Some of the best brisket I've had with amazing beef flavor. Pulled pork was moist with great smoke. Ribs were tender and able to be easily removed from the bone. Overall excellent choice if looking for authentic texas bar b que.

Sliced brisket sandwich moist cut. Perfect balance of fat, great smoke flavor, nice bun, sweet corn perfectly seasoned with large kernels. Potato salad mayonnaise based salted just right with great texture, large fresh brewed Togo teas, large stainless tubs of bbq sauce, nice presentation, fast and fresh. Ribs. Huge smoke ring with tons of flavor. Not too soft and not tough- perfect texture fall off bone. Haven’t had ribs this good in a while. Chicken-juicy juicy juicy great flavor . Didn’t try sausage but I’m sure it good. Quality, with attention to every aspects of the restaurant and store. It the little things that matter. I had an iced latte with vanilla and cinnamon. Great balance of sweet, bold espresso flavor like I like it. Bought espresso coffee bean blend grounded and can’t wait to brew it, smells deeply bold and strong. Cool designed hats and mugs! Candy area small and thoughtful with great choices and packaging nice for multiple uses with screw lid.

We Came to get coffee at rockport coffee and decided to come back for the bbq. Glad I did!!! The ribs, brisket, coleslaw and sauce are top notch! Will definitely be back!

I’ve been eyeballing this place for several years and finally planned my day so I could slide in before 3pm! It was DELICIOUS! The chicken, brisket, and jalapeño sausage was juicy, smokey, and melted in my mouth. The potatoe salad was top notch!!! The sauce was the sauciest sauce, too. Can’t wait to go back & try some more items!

Great spot, people were friendly and fluid and covered all the bases without being over the top about it. Location is great. Food was awesome. Got the cowboy that was 2 meats and a side and the brisket, jalp sausage and beans were all worthy. Good side of pickles and shaved onions (which is the right way to do onions for something like this unless it’s just full on quarters to chomp)

First time here, and it didn't disappoint. We had the big Texas family meal with brisket, ribs, pulled pork, jalapeño cheese sausage, potato salad & coslaw. The smoker was just right. The brisket melted in our mouths, the sausage wasn't spicy at all. There homemade BBQ sausage was amazing. Under $40 for 2 people.

Best brisket and ribs! I'm from Austin and have had the best BBQ around. This is by far at the top of my list. I was shocked at how good it was.

I'm so glad we stopped here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bbq was very good and fairly priced. Ribs and jalapeño sausage were spot-on. The coffee shop and canned items are wonderful. We will definitely visit here the next time we are in the area.

The Fire Island sandwich was good. Smoked chicken and a slice of pineapple that is a nice addition to the sandwich, also comes with fresh leafy lettuce, tomato and onion, sauce on the side. I had the potato salad for a side, is top notch, I'd give this meal 4+ a little if I could. For this sandwich and side I gave 4 stars. I've had a couple of their other meats that I thought were average at best, I'd give them 3 stars. The chicken will definitely be my meat of choice on a return to Stevie Lew's.

I have now been in TX for 12 yrs. This place is the best Bbq I have had in my life. The ribs melt in your mouth. My husband got the jr. bubba and he enjoyed every bit of it. Melt in your mouth meats. Yum.

We just stopped in and bought. some barbecue brisket ribs and chicken To go. Let me tell you now that brisket, ribs and chicken was melt in your mouth and tastefully great. The potato salad and cream corn was so good. Have some apple cobbler to finish off and you will be in heaven!

Some of the best bbq I’ve had in a seriously long time, and I’m a big bbq critic! Super friendly staff behind the counter. For the portion size, taste, and price this place is a no brainer! Wish we had more time here, can’t wait to come back!

Me and my buddy was passing by there headed back to Oklahoma barely seen the place they got the best barbeque I've ever had the brisket was tender and the cowboy beans was good I would eat there again

The place was a great find - the brisket stuffed Spud and Shrimp Jambalaya were spot on. Coffee was really fresh and flavorful. Wish they had sour cream for spuds! But BBQ sauce was good - no complaints. Portions are good for 1 person, with 25% excess (so if you want to stuff yourself, you can)!

