First time at this Subway on our way to Pine Point Beach. A wonderful selection of sandwiches and fillings as always. And not too busy for a late morning on a busy stretch of road.

When I order a roast beef sub with extra mayo, I'm assuming most people know that doesn't mean piling mayo two inches thick on top of the sub. Idiot! I'm not ordering on your app anymore because I want to watch my sub being made from now on, and that's IF I ever go to Subway again. I wish I didn't give this little douchebag a tip. Subway, Payne road, Scarborough, ME.

Ordered subs to go this evening. Got home after a couple errands and opened our bag to find an unexpected surprise cookie and note. Was so hungry that I didn’t realize the sun wasn’t on herb and cheese! Excellent customer service/support!!!

I am a frequent customer of this location and I've always had great experiences. The sandwiches are always well made and the employees clearly care about what they are doing. The entire staff seems knowledgeable and willing to help however they can which is often a rarity now. I highly recommend this Subway.

This is my favorite subway location. The crew and product are exceptional. They clearly work hard and are doing their best. The series sandwiches make ordering easy. I recommend the pickle ball club with zesty honey mustard sauce.

Veggie Patty Sub, what should be a simple order, never is. This is now the 3rd time that I've ordered a veggie patty sub from this location, and all 3 times the employee has forgotten the veggie patty, amongst times of forgetting other things, like toasting it... The first two times I didn't say anything or ask for a refund, but I had to this time, it's ridiculous. The only reason that Chris could give was that "It's difficult to read", I can only hope that Chris meant that the system is difficult to read and not that Chris struggles reading three words 'Veggie Patty Sub'. I would not recommend anyone to order from here, at least until they change the system to make it easier to read, or they provide actual reading classes for Chris. I may be a bit harsh on Chris, but I'm fairly confident he won't be able to read all of this either..

This is the best sandwich shop around. Heather, the manager is spot on and runs a great shop and the staff is fun and friendly. I love the sandwich platers for football parties and friends and family gathering. Awesome for catering and events.

Ordered a tuna spinach salad because I’m gluten free, and was very disappointed in how little I was given. Barely any spinach, and the entire salad didn’t even fill half the container. The guy that made my salad was very nice, but my salad was not worth anywhere close to the $9.70 I was charged. I won’t be ordering a salad from Subway anymore.

Turkey sub was excellent; girl who prepared my food was very nice and friendly; store located in close approximately to hotel as well;

Got what I ordered, tasted amazing, a funny employee had a blast making it, and the food was satisfyingly filling. What else can you ask for?

My footling roast beef was good but the service was exceptional everyone was prompt and friendly in today’s environment and lack of customer service it was very nice to see there’s hope. I plan on coming back

Nice clean Subway with friendly staff. They made me an absolutely beautiful spicy Italian just loaded with vegetables. It was delicious!

Now that's what I call professional service. People are going to thinks it's dumb because it's a chain and they always "do it the same" but they really don't and this place was above the usual fair.

This location is much better than the Western Ave one, IMO, especially with in store pick-up. The employees pay attention to detail.

i ordered a steak & cheese no meal but i did get 2 cookies & a root beer $25.!!! the cheese wasn't by even melted on my sandwich + my root beer (tht i pulled from tha cooler) was room temperature at best. when I asked about heating up my sandwich i was told they couldn't due to covid (makes sense) so I asked about microwaving the half tht had not been touched and showed her tht tha cheese wasn't melted. the woman behind tha counter didn't even make eye contact just replied with a curt "No". like i stated, i understand about covid precautions, but how's bout remaking my $25. steak & cheese..... not my best dining experience by far

I want to rate lower because my order was completely wrong, but it was the online ordering that caused the problem, not the actual location. 3 stars because it took 30 minutes to make the sandwich and another 10 minutes after it being ready to receive it, so it was mostly cold.

Excellent customer service. The guy who made our sandwiches was very pleasant and its clear he enjoys being at his work and is happy to see his customers smile. Made excellent subway sandwiches.

Best Subway visit in a long time! I went to pick up a couple of subs tonight for my wife and I it had a super positive experience at the store. The guy's had some classic rock and roll playing in the background that both me and the two customers in front of me really enjoyed. Meanwhile the service was super good. The shift leader explain to me about the brisket of beef sub that I've not had before and it turned out to be great. I visit a Subway somewhere at least once a week. I travel a lot I seen a lot of subways but I can't recall a cleaner, friendlier fun place to visit than this store. The young man that waited on me was a superb example of what a Subway employee should be.

Pretty much the standard Subway. Crew is fast, friendly and efficient. Place is clean, and restrooms are too. Disability friendly.

Staff was rude. Manager was wonderful, food was the best Subway in the state . AND USED TO BE THE BEST STAFF...

Fast service from a pleasant employee who listened well to exactly what I wanted and delivered as requested. She had no problem with providing a kid's meal to an adult. Food was fresh and healthy.

Great service every time me. I Normally get the same thing every time and it's always tastes the same but it's great and even I do switch it up I'm never disappointed.

We like our Taco Bell and their food menu. They have something for everyone and a family of four or more can eat at reasonable prices. Unfortunately the last couple of times we visited this store the wait times have been much longer then usual. But the staff is nice and are doing their best.

This is a nice Subway on Route 1 in Scarborough. Service is good and there is a nice dining area and good parking. It is near the beaches and other tourist attractions in the area. For other foot choice check out the On the Vine grocery store almost across the street.

The subs are good but the breads are always toasted to a hard crunch.

Probably the most well-organized Subway I have ever been to. Different entrance and exit to facilitate flow, lots of staff during the weekday lunch rush. The person who made my sandwich was very professional and quick

This is a really nice, clean, Subway. The food is fresh. The soup is hot. The staff is very fun, friendly, and nice. I would definitely recommend this Subway to others and have visited this restaurant many times while traveling and in need of a light/healthy meal.

Yes, most all Subways are the same, but there's definitely a difference in cleanliness and staff. This is a clean store with friendly staff, located in a strip mall next to Sam's Club and Marden's.

I had not been to Subway in a long time. I decided to go today. That was a mistake. It was busy, at the peak of lunchtime. I got to the register, handed over my credit card, was given back my card and a blank receipt. I asked "what is this" and handed the blank receipt to the cashier. He said he "had no idea". Another employee came over and said the receipt printer paper was in wrong. I asked for a reprint. At this point the line was starting to back up. A receipt was reprinted. I went to a table to eat and noticed the receipt that was reprinted was not my order. They seemed so incompetent. I wondered how many people before me had been given blank receipts. The bread was terrible, old and stale. I will never go there again.

Yes, great service, fresh and tasty subs. But, I've noticed they've gotten kind of skimpy with the amount of meat they're putting in the sandwiches.

This is the best Subway in the greater Portland Area. I do not like any of the other ones. Gotta love double cheese!
