Excellent place for breakfast. Servings are very adequate. Surroundings and service make this a great place for a meal.

The Vegetarian Quesadilla without cheese was delicious! Their salsa should be for sale. The vegetables were seasoned quite well. Cozy and clean. My girlfriend's Cobb Salad looked like a picture from a magazine and she thoroughly enjoyed it. The pineapple filled with chicken salad was also enjoyed. Great first time experience!

Stylish place with great food. Even the bathroom was great. No cheap, thin toilet paper which may sound stupid but it was a detail I appreciated. The breakfast burrito was excellent and the fruit option was not your typical cantaloupe with a few grapes but lots of different fruit. Great job!

Friendly, efficient and most importantly, the food was great! We had reservations for 11 am and when we left, the place was full. The young woman who was our server was very attentive and made knowledgeable suggestions. You should make a reservation as the place is very busy. A really wonderful touch was a community table where patrons without a reservation could sit with others who also were reservationless. Lots of parking!

Great food, amazing and charming atmosphere!

Quaint is the word to describe this place. My wife and I went for lunch. She remarked that the dining area is decorated "like a grandmother's house"; it reminded me of an old-fashioned tea room. We had quiche and chicken salad sandwich entrees, and both were excellent. Good choice of sides as well. It's a bit of a drive from where we live, but we'll be back for lunch again.

What a wonderful spot. My friend and I went for breakfast and even though they were extremely busy, they made you feel like you were the only ones in the restaurant. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend it.

My husband and I discovered this delightful place while in Waynesboro. We had breakfast there, and it was outstanding! The portions were so large it was nearly impossible to eat it all. But ...we did because the food was so good. Our server was fantastic! We live in Carolina Beach, NC and we're several hours away from Waynesboro when I discovered that I had left my purse there. I called and thankfully they had it! I gave them my address, and they mailed it to me....it cost them $38 to send it priority mail. I can't say enough positive things about Stella, Bella, and Lucy's Restaurant. We will be back in the area soon and will definitely go back!

Sweet little unique place with real food and honest servers. We had a lovely meal with my daughter and couldn't have picked a better place to meet. The china was vintage and the sandwiches were delightful. The fresh fruit was delicious and certainly not run-of-the-mill. Definitely recommended.

Sweet atmosphere and delicious food.

This is a delightful venue with consistently good food! Portions are just right; items are usually served on luncheon sized plates. Breakfast and lunch menu. I recommend making a reservation as the wait can be long (45 minutes the last visit) and they close in the early afternoon.

Such a delightful find! We were drawn there for lunch while visiting Waynesboro by the note they had gluten-free options for the member of our party who has celiac disease. She had plenty of options and the restaurant offered gluten-free bread. The club sandwiches three chose contained roasted turkey and baked ham, a lovely change from the typical deli varieties. The tomatoes were local and fresh. One member chose the tomato basil soup and half a turkey reuben sandwich. Again, roasted turkey on the sandwich. The tomato soup was homemade using fresh tomatoes - it was very delicious. We had no room left for dessert - even though the homemade cookies looked so inviting. The very eclectic decor provided a cozy, welcoming spot. We will definitely go there again when in the area.

We had friendly service in a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast portions are fit for a king. Had the breakfast omelet, and it was delicious.

Cute little place. Little bit of a wait during lunch time. Servers were nice and food was good. The half sandwich with a side was the perfect size.

Simple food made from excellent ingredients. Tomato basil, soup and Keylime pie are to die for. Mushroom grilled cheese. Sandwich is delicious.

Loved waitstaff, ambiance, and the food was terrific. The place was packed with locals for a reason. This is clearly a place that cares about its customers and the food it serves. I enjoyed the visit!

I marked the service as a 5 but you must know delivery is a bit slow for a 30 min lunch. I will be back. Food quality is great and the service is friendly.

Eating here is like eating a massive awesome sandwich at grandma's house, while the canasta club is meeting in her living room. So good!

The food was delicious, however, the decor makes it feel as if the owner had an unsuccessful flea market antique stall and decided to use all unsellables as decoration. The inside is dark, dusty and slightly musty. The colors resemble that of an elderly individuals home from the late 1900's. As mentioned before though, the food was definitely delicious and is obviously what draws people in. If you decide to give it a try, do not look around, just be seated, choose from the menu and enjoy the food. Also, to be noted, their tomato soup is more along the lines of a bisque.

Located downtown, this is the lunch spot and would bet it’s a great breakfast place as well. Lots of items made in the kitchen and plenty to eat with reasonable prices. And friendly staff.

JUST WOW! Love this lovely little gem of a restaurant! Had a huge beautiful spinach salad. Only problem they didn't have hot bacon dressing on that day. But had another1 wonderful dressing. Service was awesome! Can't wait to go back.