We have frequented this restaurant numerous times over the years. Out of every BBQ place we have ever eaten at, I could, without a doubt, proclaim this to be THE BEST BBQ in the state and dare I say country. This family owned and ran business has been through a lot with the loss of their father, but I can guarantee he is looking down very proudly of how the family has kept the business going and kept the same great value and quality. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants real BBQ.

The food was SO GOOD! Great, friendly service. Parking is limited but lots of folks grabbing food to go so we didn’t have to wait long to find parking. I would definitely recommend!

Go inside to get your coffee fix like we did. Iced caramel macchiato and hot latte were both on point. We just went for coffee but the BBQ smelled awesome. We’ll try it soon! Give them a shot and support a local business.

Wow! The Brisket/Sausage sandwich with Jambalaya is amazing. Very friendly and pleasant family run restaurant. Here for the week and will be back Wednesday and Thursday to try other items.

Went back for seconds, too dellishes for desert. But another trip with neighbors is in order to try the coffee and desert 's. I finally found the spot where the smoke bark and tenderness melts all I have been with out. Greatness is committed to the finish product. I am loyal to you. Thank you pit Master .

Brisket was best I have ever had! So tender, just melted in my mouth. Rustic atmosphere , Everyone was so nice .

Found a local gem! A little hard to find unless you're looking for it, but right off the highway. I chose the Wrangler plate, choice of 3 meats and either 1 or 2 sides at a small extra charge. I decided on the sliced brisket, pulled pork and chicken. These were perfectly cooked, juicy and delicious. As my side, I chose the cowboy beans, good but I've had better. It's a walk up and order, adequate indoor seating on benches and tables. The venue is very simple, smells like BBQ, just right for a BBQ restaurant with a down home feel. Drinks are self serve, didn't see any sodas, just tea, lemonade and water, which is just fine. The portions are generous and there are quite a few options on the menu above the order counter. I highly recommend it, we'll definitely be going back.

Service was fast and friendly. Brisket was tender and flavorful but the jalapeno cheese sausage stole the show for me. They make it right there. Would have loved to have tasted the bread pudding but they were out. Darn, know we have to go back.

Friendly service and good atmosphere but the food was just a little lacking in smoke and overall flavor in general. The ribs were very meaty! Loved the music they had playing and the cobbler. It wasn’t bad by any means but could be better.

We were driving through and came across this place. Such a great surprise. Local Family owned and run. A fun atmosphere, super friendly service and the food was amazing. Excellent BBQ. I highly reocmmend!

Stopped for Bar b que lunch and WOW were we impressed ! The food was absolutely delicious. The sides were home made and scrumptious. Now for the bar b que. Genuine smoked meats all cooked to perfection moist and flavorful. Portions are ample and no frills serving on paper trays is the way to go. Serving bar has condiments to add as well as drinks. Stevie Lews is now our favorite bar b que give it a try will not disappoint.

I'm guessing the family running this place. They are all very awesome people. The food is perfectly delicious. We ordered the BBQ shrimp and sausage jambalaya.cole slaw is the best I've had. The price is reasonable. We will be back to try BBQ chicken and beef.

We were driving back home on Thanks giving Day, and we were looking for something to eat, most restaurants closed obviously, we stopped thinking it was open, we were so kindly received by the owners that were having their Thanks Giving Family Dinner 🫣, they shared their super delicious turkey dinner with my family. Great gift of generosity. We will visit this place in the near future to try their BBQ which I will bet is delicious!

My wife went for lunch yesterday and had Brisket, Chicken, and Sausage with sides of Creamed Corn & Potato Salad. Everything was fantastic. In addition, the entire staff are wonderful, friendly folks with servant hearts. We have been to Stevie Lew's probably at least 20 times over the years and have never been disappointed. Went to Stevie lews and loved it, I ask them to cater my son birthday party and the really came through with some excellent bbq! Best bbq in town!

The BBQ and bread pudding here is off the charts. We have been here several times, and the jalapeño cheese sausage and brisket are our favorite, and the cream corn along with their great desserts. Always great service. This last trip I bought some of their salted Caramel coffee they can grind the beans there for you as well. It was delicious. Just wish they were open later in the evening.

The best BBQ I have ever had. Great meat, great sides and the sauce is over the top. I don't care for bbq sauce at 90% of the places. This que does not need the sauce but it is like icing on a really good cake. This is a must.

