We go here for lunch all the time! Servers are all super friendly, this place works as a team! No matter how busy, we always get taken care of! Food? Omg what's not to love!! The best pizza anywhere! Kudos!

Stavros Pizza is our favorite pizza in Florida. We get takeout every Friday. Their salads are also great.

Stavro's and Sons Fruitland Park is my go to pizza joint when I want an authentic pie, this time I had to wait a little bit longer for my order to be done but it was worth the wait!

It's a home run for Lunch or Dinner

I came in pretty late, after the gym, as it was raining cats and dogs. It took them a few minutes to get to me, but the servers were plenty friendly. Ordered a salad in and a pie to go, so I could wait out the rain and have a slice. Pizza came out lightning fast and I have to say it's good. The only hold-up I have, and it's not a complaint AT ALL, is that the crust is super light. It comes out very crisp and I found it enjoyable but it isn't what I'm used to. Had a good time at Stavro's and Sons.

Food and service was excellent. I only had pizza so far but has good tasting crust. Under the slice is nice and crisp. The cheese was yummy and sauce was nicely flavored. The place was packed on a Wednesday and little noisy. All in all plan on going back and trying some menu items.

I'm a New Yorker, okay? I can't find good pizza anywhere. OMG, I died and went to heaven. Great pizza. I kind of wished they had a Margarita option, but what I got was memorable.

Look forward to going here every time we visit. Family owned & operated. The pizza crust is outstanding. Love the salad, the pizza & cold beer. We like to go early & beat the crowd & get easy parking. It NEVER disappoints.

Most everyone around here already knows how good the food and people really are. Fact is we've all known this for decades, our little secret. The only way to know is for you to experience Stavros and Sons in Fruitland Park, Florida for yourself. And if you don't like it, then by all means go back to that Dominos pizza for cheap factory made cardboard tasting food.

Excellent Greek salad! Chicken Parmesan was great, and comes with the Greek salad, yummy bread, and plenty of spaghetti con carne! Their pizza is the best in the area! Great service. Cozy atmosphere. Love this place!

Ordered pizza. I've seen many recommendations to order their pizza. I was very disappointed. I didn't even eat the leftovers at home. I have never done that. I'm wondering if I went to the right Stavros Pizza Restaurant.

They have the best deluxe pizza. There are generous toppings and it tastes great. The small side salads are also excellent.

We were told that this was the best pizza around by a trusted friend when we moved here, and then we saw the reviews and got very excited about it. So we ordered pizza and two different pasta dishes, one with veal. The only thing that was good was the veal. The salad was so-so, the pizza crust was really bad, and the pasta on both dishes was overcooked. And I'm sad to say that the seafood pasta has a flavor that I couldn't even eat. I hate to leave this type of review because I love to support this type of family business and we loved the server (who is the sister-in-law of the owner from Greece). But overall it's really not a very good restaurant due to the food quality.

Ordered an hour and a half ahead and food wasn't ready when I got there. They did make it quickly and everything tasted great! My wife loved the Greek salad and I had a huge calzone!

We were looking for a good Pizza, like in Wisconsin, but didn't find it.

This restaurant has provided quality food for a long time, and eating here has been a family tradition of ours for decades. Their Greek salad is the perfect accompaniment to any pizza or meal!

The Greek salad is oustanding , and the pizza is exceptional.

There was a line waiting for tables, but we were seated immediately at the bar. We had the Philly cheese steak sandwich and a calzone. Both were hot, fresh and tasty. Staff was attentive and served us quickly. Recommended.

A nicely loaded pizza, we had to use a fork to eat the topping, that fell off the slice, very good.Our Greek salad was topped with homemade Italian dressing. The waiter was phenomenal, he was fast, courteous and attentive. It had been three years since our last visit. We are an hour and half by car and no longer live close. Worth every minute of the drive.

This is one of my favorites. I really like their simple salad and dressing. I like to add more dressing, pepper and Parmesan and mix well. Always really good. This time I asked for a cheese pizza, with the request to make the crust as thin as possible. It came out even better than their usual thickness. They always add lots of cheese and don’t was really good too. In the past, I have really liked the baked spaghetti with their rolls…yum! The service is always really good too. To me, it is what I grew up with in another state, a great hole in the wall, family run restaurant. Well done Stavro’s!

Best pizza in Florida, great Greek Salad, super service. The place was packed we had to wait 25 minutes but it was worth the wait. Highly recommended!!

I have always loved their garlic bread, Stromboli and gyro, but their new bread is quite bad.

This is so far my favorite place to eat here in Fruitland, first time going here with my boyfriend and the waitress recommended some plates and we enjoyed them very delicious. He had the seafood pasta with garlic butter sauce which was super delicious and the shrimp were big and cooked just right I loved the mussels also.We both had Greek salads that came with the dinner and I had the chicken with pasta and mushrooms which was good but I liked the seafood pasta better. And the garlic bread was very good. For desert we had a cheesecake to share and that was great. We will go back to try the pizza.

Best Pizza I have had so far in Florida!! Yummmmmm!

Probably one of the worst meals I've had out recently. The place was not clean. Dropped something on the floor. Don't know how long it's been since they vacuumed under the tables. They need a visit from the Board of Health. Worst eggplant sub I've ever had. Dry fried cutlets out of the fridge with very little sauce and cheese on it. Steak and cheese was tasteless. Greek salad, nothing special. Won't be back.

Family place. Nobody cooks a better pizza. I sincerely hope this restaurant has a lot of Stavros relatives to keep up the great restaurant history they have going on.

The pizza is very good. It is a traditional italian menu. The menu rarely changes. If you like what's on the menu you will love this place. The prices are excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is usually filled with regulars. We enjoy it.

Wow !!! This is a great place for Pizza and calzone. Our 1st time here, even though we are just 3 miles away. really enjoyed the dining and it was super , super packed and busy. Service was fast and friendly, we ,will be back from now on.

Food is just great is that simple

when i first moved here i was hesitant about finding a decent italian place. but im sure glad i kept an open mind. Stavros is always on point. The pizza dough is unlike any ive had before. in the best way. and the baked ziti is hands down the best ive ever had(dont tell my mother that i said that). orders are always ready quickly and price is beyond reasonable for the amount and quality of the food you get. the place was tiny but they just added on a very nice bar. its awesome to see them grow and expand because they sure do deserve it.

Loved this place. Best value for the dollar at a restaurant I've seen in years. Quality of the pizza and pasta was great. Prices were quite low.

$20 for a pasta with only 4 pieces of shrimp?! What a rip off

At the end of a long hard day we decided to stop by Stavros to grab some carry out. I could tell when I walked in that this was legit Italian. While I waited, I determined it was family owned by the way they treated their customers. When we got home and tried the food, we agreed it was pretty amazing. We will be back.

Wife suffers from celiac disease and is restricted to a gluten-free diet. Their gluten-free pizza is the BEST we ever are. Plus their price is $4 to $5 less expensive than the next lowest price.

Husband and I stopped for lunch both had what we thought was"chicken" Parmesan subs..the supposed chicken was a large chicken nugget not real chicken..

Love their pizza and Greek salad, but the service for to go orders was not very efficient tonight. Waited at the counter for 10 minutes, and then the person waiting on me was not very friendly.

Absolutely disgusting food. Stale garlic bread which was the only thing I could actually eat because they made the eggplant with meat sauce. Who does that. No one else wanted to eat it either because it was soggy and very greasy.

Oh my goodness!! This was my first visit to Stavros. I cannot say enough about the service (thank you Sam). The Stromboli is out of this world! Will make the 30 minute trip back there soon.
