Good Subway. They are not created equal, but this one was pleasantly good.

I arrived at 10:30 and it was already closed. They close the store half an hour early. Thursday 8/1/2024. Before he had arrived at the same time and always bought. Today the workers wanted to leave early, my worst experience on the subway.

This is a high volume location during the lunch rush so they appeared to be well staffed… a dedicated cashier and 3 sandwich artist. I ordered as usual through the app..and even got a discount so I’m expecting prompt service. 10 minutes later, I refreshed the app and it says it’s being prepared. I went inside, expecting to wait a minute or two, but then when I got to the counter and acquired, she had no knowledge of my order?? She asked for my name and order number, which i showed her, so she hit some keys on the cash register then she finally located my order. This was my first amazement! One of the artist started to prepare my order as I watched them remove a burnt order from the oven and then toss it out.. So finally 25 minutes later after ordering inception, I received my sandwich and left. I didn’t have the heart to go back in and tell them that they had forgotten to toast it!!!

Avoid !! Avoid !!! Avoid !!! Caught them bringing in outside dirty ice !!!! Just left this location and I am shocked this place hasn’t been shut down . The lady making sandwiches is extremely rude , she got annoyed and swore at me for asking to make my food a certain way. The establishment is dirty and disorganized, the food was not fresh and bread even looked undersized . Everything about this restaurant is very shady and dirty. Do yourself and avoid this location!!!!!

Reviews are REAL. What an unpleasant experience I had with the staff. I have no idea why would they have a drive thru if they let people hanging there waiting for 5 minutes and get to order only if you get to the window. I don’t know if the speaker didn’t work but they don’t even have a sign. Second, the moment I ordered my sandwich this blonde Indian looking girl with an accent looked at me and made a comment because I asked for 3 sauces on my sandwich she said “what the f girl, really all that?” Proceeded to laugh I didn’t laugh and went to make my sub. Unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.Owners should reconsider their staff and have them training on how to treat customers. Literally it’s only a 5 minute interaction and can leave anyone with a really uncomfortable feeling for the rest of the following hour. They also got my ORDER WRONG after they literally were writing it down. First and last time visiting this location and only because of their staff.

It’s quite unfortunate Corporate doesn’t do more to hold their franchisees accountable. The staff here are incredibly rude, don’t speak English, and not interested in giving you what you ordered. Of a handful of online orders, none have been correct. You call corporate, they can’t do anything and tell you contact the store directly. You contact the store directly and they won’t do anything. At the point you pick up your order and leave the store, it’s a moot point.

They locked the door and turned off the open sign as i put my hand on the door after searching for somewhere to get food for an hour. There are people in line and they are still open this is absolutely absurd to lock out a mother and her three children searching for food. Absolutely disgusting behavior in a time of need.

Really bad service, the lady did not know what she was doing, not even knew how to use the register .I went a friday june 28th at 7pm. I hope the owner pays atention to custumer reviews and comments.

Every time I’ve been there is understaff. The sane person making the sandwiches is on the cashier. The store always has dirty tables. They don’t give you napkins. And customs service it’s not nice. They never have chicken noodle soup. There was a fly flying inside the cookies container.

I had given up on subway sandwiches almost a year! A buddy of mine mentioned the BOGO At subway and I tried it! They did a fantastic job great service and finally a sandwich well worth the trip..... well done

BECAREFUL WHEN ORDERING ONLINE. This is my second time ordering online from this place. The sandwich looked like they just threw it together without care, like slop. The first time I ordered online, they didn't put the sauce on the whole footlong and it also look like slop. I won't be ordering from this place anymore. I should have taken a picture of it to show you the mess.

