I’ve been to many different Subway restaurant locations over the years. In my opinion, my favorite location (and the best) is the one in Highland IL, in the Northtown strip mall. They’re ALWAYS friendly, they put plenty of toppings on your sandwich/salad & 9 out of 10 times, my order is correct. I prefer to order off the app because this location is usually always busy! I can pick up my food and go. Plus there’s always some type of special or discount to apply to your order. My family orders from this location all the time! We’re very loyal & faithful customers!

Indian man had no clue what an American sub is then proceeds to give me a teriyaki sub with no teriyaki sauce and just embarrassing

Ordered 2 subs July 31, 2024 at 2pm. The server was rude, the lettuce was wilted, the steak and cheese was not heated and the rolls were stale. We will NEVER go there again and will inform friends and family of the terrible service and poor food quality.

Last time I will go to this location always issues and short staffed. Placed an online order for pick up said it was ready. Went into the store to pick it up, the guy behind the counter was surprised that I walked in. Order was not ready and then the guy lost the order so I had to give him the order again.

It was a great experience the place looked clean and the worker behind the counter the girl with black hair was amazing and very nice and to the point felt very respected as a customer and treated like a friend. the sandwich was perfect when I say perfect I mean it in this not so perfect world it was perfect, will be back that's for sure!!

Long story short we placed an online order. Sat in the store for 45 minutes before we received our order. While the lady behind the counter made everyone else's order that came in after us. When I walked up to the counter after a half hour of sitting there and asked her if she had my order she yelled at me that if I wanted to come behind the counter and make the sandwiches myself that I could.... So I went and sat back down another 15 minutes later she finally managed to make our order. She had dropped the order slip on the ground. She was extremely rude and she did this in front of my 10 year old daughter and a whole line of other customers. Why was she left there alone in charge of the store with nobody else there? Because if that person is going to keep giving attitude like that to customers when she is the one that screwed up nobody's going to want to come to your store. She didn't give the doordash driver and attitude when he asked where his pickup order was. Nope she saved that just for me. Myself and my daughter are in this store constantly. This lady has helped us out before and has been super kind and helpful. She truly showed her true colors today. Also on the Subway app it said that she had made our sandwiches and it had already been picked up... And after all of that when she finally called us up to get our order I asked her if I could get it to go she had an attitude again. She made a big deal about putting the sandwiches in a to go bag. She did not give us any napkins or the receipt. Once she put them in the bag she turn around and walked off to the next customer without saying a word to me. I will be back in to talk to the manager whenever the manager decides to actually be there. Because of this person does not deserve this job if she is going to treat customers like that.

We have never had Subs from Subway that were so gross. On our BMT there was way too much Mayo and vinegarette,it was a soggy gross mess and our meatball sub had no flavor.

Sandwich tech made sure all ingredients were to the highest standards and was patient with my 6 sub order. Thank you

I have been waiting in line for over 20 minutes because this owner fails to understand “1” person behind counter can not operate this shop with the quality Subway thinks they give. Very nice counter person but she can not do it all! Shame on the the Owner!!!! He should be here if he can not get help!! No ware to be seen???

Ordered curbside, waited 30 min before going in, was treated like I was in the wrong for being upset. In total I waited an hour and a half for my order and then my order was shorted the extra meat I paid for. The only reason I have 2 stars is the employee and manager the next day apologized and promised to make things right. If you do go in the eve I suggest walk in don't order on line, night crew was pure horror.

What a joke. We ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and both were frozen. Literally frozen. The cheese wasn’t even cooked on either which was a clear indicator before feeling it. Had to ask for the rest of our order because they didn’t even have it ready. And they mixed our cookies together even though I clearly stated a food allergy. Apparently closing the restaurant was more important than service 1 hour before closing time.

Went there for dinner 1/18/2024. Staff was nice, food was good. Overall one of the better subways I have been to!

Worst experience..takes way more time to get an online order made and very disrespectful staff. Bad staff behaviour, they don’t care about customer’s time being wasted, very rude replies from the staff. Not recommended at all.

Sketchy!! Staff seemed high, drugged and sick or stoned. Unpleasant experience.No ice. Didn’t allow coupons sent in paper. Bacon picked up from floor added to sandwich. Great place to go if on drugs but I will not return. Terrible experience. Should be shut down. Not in a bad area, but maybe I don’t know what goes on in the area. Fast food in general is an unpleasant experience anymore, NO values.

Subway is such a friendly place to go for lunch. The management are very professional as the employees working. I like to watch my sandwiches be made and they are always delicious. Very fast service with no mistakes so far. I am pleased.

