Worst Starbucks . On a busy morning only three employees are available. I been waiting for more than 20 mins. After I did a mobile order . This is crazy

I love Starbucks, but this location in particular leaves a lot to be desired. I have been there twice and it has been the same, horrible service. Apparently the girls at work are angry and the quality of the coffees is horrible. They have not fulfilled what I requested. I will not return to this place again!

I want to give a big shout to the staff/Team for all their hard work and making my mornings as smooth as possible . Thank you to Grace , Said , Leticia , And Brithany for their phenomenal service. Always acknowledging customers as soon as you enter the store and putting smiles on customers faces . This store is 10/10 definitely recommended.

We like visiting Starbucks in North Miami. It's a convenient location near other stores we go to. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

Very busy store on Saturday mornings, staff can barely keep up with the orders. Still they are very polite and hard workers.

This is a nice Starbucks, but there’s not a lot of places to sit down. Even though it’s a very large open area, they just don’t have a lot of tables. The customer service was excellent and they have a great choice of things to eat and drink. Just don’t plan on staying there. They do have parking in the back, but the spots are very small.

I ordered iced lavender cream oatmilk matcha I received milk instead, my stomach isn’t very happy right now. Thank you barista.

The servers are very knowledgeable and professional, and the food is decent. But, the place is very dirty. The floors are dirty, the tables, the windows are all dirty. There are left over foods from previous customers left at the table without employee's cleaning the tables. You would think that this location is located in a raunchy neighborhood and not Miami Shores. The residents of Miami Shores pays high rent and mortgages to live there. You guys could do better than that!!!!!

What we are experiencing is worrying, I don't have any problems with homosexuals, I respect them like everyone else but this man in the photo is the manager of this Store and it is not the first time that when a man enters the bathroom he tries to open the door Today he did it to my friend but the problem is when a child comes in, what is going to happen? This person is a harasser, today I observed him and he has an obsession with men, this cannot happen, it is abuse of his authority The name of this disrespectful and harassing person who loves to try to enter the men's bathroom is Claudio

I been living in the Miami shores area for over 20 yrs and this has always been my go to Starbucks everyone has always been friendly. As soon as I walk in this morning I can hear Claudio being very loud and gossiping with a customer about another staff member. Then he and Marika continue to gossip. While they are gossiping they are bossing around the other 2 young ladies who are working. I manage 3 clinics and will never treat my staff the way Claudio was treating these young lady. Another customer that was there stated that he is always loud and gossiping. I asked marika to provide with cup sleeves and looked at me and proceeded to ignore me the other young lady saw what happened and apologized and handed me the sleeve. I completely understand it’s busy we all have bad days but leave that at the door. Claudio and Marika need more training on customer service

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. Service is alway great.

Feeling down? Blue? Blah? Need a mood booster? Never thought I'd say this about a Starbucks...but everything about this Starbucks in Miami Shores on 2nd Ave is amazing! I was genuinely greeted by Said when I walked in and he was so welcoming and friendly as he took my order. I honestly wasn't having the greatest morning and as corny as it sounds, this Starbucks turned my frown upside down! The energy in there was great and I left with my order ready for the day and in a great mood thanks to the staff at this Starbucks!

Listen! I'm a complete addict😩 the nitro cold brew, with sweet cream cold foam and tons of cinnamon is my go-to, and they give me a huge head of the cold foam too! Yummy!

Removed a star because the Google map description says there is a drivr-thru and there isn't. That really should be fixed so people don't drive there thinking there's a drive thru, only to be disappointed.

Acabo de salir de este lugar donde todos los días compro cafe y acabo de tener una experiencia desagradable con una de las vendedoras pido un café mediano y croissant la joven que me atendió en la caja creo que esta empezando en el starbucks pero fue muy educada y amable también estaba la otra señorita que siempre esta hay y es muy educada y atenta ella es delgada y rubia pero no me atendió ella lamentablemente cuando me dirijo a buscar mi café la otra señorita es morena de cabello negro me da un café pequeño y el croissant yo muy respetuosamente le digo que pedí un café mediano no pequeño a bueno esta señorita extremadamente grosera agarra el café le quita la tapa y lo hecha con mucha rabia en un vaso mediano el cual boto café por fuera del vaso ensuciandolo todo por fuera luego lo metió en la llave de agua y lo lleno con agua le puso la tapa y me lo da a mi y quería que yo lo recibiera, obviamente yo no lo recibí y le dije que no quería nada y que por favor me regresara mi dinero la cual tampoco quería darme el dinero luego decía que ella hacía uno nuevo y todo la rabia de ella fue porque yo hablaba español y era latino salir con tanta indignación de ese lugar que no le vi el nombre a esta señorita lo único es que los dueños o encargados pueder ver el video que más o menos fue a las 4.30 pm del día de hoy 03-10- 2023 les digo esto solo por reflexión de lo malo que es la xenofobia hojala esto cambie y no siga propagándose el odio racial . Came here today and had my coffee made by Justice. He was very nice and helpful! However he was being treated rudely by his higher up staff member when trying to be a helpful to a customer!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! what’s the purpose of ordering through the app ahead of your stuff it’s not going to be ready? And on top of that you have to pack it yourself and the barista gives you an attitude because you asked for a bag ??? People like that shouldn’t work in constant contact with customers

Customer service is usually on point but todays was lacking.I do understand it’s a busy store but at least acknowledge your customer at the register waiting to place an order.There were 2 Baristas making drinks and a 3rd one restocking.I had to wait 15 min to be serviced even thought I asked the lady that was restocking if anyone was at the registered and she pointed yo the ladies making the drink will take my order which did not happen., at the end they told her to take my order I guess restocking is more important that a live customer waiting to place an order .

