Mary was wonderful tonight! She was very patient and helpful and it made for great subs and the best experience we’ve had at this location as of recently.

The best subway in Ocala. Small & Cozy with excellent service.

Eva was working alone for BOGO footling day, in which I’m certain she made a ridiculous amount of sandwiches and fed so many people!!!! The backbone of Subway is ALL the hardworking sandwiches artists! She was super fast and positive despite the line of orders and people! Eva you are so awesome!!

I would of loved to have given it a 5 star, but the service we got last night was bad. The lady was slamming things and made it very obvious that we were annoying her with our order. The other lady was nice and tried her best. The night crew I guess isn't the best to deal with, I will try again during the day time around lunch.

Horrible customer service no fresh vegetables no fresh food Associates have no time too busy talking to each other I will never be back to this Subway I would recommend nothing here

What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait behind a line of in-store customers to even pick it up?

Monday Closing. Me and the wife are without food because 3min of time was too precious for her Monday night. Let this employee have off every Monday and the 6 following days prior. no food or money for anything else.

It seems the norm that subway employees are too distracted to pay attention. Seriously this is the 3rd time in a row, and DIFFERENT subways. Don't employees have to take the most rudimentary customer service skills, or maybe this is not a priority any longer.

Long line of 8 customers waiting to order, 2 employees preparing sandwiches and none of the employees would attend the customers waiting in line to order because they were both focused only in the online orders. Customers waited and waited in line to order and this employees would ignore each one of them. Didn’t greet them, didn’t acknowledge any of them, didn’t tell them approximately how long the wait was going to be. I had to order online while being in the store in person after waiting 35 minutes in line. Ridiculous someone needs to do something.

If you come here make sure Stef is handling your order. Always smiling always polite. She makes the sandwich experience to really make it your own. So glad that the last three times I’ve been here she has been the one behind the counter. Marking this place as a favorite in the app. Also, I read the coming in before closing and not having some of the breads, well what do you expect when they are about to close and they bake their breads daily. They always gives us options of the other breads they have and honestly, this is the way k have tasted other breads they offer.

Place is just terrible. Says they close at 9pm. My wife and kid show up at 842. Nothing is left they say. Ovens off. No meatballs or hot bread. Basically told to leave. Said they lock the doors at 8:50. We won’t be back to any Subway.

The food at subway is usually good. However, if your team doesn't have good customer service, I will not return. Today I stopped in. The manager was the only person working. I waited patiently while she prepared an online order. She did say she would be right with me. But when someone is sighing and deep breathing like they're aggravated it is off-putting. Another team member came in and apparently was early by accident, and the manager allowed her to leave until her scheduled time. (This is important to note based on the exchange I had with the manager afterwards.) So I ordered my food, she made it. A customer came in and went to the register behind me. I turned and asked are you just picking up. She said yes. The manager then came to the register to ring me out, so I wanted to let her know the girl was picking up because I know when I order online I expect to be able to come in and grab my food and go. So anyway, I figure I am helping by letting the manager know. The manager got snippy with me and stated, "I understand, but I am just one person working here." Of course she said it in a rude way. I felt pretty dumb at that point. So, she gets the girl her food and she left. The manager rings me up and starts trying to be nice and friendly at this point. I was paying with my debit card and the machine asks me if I want to tip. Hell no I don't want to tip. I was just made to feel like an idiot. I get it. You are in the service industry. I don't know why you were having a bad day. I just wanted a Philly. Be nice.

Every time I come here it’s soo slow! I always order on the app for pick up, but with one employee working that has to help people ordering in, I end up waiting for my order. This location is so unorganized. I prefer the one in Belleview. They have a cart for pick up orders, which is something this location definitely could benefit from! If you order ahead, you shouldn’t have to wait a minute when it’s ready. I also hate that this location doesn’t have the fresh lemonades that every other Subway has. The food is okay, but the service is terrible. Definitely expect to wait when picking up!

Food always good. This time there some nice young man paid for my sub. I was really surprised by that. Remember to pass on and help others.

I mostly do online pick up orders here. They make the sandwiches how I select and the ingredients are always fresh and plentiful. Subway always has a great variety of choices of sandwiches, wraps, and salads to choose from.

