I ordered 2 subs tonight and both sandwiches was gross , the Philly was still cold and my bread wasn't even toasted , as for my husband's hardly any meat on it an it was a BMT and his wasn't even toasted either

old man has terrible customer service. He always makes rude remarks about tips. Just an all around bad guy, he needs coaching / help asap. Buddys on a downhill spiral to Dunkin’ Donuts.

The app had an error when processing and charged me for my order but didn’t send a confirmation to me nor a receipt to the store. There’s no customer service number for the app. I showed the store the charge, and explained. And we’re awesome and helped me out.

Have a disability and service dog lady claims to spoke to manager and says he said sue us they refused me service 2 times with and without the service animal present I spoke to police made a report I've never been discriminated and humiliated publicly like this ever if you have a disability yr not welcome at this store don't try to eat here they will not serve you! The Walmart is great need to shut this store down

The food was great but the cashier and the people that prepare the food was rude

I go to this subway every now and then, but tonight 12/20/22 around 6:50pm I didn't get there names, but that young man and lady we're so kind and helpful. There was a lady Infront of me who ordered when the system froze which I completely understand being in retail as well they were apologetic and it was hands down one of my best experiences I've had at a subway🙂

Went to purchase three different hoagies/flatbread. The man who came out to make my order was very rude and disrespectful. He was demeaning when I wanted three different sandwiches, which is what I thought Subway was known for. He made me feel as if I were bothering him. Won’t return to this subway in pittston, PA.

Worst subs ever. $60 later and hardly anything on them. I ask for pickles cucumbers and there were 3 on each footling. Steak hoagie had meat on about 8” of the foot long. Bad bad. Not worth even close to what I paid

Best subway out of the 3 in Pittston in my opinionn. All of the staff are kind and listen to the special orders well. Haven't had any mistakes in the time I've been going to this location.

This is my favorite Subway! The staff is always great, and my sandwich is always on point!

I only got 2 subways and this is one of them the other one is Pittston inside walleymart they are clean polite and speak to you as if you are the only person, the one in Taylor and greentown are dirty, and rude and I always feel like I'm bothering them to make my sandwich the way I like it..

We go to the Pittston PA Laurel st location, excellent staff, very clean, they make a great sub!!!

We ate here two days in a row while staying in Port Angeles. Subway is known for consistency and this location did not disappoint. My meatball sub and cheese steak where 100% excellent. Service was great.

Best subway around, its nestled in a small plaza so its not busy like most. The girls behind the counter are very friendly and are great people to have a conversation with.
