma razón se pueden hacer colas y aconglomeraciones que pueden causar ciertas molestias.

Great service for real. I froze when dude on the register asked if I wanted ice or not in my water. So thoughtful. And the barista understood what a “sploosh” was before I could even get into describing it.I have been having issues with not getting a half cup of milk when I ask for a little dairy.Here they know whats up. Not quite a “splash” but a “sploosh”. Other places have not mastered this. And if in doubt-ask. She held the cup up (clear cup=iced bev) and asked if that was good. Because she smart. Its easier to add cream to a cup of coffee then it is to remove it. Tell the others! Seriously though model store. And I liked the little patio area with spaced out seating.107th ave aint much of a view but its a nice place for a pit stop when out shopping or running errands. Its also right next to the Eastbound bus stop coming from by Dolphin Mall.

Starbucks’ coffee quality remains generic and mediocre and among the most acidic in the world. However, this is a very cool and popular location where students come to chill and study and office workers come for their morning and afternoon java recharge. It’s got a great outdoor patio area for relaxing under the brilliant Miami sun. The location is well-kept, clean and serves a variety of sandwiches, desserts, hot and cold drinks and, of course, very friendly service.

Store associates are great for preparing orders very timely and they have strong customer support and communication skills.🤗🤗🤗 Store hours and online menu must be updated . ⏰

I loveeee this Starbucks! They always get my orders right and are pretty consistent with their drinks! They are also soooo fast! It’s cray cray, I love it! Even though I’ve only ever ordered from them via Uber Eats, I know they must have exceptional customer Service. Also, if your name is also "Cat", you just might get your own personalized bag.

Awww gracias a las dos personas que me ayudaron. El chico tomando mi pedido fue tan amable conmigo en la manera cómo él estaba ayudándome a conseguir la bebida que quería. Lo compartí con mis hijos. Un Caramel Machiatto con leche sin grasa. Además, ofrece wifi gratuito. Lo único que no me gustó fue cómo los clientes pueden ser tan irrespetuoso y dejar sus tazas vacías y basura en las mesas. Gente: hay potes de basura en todas partes ... USÉNLOS y considere el hecho de que todos compartimos el mismo espacio más el hecho de que el personal de Starbucks no son sus sirvientes. This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. I always order through the app so when I get here, my order is always made and ready for pick-up. It's super convenient if you don't want to wait in line for 5-10 minutes and deal with people not being able to make up their minds.

The location is clutch cause is between a couple of malls and on your way to Ikea , the shift I went to was mid day and everything went smoothly , the staff is very friendly.

Of my two favorite locations, this had to be my favorite of the two. My order is always ready for pick-up and it's always correct. If I ask for something extra hot, I receive extra hot. Mobile order is super convenient because I just order through the app and walk in and pick-up. No waiting in line necessary. Can't comment on staff as I don't really interact with them but they always say "good morning" when I walk in. So if nothing else they are courteous.

I come to this Starbucks about 3-4 times a week early in the morning. Every time I walk in there (barely awake), I’m immediately greet in a friendly, upbeat manner by all staff. Visité este lugar ayer. Normalmente Starbucks está lleno, pero ahora esta vez. Había un grupo delante de mí y yo era el siguiente. Pedí. Nunca tomaron mi nombre, así que me llaman mi pedido en lugar de mi nombre. Literalmente, fui la única persona que esperaba una orden y un chico que vino poco después de mí. La joven que tomó mi orden supo que era mía. Como no escuché cuando llamaron a la orden, la orden se dejó en el mostrador sin tener en cuenta que estaba sentada en una mesa esperando. Realmente no sé dónde hay lógica, modales, sentido común en las cabezas de los jóvenes. ¿Qué estamos enseñando a nuestros hijos? Porque seguro que no es nada de eso. No hay cuidado para nadie más. Estoy sorprendido de lo poco que les importa.

Always nice to visit. Easy to access. Ample parking (though not always up front). Staff is pleasant & never rude. Lovely hedges make the outside seating seem cozy. The street seems far away. My only wish is for someone to head over to the nearest Dollar Tree and buy a few small paint brushes. If kept clean, they are great to get up the smallest crumbs from between the table top slats.

Super friendly people and great service. I usually place my order over the phone, so it is always ready when i arrive. They have a huge common table which is fun if you are in a big group, but it makes it a bit uncomfortable if you want to have a private conversation. I would rather see comfy chairs or at least small tables. They do have outside seating, but I rarely go there. It is either too hot, wet or filled with mosquitoes. Thank goodness for A/C.

Starbucks es un lugar de una calidez muy particular para ir sólo o acompañado y tomar un café o comer un refrigerio para consumir allí o para llevar, siempre higiénico y acogedor. Suelen ir los estudiantes sólos o de manera grupal a reunirse y estudiar, debatir y/o acordar acerca de sus proyectos, etc. y aún así continúa siendo un lugar, sumamente tranquilo para tomar un rico café y pasar un rato agradable. Muy recomendado.