Waited in line for about 20 min , which is not a huge deal because we could clearly see this girl was alone on a SATURDAY NIGHT. This isn't the first incident, at this location. Management clearly does not know what they are doing , or they just dont care. They were out of bread ,tuna ,cold cuts ...lord knows what else ... and the girl had atleast 5 online order tickets plus a line of people. She had to call the manager because people who ordered online were coming in wanting their orders and she had nothing for them. I feel like this has nothing to do with the girl who was working tonight. I overheard her say she wasnt supposed to even be working ( she still had a great attitude despite management putting her in such an awful position!) . The manager instructed her to shut the store down and not to make anymore subs. We were literally in the middle of her making ours. I won't be going back here. I would not recommend this store . 9 times out of 10 its horrible service. New management needed ! If you dont have an extra worker to help on the weekend ,YOU come in and help !

The lady who assisted us was awesome! Wish I got her name. She was patient and extremely helpful. Pretty sure she was holding it down on her own on a weekend day. She was doing it all. And it was so CLEAN.

I’ve placed two delivery orders with this store and both were messed up. The first one did not include my drink and sides. I let some time pass and placed another order. The second order included the wrong sides and a soggy soaked sandwich (no exaggeration) 55 minutes after the order was placed, despite an estimate of 20 minutes and the tracker never updating beyond “building”. This store’s phone was not in service both times i tried to call. Doordash was also unable to reach them for assistance. I was unable to get either order corrected or compensated. Don’t waste your money here - you are almost certain to get jipped.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a subway. I ordered the tuna sandwich and my stomach has been giving me excruciating pain. I have reason to believe the tuna went bad because I was fine until I ate that sandwich. Don’t eat here they are perfectly okay with serving old food!

Rude old woman who works there. When I ask what comes on a sweet onion teriyaki salad I would expect here to name ingredients instead of just asking again in a very rude tone what do I want on it. Perhaps she was upset by having to stop smoking and come inside when I pulled up.

Went in for the free sub, it was great. Steak, cheese, peppercorn dressing and bacon. Yummy!

Typical Subway sub, friendly staff. My husband got sick after eating here once, which is why I didn't give 5 stars. But we've been there plenty of times since he got sick and it's been on point.

I eat here often for lunch and Crystal does a great job to take care of customers as fast as possible. Thanks for helping me get back to work on time!!

Worst subway visit. There was a really long queue, because there was only one girl working and she got almost 20 mins to make couple sandwiches for her friends. She was giggling and talking with her friends. She didn't take her job seriously. She didn't even care for the people who are waiting. She didn't even apologize for the long wait.

Came in around 10:30 am. They didn't have half of the stuff like steak and other meats. The manager informed me it was because she woke up late and didn't open on time. But that's not the issue. I asked her to put mayo on before the meat. She said I got you don't worry. And then continued to put all the meat on there after asked twice to not do that. So she flipped it to put the mayo on both sides and instead of mayo being towards the middle of the sub it all came out of the sides and up the bread when she smashed it closed. My bread and the entire paper was soaked through by the time I got home which was only 5inutes away. She should have made my sub the way I asked instead of ignoring me twice.

Great staff and always fresh ingredients I've never had any bad experiences with this subway unlike some other ones highly recommend

Our sandwich maker was absolutely amazing. With limited items available she did her best to make a perfect sub. And they were amazing.

This is my favorite location. They switch employees a lot but everyone is always nice.

Not enough toppings on the sandwiches. They are likely using less because of shortages but it's really sad given that I paid full price and got half a sandwich.

I ordered online. Was told it would be ready at 12:30. I arrived at 12:25, and the store had 5 people in line and only one worker to do all. She was pleasant and did the best she could. When I finally got to get waited on, she had my order hanging there. She would not have gotten to it, as 5 others were behind me. Finally at 12:52 she started to make my sandwiches. As she started a guy came in and started to help her. There is no reason , at lunch time that the store would have just one worker. John Mcolino

Awesome service and had everything I wanted and it was fresh. Clean place and Bobby was the guy who made. My sandwiches and he did a great job by being friendly even said let me know if you need anything else. I have been here many times but they upgraded there customer service.