I got the best-made veggie delite I have had in years. In fact I went back again 2 days later for another one.

Food ok everyone I stopped at for special wasn't doing online orders . That meant not working they were sitting outside smoking or whatever

Not fresh, old dry turkey and rotten spinach. Sandwich tasted off and made me throw up. I contacted subway and the owner, he said sorry, but refused to replace the meal with a fresh one as I expected when I originally visited. Totally the wrong response by the owner, when your food is sub par old and makes someone sick, you replace the meal, not just say sorry and hope to never see them again. Hopefully the owner Mr Dilip Patel decides to provide the correct response and replace my meal. If he does then I will replace this review with a new one based on that meal experience wether it's good or not.

Placed order on app 0830 well before closing order was accepted arrived at store was closed early my money was stolen and needs replaced

Marilyn made me, what was by far THE BEST sandwich I have had in a long time. Beautifully put together, tasted fantastic, and customer service was fabulous. She deserves recognition for a job well done. And to corporate or the franchisee owner, you have a great employee here. I am from out of town and just so happen to stop by, but I believe that good service deserves to be rewarded. I am a small business owner myself and appreciate encounters such as this.

This was about a half year ago, but it just bothers me and I actively avoid this Subway for this reason. Lady serving me was delightful, so that is what the second star is for, but normally it would be a one star, because the tuna salad for my sandwich was old. It had a fishy odor and taste. I have never had this experience at Subway before and I could not finish my sandwich; I tossed it and left. It took me about four months before I tried Subway again. I still have not had a tuna salad sandwich since and that was always my favorite.

Wanted a Roast Beef sub. They were out of all beef products. Disappointed I went with a ham grinder. Since I was picking up for someone else I had to call them and get her second choice

An older lady that works here seems to really hate being there, or people, or her life, I'm not sure what it is, they weren't busy so I know it wasn't that at least. The younger lady however was very nice, 5 stars for her, 0 for the older one, so 3 overall.

Husband and wife working. Husband got mad and then hit wife. May 19th at 8:15 pm. Almost fight with customers because we asked if she had help and he got mad.

My partner and I had a craving for subway today & stopped in to see there was a new employee named Amanda working there. Noticed she was the only employee working & might I say for how busy it was, she handled herself so well and was so nice & patient with everyone she was dealing with! Plus she makes some bomb subs, definitely gonna return knowing she’s working there!

Believe it or not Subway does a great salad

My favorite subway shop. Not too busy, easy access, and friendly sandwich makers. Marilyn pretty much knows what I like and how to overbuild it. It’s where I get my Keto protein and veggies for the day. I’m a loser, not the biggest, yet. And it’s delicious trying.

The sandwiches are definitely getting smaller for the price but the place was clean and the food good. My only gripe was the girl that was working was very sullen and grouchy. It was very obvious that she didn't want to be there and didn't want anything to do with working.

LOVE THE FOOD My friend Beth lives close to this place, so I did not mind meeting her here instead of the Subway in Englewood. I decided on having a SALAD with DOUBLE MEAT, and chose HAM & ROAST BEEF. Spinach, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, of course those meats I wanted, all topped with shredded cheese. Then the manager cut everything up finely, so it made it easier to enjoy. Chose Ranch for my dressing and enjoyed every bite. Happy to know they brew coffee here as well. Beth was being helped by a very friendly employee and decided she wanted one of those new TURKEY/BACON/GUACAMOLE WRAPS and was delighted with her choice. Great lunch!

I felt so sorry for the ONLY employee who was working on a Saturday, for her whole (day) shift, on 6/30/18. She had a solid line of customers, and she was performing three jobs at once - preparing sandwiches, then topping them, then she took off her gloves and cashiered. She was doing it in a manner that allowed her to do more than one order at once. I hope the management knows what a valuable asset they have. The three-star rating is directed toward that management who should have had another employee there, or have been there themselves.

Convenient location. Most of the staff is great. Sandwiches are great unless owner is helping on the line. He is a little light on the fixings.

I like the woman who works here the best. She is always friendly and fast. Plus the seating area is larger here so I often choose this location over others.

We frequent this subway regularly. The wait time is not too bad around lunch time compared to the one nearby publix in venice commons. Plenty of seatin space available. Pretty spacious. The service is good. I have not had a visit where I was dissatisfied with something.

It's clean and friendly, usually you don't have to wait too long to be attended, easy access. It's our stop early morning for breakfast after ride bikes.