Please beware this location stole my money and refused to give me my food! I came into this establishment to order a sandwich and in the process of ordering the employee was having a challenge taking my order because of limitations with understanding English. When I got to the register and paid for my order I looked at the receipt and noticed additional charges for add-ons that I did not ask for, nor were even in my sandwich. When I asked why was I charged for multiple items that was not requested on my order, the employee called over the manager. Whom had blond hair and was of Indian decent. She was extremely rude upon approaching me. When I asked questions about the charges pertaining to my receipt she raised her voice at me. Because of the rude nature of this exchange I asked for my money back. I didn’t not even touch the sandwich for it was still in the possession of the employee. The manager refused to refund me and asked me to call a number on the receipt if I wanted a refund. I called the number per her instruction and someone answered the phone and hung up. I went back to the manager and requested a refund and she said she was not going to refund me because I was rude to her employees. Not one time was I rude to anyone during this exchange I simply asked for a refund. When she refused I contacted the police ( which never came to the incident). I expressed to the manager that I would contact the police if she did not refund my money. She then changed her reasoning for not refunding my order claiming that I threw my order at her and that if I contacted the police she would tell them that I attacked her. It is not even in my character to attack someone. I went to my car to wait for the law enforcements and called my daughter to come wait with me. The manager came outside of the establishment while I was waiting my vehicle banging on the window of my car and telling me that I need to leave or she is going to tell the police I attacked her. By this time my daughter arrived and tried to de-escalate the situation but she kept getting in me and my daughter’s face screaming at us. Telling my daughter that I attacked her and that I was rude to her employees and that she is not going to refund me nor give me my order. For me and my daughters safety we left the establishment and as we were pulling out of the parking spot she came out and started dancing and taunting us. All around was a very unpleasant experience and on top of everything she refused to even give me my order at all.

This subway is amazing. The food is always so fresh and worth the wait. Dee is such a pleasure to talk too. She has great customer service

I been in different a subways but this one is the first one I see that vegetables were not even fresh. Everything look so unclean and unorganized. The employe was unprofessional

This place is a joke, it felt like the heater was on 105 and they were out of all that cheese, and most the bread, then the lady didn’t understand anything I was trying to say, GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!

The store closed 15 minutes early, but says that it’s open. Both the drive thru and the lights say open, but they are cleaning up on the inside. This store does not close at 10 as stated.

Ordered on line changed order to 6 in didn't realize it automatically changes back to regular order. We tried calling to change order the phone magically doesn't work. So, son in law goes up there to ask them to remake they refuse ask for refund they refuse. Can't call corporate, only email. Bad bad customer service!

The lady who serves is like she was going to hit you and wants to force you to eat the way she wants.

I went this morning to pick some food and they where really friendly and this sub way was super clean I the food was fresh thank s. For the customer service D D 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Nobody speaks when you enter they just look at you until their done doing. I understand these jobs are hard but a little courtesy would be nice!!

I asked for roasted chicken and got a different type of chicken and I can see more vegetables than any meat

The lady with the blonde kind of white hair was very very rude!. I don’t know if she’s the manager or an employee…. We’re coming to have something to eat… she didn’t say hi and I understand she was with another customer at the drive-thru but no matter what we want customer service. We’re not asking things for free!. That’s why we work hard and have our money so then people like her can have a job too!. I am extremely upset with the way she treat me. I’m going to get in contact with the corporate and address this kind of service. Food was ok!.. but her?… that’s not the way for treating people like that.👎🏻

I visited this location again today 9/26/23 because I enjoyed my last visit and it was just as I expected, food was fresh and service was great it's becoming my favorite sandwich spot. Here visiting my favorite Subway today 11/1/23 food, customer service, and atmosphere is very pleasant as always! Beautiful smiles and fresh food every time I come. Definitely a go to spot for me 😁😁

The staffing nice here, even when its very busy at lunch time, also very clean. Also the head Manager is lovely, she talked me into buying cookies with my meal. Ill be back... a plus is to see her face again.

Its a pretty decent place for a quick snack. The staffs are mostly Spanish speaking and are very friendly specially Dd. Food is fresh . The staffs were changing their gloves after every order that is one bonus in Hygiene. The restrooms need some more attention.
