Subway in Carolina Forest - Phone Number, Reservations, Reviews

A while back we got sandwiches to go and they were pretty good and the staff were friendly and proficient. However, today, July 26th, 2024, our experience was less than favorable. Hence the one of two young men serving us didn't quite know how to name the different breads they offer. The volume of the music playing made it quite difficult to communicate our sandwich preference. The place seemed clean enough and it wasn't as bad as this sounds, but we will not stop there again until we are assured there are more friendly folks working there. It's just a bit different than our first time. Sorry about that !

We’ve been to this location several times and ordered before 8pm (location closes at 9) and they are always out of ALL bread. They need to work out some way to notify customers if they order online if they’re constantly going to be out of product. They also make it difficult to get a refund when it’s their fault they can’t communicate properly that they don’t have the ability to make subs….at subway. Now we have to come back to get a refund in cash the following day, because it’s more important to be convenient for them than their customers.

How do you guys run out of bread?!?!?!

Some of this is corporate, some is not. I am still digesting my experience here. It has been a while since I've been at a Subway and I certainly have missed the inflationary price increases over the past 2 years. But, it's clear that your sandwiches have risen about 30-40% in price and shrunk about 30-40% in diameter/size. So, the sandwich in the picture would be about $12. And I just don't see it. Leaving the looks aside, leaving the underpaid workers aside, leaving Subway marketing aside, I see 4 of these sandwiches for our fam with tax and one or two "extras" such as bacon and mozzarella, which curiously costs $1 extra, approaching $55. That's almost comical. You guys need to reevaluate your value prop. We may occasionally come with a coupon, but will not purchase at regular price. Crazy.

I have to say one of the worst sandwiches I’ve ever had, will not return. Please everyone go to Jersey Mike or Firehouse Subs. All I was able to taste was the bread and it was even bad, bland and stale, I was worried about pulling out a tooth 🦷. 😳

Always a good sandwich. I stop in a few times a month. The staff is always pleasant and the establishment is always clean.

This USED to be the greatest Subway in all of Myrtle Beach, it was updated and clean and they always made great sandwiches. HOWEVER, they brought in an actual food scale to measure meat portions and now you cannot even get a standard footlong sub with enough meat to go from end of bread to end of bread, it’s quite sad. I get it, it’s a business and there’s overhead and expenses, but this is just over the top. I’d rather go back to the dirty old subway up the street and get a sub that actually has meat for the standard price than be forced to double up my meat. Bummer.

Excellent customer service by the 2 young men working on Sunday night. And they built the sandwiches in a mega way that was very enjoyable. The restaurant was very clean. It was my first time at this location but will be my goto for Subway from now on.

Have ordered twice in a week and both times the subs are wrong! How hard is it to put the veggies on the sub! A plain meat and cheese sub just isn’t that great! Ugh

I ordered a meatball sub and bacon the bacon was undercooked and I had asked for chocolate chip cookies because they didn't have anymore macadamia nut cookies and I ended up getting raspberry cheesecake the meat ball sub was good I just had to remove the bacon that I added for almost 3 more dollars.

Hands down the best Subway we’ve been to! Tina was amazing, very sweet and inviting! Subs were beautifully made, and the store is spotless! 10/10 experience at this location!

Do not use the Subway App to order from this location. Used it twice, both times order not ready after notified of it being ready for pickup. Only this time order not even began until after my arrival. Total of 50 minutes to get four pre-determined "Series Subs" and even with a ticket to make the sandwiches, still couldn't tell the difference between, 12" and #6. So, you guessed it, the footlong sandwich I paid for only received a 6". Even the sign on the wall, says, "Order by number, we'll do the rest." Employees clearly are not trained properly, as one employee kept asking what goes on this sandwich, and the one showing him, had to go by the ticket. The third employee, was only running the register, and did not know whether the order was done, in the process or even begun. You are better off walking into the location to order your sandwich but be prepared as you will not be able to order by number at this location, and be prepared to wait.