Firstly, let me preface this review by stating the food we have always been served has been tasty, fresh, great presentation, courteously and expeditiously served. Today was no exception, we all thoroughly enjoyed our luncheon selections. The reason for the 1 star review is because after we were at the table for 90 minutes (our meal finished luckily), we were told they 'needed the table' and asked to leave. Admittedly, the restaurant was busy, but, this created an unexpected awkwardness (to say the least) and a darkened pallor on the overall dining experience. Needless to say, we are scratching Stella, Bella & Lucy's off of the 'must return visit' list. Just call us the Booted-Out Bunch.

Charming, friendly place with super fresh food.

Their soups are always amazing. It's such a tiny quaint place. It reminds me of having lunch at my nannas. The staff is always polite and amazing and attentive.

CeeCee was totally unhelpful an RUDE when all I wanted to do was pay for my Parents 50th Annv lunch over the phone. Would not even let me speak to the owner to try and work something out! So sad in this day an age that customer service is in such a SAD state. Good luck and welcome to the 21st Century.

We had a great brunch at Stella Bella and Lucy's. I recommend the quiche it was delicious.

I had the half sandwich and a cup of soup special (very nice price!). The Club sandwich had generous portions of turkey and ham, plus lettuce, tomato, and Swiss cheese on grilled wheat berry bread, and was delicious. The Creamy Tomato Basil soup was also good.

Quaint little place with a nice breakfast. The French toast is really good, and so is the omelet.

First time I have eaten breakfast at Stella Bella and Lucy. It is my favorite lunch spot. The omelette was out of this world! Best omelette I have ever had! I will definitely be back again for breakfast. Love this place.

My wife, who has had lunch there with friends a few times, suggested we stop for lunch recently when we had business in Waynesboro. I was very impressed. It's now my go to restaurant in Waynesboro.

Can't hear for breakfast. The food was wonderful, delicious. As I say all the time to me it is more about the service and the service was impeccable. Really sweet and everything exactly as we ordered and very timely without feeling pressured. The atmosphere is amazing. It is an experience. You want to browse and just look at everything. I was in awe. So so sweet and comfortable. I've attached a couple of pictures but really it does it no justice. I really really enjoyed it for sure I'll be back.

In Waynesboro Virginia, this is a restaurant you need to stop in and try. The quality of service, the quality of the food, and the beautifully stunning atmosphere is the quintessence of what Waynesboro has to offer for a wonderful dining experience.

Not everything is perfect with this restaurant, good food, but charging me double for a $31.00 breakfast is a little much. Make sure they don't do it to you.

Walked into a lovely & quaint atmosphere. We had a delicious lunch, vegetable soup & a Tribecca sandwich. I’m gluten free & this establishment was incredibly accommodating. They even had GF desserts! We really enjoyed our lunch and had excellent service.

My wife and I have been here three times and the food is consistently good, at a reasonable price. The sandwiches are flavorful and the portions are generous. My only "critique" is that the sides (potato salad, pasta salad) are a little sweet for us. The last time we were there we got side salads instead and those were good.

As always, a delicous lunch. The Crabcake salad was awesome and the soups are always so delicous. The quiches are perfection. It was very busy with a 20 min. wait. The waitress asked if I wanted to eat at the community table. I am so glad that I did. I met a lovely family of 3. We had a delightful conversation. I highly recommend it if you are dining alone. Thanks Stella, Bella & Lucy for offering this.

The service was very attentive and our sandwiches were excellent. The Turkey BLT had what tasted like roasted sliced turkey and nice thick crunchy bacon. Husband said the corned beef on his sandwich was excellent. And the unsweetened iced tea was nice and strong, not watery tasting. Pleasant atmosphere and nice simple meal.

Love the atmosphere, food and the staff ... 5 star experience in a lunch room ... real glass plates and glasses ... homemade everything and quaint as can be ... makes you feel special every time you go ... top 2 shrimp and grits I have ever had !!!

Fresh salads and sandwiches. Food portions are the perfect size... Not too big, not too small. Even then, people usually bring extra food home with them. The decor is overly frilly, though, and looks like it needs updating.

Waited 30 mins for a table along with 10 other people, and there was no hurry or concern from the restaurant to get customers seated.

A step back in time for the ambiance. Like walking into an antique store that has turned into a great cafe. Lots of choices for lunch from soup, to salads, and interesting sandwiches/sides. We had the chicken salad wrap and quesadillas with chicken - we added mushrooms. Service was personable and the food was beyond expectations. Can’t wait to return.

Wow are there any other words but rude and abusive to good customers? We were visitors in town and our friends landed on this restaurant for our fun ladies lunch. They made a reservation online for 7 people and then we showed up only to be told that although there is the ability to book online they don’t honor them and only take phone reservations!!!!!! The restaurant was empty at the time but they refused to seat us because— yes you guessed it we didn’t have a reservation. Now to lose my business may not be that tragic because I was just visiting but when 5 of our party are locals who will now all never go back and will tell their friends about this abusive treatment this restaurant must be really confident that they can survive with such a horrendous customer service attitude more power to them. Oh and by the way this came from the manager of the restaurant. I know there is a shortage of good staff these days in the service industry but the owner may want to reconsider the value of staff member.

Loved it. Food was great. Wish I lived closer so I could go more often. Loved the shop and it's atmosphere. About 11 miles off the I81 and only a couple of miles off I64 but worth the trip. Best if you have reservations.

