The facility was clean and my coworker was pleased with his order. I don't know what was going on with the young man who was taking orders but he never greeted us or asked what we would like. I honestly did not feel welcome so I chose not to place an order. My coworker forgot his banana bread and Britney came out with such a pleasant attitude to bring it to him. We had a brief conversation. She redeemed the store reputation and is a wonderful asset to the company. Thank you Britney for your great personality and attitude.

Service and drinks are always on point. It sometimes can get busy, but they work smoothly

Service was quick , people were friendly but PLEASEEE stop blasting Disney Music at 7:30 in the morning. Please.

Quiet location, it's slightly hidden by the surroundings so it rarely gets super busy here, unlike many of the other surrounding locations, while still being in a very convenient spot by all the warehouses on South Conway. The staff is very friendly and works quickly. My favorite place to stop when I need a pick me up for work.

It’s a really nice place to have a good conversation and enjoy the smell of coffee but the reason why I’m giving 4 stars to this place is because the tables outside looks a little dirty with old stains, it looks like no one is caring of the tables outside, they also have only two employees inside doing everything taking orders, preparing the drinks for the drive thru and working on the counter so in my opinion one or two more employees can help to do this place even better.

I've never bought anything from this company I don't like the wacky names and sugar-filled morning drinks or energy drinks or not for me but if it's your thing go for it you could probably make every drink for one tenth the price at home

Visited this location for the first time. It’s not near me but we were on this side of town for an appointment. So glad we did! We were immediately greeted by a young lady, Elaina, while she was doing some cleaning. Wow! Then we walked in and everyone welcomed us. Wow! The reason I decided to write this review was the person who assisted us, Diego, was so so so friendly, energetic, engaging, happy, and helpful. He helped me decide what to order for my brother since I usually don’t order iced coffee. He gave me ALL the options and helped me customize it. Then he helped me decide a decaf option for me. Brown sugar oat milk Espresso Iced coffee. It was So yummy!! He also complimented my brother and tried using sign language to talk to him. The shop was really clean and neat. Very nice for sitting to enjoy our coffee. If I lived any closer I would make a point of returning here regularly. As it isn’t, I will definitely stop here again if we are ever in the area.

These workers lack customer service skills. All you see is them huddled and talking instead of working. This place needs to be REVAMPED.

When I came I walk straight the register and was greeted by the guy making food instead of the cashier. The cashier greets the next woman walking in and immediately takes her order disregarding I walked in prior as I’m standing my the counter. You would think in 2023 all humans are treated the same. I guess certain kinds are when it comes to Starbucks.

Quiet place to hangout and for reading. Love the background musics. I didn't know what to order, the staff created special coffee based on my taste. Good job! Good customer service.

Had a great time here relaxing and reading all day drinking my latte. I asked an employee if I could put a flyer up for my small business and they said sure of course that’s the community board! Literally an hour later all my flyers and business cards were thrown away. A different employee told me it was only for non profit. I am extremely irritated and will not be returning.

This location is a much-needed glimmer of hope among the Starbucks family. In a time where many locations are declining in drink quality and customer service, I was enthusiastically welcomed from the time I walked in, placed my order, and received my order. All of the staff seemed to be working together like a team, and the Frappuccino was the best one I've had in a long time. Thank you!

Without fail I only spend 2 minutes in drive through. That is INCREDIBLE. the staff is so friendly and accommodating

Gave me a free drink and cake pop because of computer malfunction. They were very nice and polite! I also asked for a Caramel Ribbon Crunch frap and to add extra whipped cream and toppings and they did a great job! Very much appreciated!!!

I’ve a neighborhood Starbucks yet I’ve made this one my go-to. The people here are pleasant and my coffee order doesn’t feel watered down, unlike my neighborhood Starbucks.

Staff here is always pleasant and attentive. Whether it's crowded inside or empty, they are also quick to prepare my order. There is a pleasant little alcove inside for seating/studying.