We got there as they were closing, but they offered us to go plates. The sausage was so so good and the chicken moist and delicious. Be sure you get there before 3pm.

They've told me about this joint, and gotta say it didn't disappoint. Overall, great food full of deliciousness, just the right mix of smoke and seasoning to not be bold but enjoy the meat flavor. The smoke rings were on point, proteins moist and the staff friendly as can be in a small Texas town. You get 3 different sauces with your bbq order, yet some people say "good BBQ needs no sauce" and this is one that needs no sauce at all. If you're ever in their neck of the woods, consider stopping by. You'll love the food.

Excellent BBQ! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. We had the Bubba Jr. Sampler plate and it was delicious. It consisted of chicken, pulled pork, one huge rib and a choice of a regular or jalapeno cheese sausage. It also comes with cowboy beans( very tasty) and bread. Onions , pickles and jalapenos are available near the beverage station. We each had our own and had to pack up leftovers to go. The prices are very reasonable and the menu provides choices to suit anyone's taste. This is definitely one of the best values in town.

This is our favorite bbq around. Their pulled pork is so good, juicy and tender. And they make one of the best bbq sauces. Their meat platters you can make your combinations. Just wish they were open for dinner too. But they close at 3 on the days they are open.

From houston to corpus christi the best barbecue i've had. These guys are awesome. I was just a little bit after closing time but they still Took the time to meet me up late. That i've enjoyed more than anything i've had in a long time. Didn't even bother to use the fork and knife even when it came to the potato salad.

As a Texan who travels the state frequently and visits all the BBQ places I can gladly say Stevie Lew's is AMAZING!!! I've been to Pody's in Pecos, Lums in Junction, etc, etc, and now I can cross Stevies off the list. First: their coffee and breakfast items were soooo good. We had a white chocolate mocha, several kolaches, and a cinnamon roll bigger than most people's grooms cake!! It was huge! Lunch was a delight!!!! The BBQ Jambalaya was so good!!! Their ribs and brisket and burger, chicken, cream corn, EVERYTHING was perfectly cook!! STEVIE LEW'S IS A MUST PLACE TO TRY. PS...I HUNG MY UT CAP UP ON THE WALL NEXT TO ONE OF THOSE SOONER CAPS!!! #HOOKEM

While we haven’t lived far from Rockport, we moved here about a month ago. Normally we try and have BBQ on Saturday’s and we scouted the area and decided to give Stevie Lew’s a try. Boy howdy were we pleasantly surprised!! Started out with a 1/2 pound of burnt ends and then wife and I shared a sliced brisket sandwich. Amazing!!! The place is quaint and the customer service is friendly and quick. This will definitely be our ‘go-to’ spot from now on! Second time eating (5/27/23) and it was damn good again. Didn’t expect it otherwise. Don’t miss out folks…GET YA SOME!

We had our second family reunion in Rockport with Stevie Lew's BBQ catering our event. These people are the bomb! Wow did they load us up with all the sides and meat. The brisket, ribs and sausage were all outstanding and we all loved the BBQ sauce. We will be back next year and cannot wait for this great Q!!!

This out of the way restaurant is a gem. The BBQ is delicious and the service friendly. The homemade desserts are yummy! The peach cobbler was fantastic. They also roast their own coffee and it is very good.

I was so disappointed with the food, everything tasted as if it was yesterday’s leftovers. The beans were great along with the sausage, but everything else was dry and cold. The place smelled great and the employees were very kind, I just think that they needed to get rid of leftovers. I don’t want to pay $20 for leftovers. Julian’s and Hogemyers are a much better place. If this is how they value my service, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Traveling through, from Indiana, and found Stevie Lew's (BBQ plus coffee roastery). The pulled pork sandwich, oh so tender brisket sandwich, coleslaw, and even the bun, was soooo good! Perfection, they could not have made it better. We tried the cherry cobbler, and it too was excellent! We also bought a bag of coffee beans to take with us. The owners and staff were very helpful, and friendly. Great smiles and service. Would go out our way to return! Nahum 1.7 to the owners.

Delicious, got the sampler so we could try different things, liked it all, the ribs were a little fatty but tasted good. The cinnamon rolls was out of this world.