It is lovely. The food is delicious. The wait staff is very efficient. And thankfully no one was wearing a face covering - glad to be back to a better normal. Always love eating here!

We were staying in Shenandoah NP and came out for the day for lunch. We found this gem by accident. The place is so sweet and lovely. The staff was a group of beautiful women who showed great pride in their work and provided exceptional service. The food was fabulous and the desserts to die for. The place is decorated with all types of antiques that created a wonderful dining environment. I only wish there was a place like this close to home.

An absolutely delightful experience! Roger was a warm host, Doris was a fantastic server and the food was excellent. I will be coming back. If you are from out of town, you would be wise to add Stella Bella and Lucy's to your itinerary!

Great place for a light lunch or brunch in Waynesboro. Seating is limited, but food is worth the wait and ambience is cozy. Excellent corn chowder, crab cake sandwiches, homemade potato salad and tuna salad among many other good menu options. House and specialty salads are always super fresh as well.

I come here for lunch every time I'm in Waynesboro and I have never been disappointed. The quiche of the day is always fantastic! Lots of cute antiques that can be purchased. I would recommend making a reservation, it's busy at lunchtime. But worth the wait!

Cute atmosphere and delicious food!

First, I chaulked up the fact that 4 employees looked at me and kept walking, but didn't offer help, was due to the end of lunch. After a 7 minute wait at the counter, I was finally helped. A lunch takeout order of $10.50 on the menu ended up as $14 due to a "takeout fee" to cover one plastic container and a plastic fork. Half my fruit as a side was soggy and inedible. Several blueberries were crushed. One piece of pineapple, cantaloupe, and melon each. The potato salad was bland and tasteless. At least the chicken salad was redeemable. If you sit and eat, you're treated very differently. I did not since I had been hiking and wanted to eat outdoors. Also, the ridiculous high free for a takeout container will keep me from coming back , along with the inattentive staff.

This was my Mom and Dad's favorite restaurant (me too). The restaurant is beautifully decorated with antiques and the food is great and so are the owners and staff. They treated us like family. My Dad passed away last year and we had them cater his memorial service. Rodger and his staff went way out of their way to make it really special. Dad would have been so pleased. Thank you, Rodger. You're kindness will live with me forever.

It's such a cozy place. I attended a small baby shower (12-16 people) and it was the perfect atmosphere. The food was excellent. I had the mushroom melt sandwich and a salad. The salads are HUGE for the price.

Found this little spot on TripAdvisor while vacationing in Virginia the week after Christmas. We were a party of eleven and were a little concerned that they might not be able to accommodate us. We were seated quickly though and at a big round table which was great, being that we could all see each other. The staff was great and we all received our food as ordered ( which in such a large group can be challenging) Our sandwiches were quite tasty, but I thought somewhat small for the price. None the less, we had a great lunch. We would definitely return if ever in the area.

Stopped here for breakfast, and glad we did. The Quiche Lorraine was the best quiche I ever tasted. The omlette was pretty yummy too. Most of all, the ambiance was as though you were in a cafe in a small European town. Please note that breakfast is from 9am-10:30am.

What a delight! Decor with antiques was beautiful and our server was outstanding. The food was wonderful and so fresh. We all had a cup of the daily special soup with our meal, and it was delicious. The chef even took the time to type out the recipe for me. Would highly recommend eating here!

This is a great little breakfast and lunch place in the heart of Waynesboro. It’s furnished with vintage furniture, and you eat off mismatched vintage dishes as well. My chicken salad sandwich was excellent, and my friend thoroughly enjoyed her pineapple boat. I would definitely go back when I’m in the area again.

Surprising little venue in downtown Waynesboro for breakfast and lunch. Packed with local and distant patrons. Extensive menu with great food and old world atmosphere. Owner and staff very attentive. Sorry not open for dinner. Definitely would go again when traveling or visiting skyline drive. Glad I made a reservation.

Stopped here for lunch after a trip to the Blue Ridge Tunnel Trail. Excellent food and service. I was happy to see quiche on the menu and ordered the quiche of the week (with peppers, onions and havarti cheese) and fresh fruit. The quiche was delicate and delicious and the fruit had pieces of strawberry, cantaloupe, pineapple and blueberries, grapes and huge blackberries. Very fresh and delicious! If I'm back in the area I'll definitely eat here again

Been here 3 times and just love it

We understood that the restaurant opened at 9am on Saturday morning, so we got there about 8:50am and joined about 10 other people waiting. they opened the doors 5 minutes early! (i hate it when employees wait until the very second when the business opens!- so this started us off on the right foot. we all enjoyed our interaction with a very conscientious server, who made sure all coffee was filled and that our food order was complete. the cost was very affordable and made us feel we received great value for our experience. the atmosphere of this restaurant was quite unique and made us feel like we were at home. the owner, ( i think her name is Cindy McTeer?) was very friendly and made this experience very nice. this is definitely a location to visit when in Waynesboro. you will not be disappointed.