Im editing this review, because unfortunately it looks like they changed the staff, and honestly today we came in, and not even a greeting, the woman that gave us the order was rude and unprofessional. We asked for butter for the bagel and they just threw it on the bottom of the bag. Sorry to see this Starbucks go down like that! Looks like MacKenzie is not here anymore.!! 😔😔 Wow! Best Starbucks ever. Great customer service. They sure pay attention to the orders on the app. Very friendly and courteous. Honestly... I think my review is biased because I love Starbucks in general for wherever I am. This particular location is 2 minutes away from home and no matter which direction I'm going it is always on my route. LOL, so you can imagine I visit and purchase quite often, but I'm sad that this location is not on UberEats anymore.

The smell of burnt acidic coffee made my eyes water. My first and last visit to a place that serves overpriced colored water and calls it coffee. Ive had better coffee at 2am in truck stops.

Still number one! I go to Starbucks for coffee. A flat white is as fancy as I get, but I spend more in a month on Via instant packets than I do for anything else. The good: the dining room always looks nice and clean when I go in. Everything is presented well (as seems to be the standard across all Starbucks stores I've seen on 4 continents), and the staff is as polite and efficient as any. Also it's almost never busy here when I go by, which is usually Wed-Sat mornings a little after 7am. The bad: I can't think of anything. The verdict: KEEP IT UP!

Great place to relax. I worked here for at least a year meeting with new clients. Nice small patio, clean bathroom and good wifi.

The only Starbucks in Orlando that charges $3.95 + $0.50 for water with strawberries. I’ve gone to multiple Starbucks and they only charge me $0.50 for the scoop of strawberries. If I wanted a strawberry refresher I would’ve ordered one. It’s absolutely ridiculous.

This Starbucks continues to screw up my order every single time I go there. I place the order and initially it is completely run up as a totally different wrong item than what if I asked. Then once I correct them I get my drink and it's not what I've asked for. Like this morning all I asked for was a venti green tea but make one of the bags a mint tea and it took them no lie 5 minutes to figure out how to ring up that order and then when I get my drink and I bring it home it's two bags of green tea. At this point I would rather drive 10 minutes out of my way to go to a different Starbucks then to stop at this location.

Beautiful interior of this location, the seating is plentiful and spaced out well for COVID. The staff was friendly and attentive which is definitely appreciated. My order was perfect with no mistakes and it was made quickly. It'd be a pleasure to come back!

**Drive thru only** We stopped into their drive thru on the way to a friend's house in the area. We were the only people in line, so ordering was quick and efficient. The barista was friendly and welcoming. We made small talk at the window while my mocha was made. They were genuinely nice and felt like they cared about customers. My drink was made as ordered and it was perfectly hot but not scalding. I could drink it right away without burning my mouth. Many times they 'burn' their coffee beans and it can taste bitter, but this one was smooth and tasty. The drive thru was super quick and easy, but it wasn't a peak time to be in a coffee drive thru, so I can't speak to high times of foot traffic. Overall: A Easy and convenient drive thru pick me up!

Starbucks!!! Coffee was great, I ordered a Toasted White Chocolate Mocha and it was so so yummy! Also ordered a brownie, it was pretty good as well. The staff was nice and we got our order pretty quickly. Clean facility and it was pretty busy too.

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to. The staff in the mornings are always incredibly friendly and engaging. They remember their regulars and treat new guests with a kind smile and great attitudes. This place can get busy in the morning, but everyone there seems to take it in strides. Out of the hundreds of times I have been they have only gotten my order wrong a couple times. Where as Michigan doesn't understand milk to coffee ratio, Hoffner is always just perfect.

I wish they were open 24-7. It's hard to get good wifi but this location is the only one around me that does have good wifi and it's within walking distance. The Wawa which is open 24-7 and a little further down does not have good wifi so I love this little shop. I hope they stay forever.

I've been going to this place for a while and honestly the coffee is good and i like their staff but they get rushed very easily they should train the staff to handle that situation much better.

Getting my coffee here is always a pleasure. Walking in the store is clean and tidy and even if it is crowded, the wait is usually short. Ordering is quick and they always get it right. The staff is always friendly and curtious and never complain about a strange or large order. One of the biggest things I like about this place is that they always spell my name right