It's a very nice experience taste their coffees. Serankua is a great barista, he has been maken me tasteful coffees in my early-wakeup mornings running to my job.

Like your typical Starbucks. Nice seating. WiFi. All the trimmings, however, quality as of late is decreasing. So I'm taking 1 star off. More often than not, they can't make a particular drink because they're missing something. Whomever is handling inventory management isn't doing well at this time.

While the quality of the merchandise is excellent, the service is subpar. "Baristas" barely acknowledge your presence while they robotically fill your orders. This Starbucks is in an "upscale; neighborhood so the folks in Seattle HQ have plenty to lose if it closes down. It is no small wonder why SBX market share is plummeting and stores are being closed at a record pace. While the transition toward mostly drive-in service may be good for the shareholders, it has essentially destroyed the "Starbucks Experience." Note to Control Tower: It was never about the coffee.

The service is wonderful but the manager Claudio is extremely disrespectful to his employees he literally belittle them and scream at them infront of customers which is extremely unprofessional

I was having a really rough day, and needed a break, so I went to get coffee. Ariana and William took me by surprise with how amicable, professional, and genuinely happy they seem. We had a small talk as they were preparing my beverage which zoned me out of my headspace and completely changed my day. Thank you guys! (p.s the thankful board is amazing!)

Stumble upon this nice spot when I was lost. Was able to grab a coffee hook up the internet and then get back on the trail. Nice spot friendly staff

Every Starbucks has the same menu, but the experience can be drastically different from location to location. This is by far my favorite location. The staff works hard and will go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your order. Unfortunately it seems like turnover is high at this location, so sometimes the business will scale back hours as they are not able to fill all the shifts. There are also times when they get slammed and you end up waiting 30 minutes for an order. These occurrences are rare but when they do happen they are a real pain.

Horrrible experience with a worker there, I ordered online and arrived after 15 min I waited like 15 min extra this guy was gossiping with another worker he just ignored me I mean horrible worker ever

I was a little more than annoyed about this location when I was there. There were at 12 people minimally waiting on orders yet they had someone stocking the prepared item area. There was the cashier and 3 others fixing drinks; the cashier occasionally stopped and started preparing food items. Eventually the person stocking began to assist with the food orders but he should have been doing that all along. This location is in a very populates and not very far from the college so they should always expect the morning crowds to be fierce. Even some of the patrons who preordered on the app were waiting. This was my 4th trip to this store in a week which is not my norm and unfortunately this is the closest one to my location. I need to find something else to drink(green tea is my go to drink, not coffee).

I recently stopped by this location to get myself a Iced Lemon Loaf Cake. The interior was cozy but the staff was unfriendly.

I went to this place for a white chocolate mocha, they gave me hot chocolate with no sugar, I told them That the drink they gave me was not white chocolate mocha and she started laughing, she put a lot of sugar in my drink after that I told her that still the drink she gave me was not what I asked for so she made a white chocolate mocha but she made it with an aptitude that I couldn’t even drink the white chocolate mocha because she did it with a lot of sugar, I can’t believe that someone like that is working with customers service.

El manager es una persona arrogante fui a buscar una orden y de manera geosera me grito y trato de manera desagradable y de forma mal educada no deberían haber ese tipo de personas trabajando con público ! The manager is an arrogant person. I went to look for an order and in a geoserious way he yelled at me and treated me unpleasantly and in a rude way, there would probably be no such type of people working with the public!

Many if not all Starbucks have a shortage of certain items these days. Understandable. But this location have like continuous shortage of everything I like. The tea for "medicine ball", honey packs, sandwiches, and cup stoppers. This is now the nearest location to me so I really miss my daily usual drink and food. The staff is okay. The location dosen't feel as cozy as other locations I frequent. Pep talk staff... interact more with your customers. If you're out of one thing recommend another.

The chicken caprese sandwich was great and the coffee even better! But the fine dinning is making me really upset. I’d love to eat my sandwich on a ceramic plate as a civilized human but that is not happening. Can you please do something about it? Thank you

They took too long with my order and never called my name. Communication is key. Let the customer know their orders are coming! Also call the name of the orders. I waited 20mins+ and I decided to ask. I know it get busy but it wasn’t even busy when my order went in.

We stopped by while biking so we sat outside. Friendly woman behind register and helpful barrista who made sure our orders were right .

Love how they take their time making and preparing my order when I order through Uber Eats, and how kind they are.