Ray and Regan were incredible employees that lit up the entire restaurant. I have never seen a better subway sandwich than the one that Regan prepared for me, and Ray was the most polite and attentive employee while cashing me out — even though it was his first day!! I almost never write reviews, but I wanted to make sure these two were praised for their impeccable customer service skills. i will be coming to this location more often to see the two of them

Working at this location was awful. Eating here was worse. The tuna was over salted from not stirring it enough. I would ask if certain items were ok and Bob would say not to ask that. I informed Bob someone had just passed away to which he replied they are gone why go to a funeral. I called to say I may be a few minutes late to put air in my tire he said it would be a no call no show. Their bread is stale and everytime I made a suggestion I was put in my place real quick. It has been the worst job I have ever had

Caitlin was our sandwich artist this visit. She was awesome, amazing, fantastic. I cant explain how patient she was while we were so indecisive about what we wanted. The sandwiches looked amazing as she made them. There wasn't sauce all over and she even took the time and cut my kids sandwich an extra time. It's people like her that keep customers coming back. She gives hope to humanity these days when others are so quick to get short fused. Caitlin I hope you get this and get recognized for just being you!

It's looks great and the service is awesome.

Clean facility. Friendly service. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sandwich....when I went to eat it I noticed it had no ranch. Kind of confused. Do I need to request the ranch? I didn't have to request the chicken or bacon both of which were also in the name of my sandwich. Not a dealbreaker. Would return.

It’s the cleanest restaurant we went to our whole vacation. It was great service compare to everywhere esle.the two young workers where super nice.

As always, Subway is a great place to grab a sandwich on the go or for a quick lunch or dinner.

The older gentleman there made a great sub for me, that was well worth the cost.

Sub was good. Service was okay but could have been better. Was left to figure drink out on my own. Was never given a cup or told to get bottled drink. I had to ask. It wasn't as if they were busy because I was the only one in the store. Usually this location is on point. Restrooms were very clean.

Food and staff is great. But Subway has a policy to wear face mask, they said they cannot enforce. If this is the case then the sign to wear mask must be taken down.

Busy area so not my favorite Subway to visit. Was very disappointed to see that they've switched to paper drinking straws! This may be the "straw that broke Subway's back" for me.

Seems like a brand new building... This location makes their subs look like the marketing photos, picture perfect and manager was constantly cleaning up and thanking us for visiting 💯🔥👌👍🙏

I've gotten food from this place multiple times sometimes I order online, sometimes I go in. 3/5 of the times I've ordered online my food has been wrong and less than anything on the sandwich. I'm irritated to say the least but the description of my sandwich and what's on it doesn't match and I'm not satisfied. The worse part about it was they had 45 minutes from when I placed the order to set pick up time.. And my boyfriends sandwich was right.

Kinda bummed out Bc I go here all the time. Went in tonight an hour before close (around 850 when closing is at 10) and they were "out" of provolone, jalapeños, tomatoes, black olives, oil and vinegar, and oregano. All the good stuff that everyone gets. I'm assuming/ I know for a fact they make back ups so to me it just seemed like they were too lazy to reach below them and grab the extra container of those things I asked for. Instead it was "I'm out of that or this". Working in the service industry to push for my college degree, I know it can get frustrating but I came in an hour before closing and working at subway has got to be the easiest job in the world. Annoyed.

Todos los metros no son creados iguales. Se supone que es porque es una cadena. Pero éste va por encima. Olvidar cualquier mal momento que tuvimos en un metro. Probar este. Está limpio, el servicio es estupendo, y la comida está bien preparada. Me encanta la ensalada de picadas y a mi marido le encanta el sandwich de carne y queso.

Siempre me dan los pies de largo BLT. En vez de lechuga, I pedir las hojas de espinacas y 6,28 Chatarra Monterey Jack/queso cheddar y conseguir pan tostado--YUM! Metro ofrece una amplia variedad de carnes///verduras de pan de queso. Es mi tienda favorita en Myrtle Beach! Excelente relación calidad-precio y nutritivos.
