Gia was great in customer service and I hope to have her as a waiter again

I must say, I am genuinely impressed with my experience. When we first walked in everything was so lively and the staff was friendly start to finish. PJ was our server, nailed every recommendation.

GIA did a fantastic job. She was super tentative. Replenished our drinks very timely and brought us all the little extras without a problem. She's definitely an asset to your business and I hope she's recognized for that.

Gia was amazing! So friendly and attestation to us. 💕 The food was 10/10.

Marco is truly the best waiter I’ve ever had!! Amazing conversation and great recommendations. Food came out quick and the donuts he recommended were the best. My girl and i had our anniversary today and I'm happy to say Marco made it an amazing experience.

Gonzo was epic tonight! From the get-go, the service and experience was top notch. Would highly recommend this man if you come to STK. Will be back to see him when we return!

I just had dinner with friends. The service was great. Jessica, whom was our server, was very attentive and had very good menu knowledge. The food was great. Minnie and Manny were also great and very friendly. I will definitely be visiting again.

José was incredible! Recommended specials and asked many questions to ensure we were educated on our selections! Go Jose and go STK!

First of all, walked into the restaurant and was seated immediately. Then our server TRAVIS was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, and the best at what he does. He gave us great suggestions on what entrees to get and drinks that were excellent! Then we met Minnie, friendly and so genuine, great way to have ended the service. All in all the service was A+, the food was very delicious and the atmosphere was great.

Lobster linguini was delicious and Shawn was a great server. He accommodated my pasta to be not spicy and without tomatoes, he gave lots of recommendations and suggestions based on our tastes. Absolutely fantastic and can’t wait to come again. All of the staff was amazing and helpful.

Carlos recommended the BEST steak I have ever had in my life. Not only was the food great, the bill was a reasonable price AND me and my wife felt so welcomed. Me and my newlywed wife came to eat here as our first restaurant for our honeymoon and felt so welcomed and special. Atmosphere is great and even the front counter staff took photos of me and my wife 14/10 recommend, ask for Carlos and me and my wife will definitely be back!

Shawn was great, and recommended some great food as well, if we ever revisit it, Shawn is a must have.

Atmosphere was ok, it’s more of a night out with significant other or date/ hangout than a good place to dine. Food is overpriced for what you get especially at Disney springs. You can save $$$ and go to boathouse for better steak dinner that actually has a char to it and is tender to eat. The steak wasn’t chard at all, they cut into it to check the cook on it as if they didn’t know how long to cook it, the sides are extra $$ and weren’t worth the money. Tots were soggy in middle. The steak I got was barely warm and not cooked as ordered. But after waiting an hour for it to hit table after ordering we ate regardless and left unsatisfied. If you want to over pay for a cheesy environment this is the place to be. If you want good food go elsewhere.

Our server Gonzo was amazing! Extremely attentive and super friendly. Had lots of recommendations of things to try. He was extremely swamped as he had 6 other tables we could count. Although he was so busy he was still very attentive and we enjoyed our time together! Would definitely recommend to come here and would highly recommend Gonzo as a server! We had a great experience and can’t wait to come back!!

Gia was absolutely amazing! A great server, very attentive, had great recommendations. The food was delicious! We dined at happy hour which had great prices. The music was good. There’s a few touches of tlc needed in the restaurant itself, chairs were a bit worn, etc — but overall great vibe, great food, would recommend!

Came to STK for the first time with my partner to celebrate our anniversary! food was really good, calamari for appetizer was delicious! we had the braised beef and the lamb chops, everything was great! Loren was our waitress and she was super kind! great experience!

5/5 BOOMS for the brunch. Filet and eggs were cooked perfectly and the crab omelette felt like it was packed with bottomless crab meat. Highly recommend the brunch for a great time

Got steak and a few sides. Steak would have been good if they actually cooked to what I ask it was rare… I asked for medium (slightly pink) waiter said that’s how they cook their medium. I could not finish my almost 60$ steak. In Disney springs but please do not bring small kids in there. So loud and not place for kids even though you can bring them. Sides were subpar and I ate it because I didn’t want my 20$ per side to go to waste! Never again!
