Do not, I repeat, do not get the churros. They are dried out, spongy and gross! Nice people hence 2 stars.

my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was horrendous, as there seemed to be a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I had to repeat my order multiple times, and despite this, it still arrived incorrect. It's disappointing to see such a lack of attention to detail. It seems as though there isn't enough training or perhaps the hiring standards need to be reevaluated because such incompetence should not be acceptable in a customer-focused business. This visit was a letdown, and it makes me hesitant to return or recommend this location to others.

Came with with a coupon. Ordered our food and then was told that they don’t accept that coupon. Won’t be coming back.

I’ve been going to subway for long time. Been to several locations, many times each. This particular location at Twin Oaks is by far the best. You’ll never get a better sandwich anywhere else. They are not shy about the meat they put in the Italian B.M.T.! Every time I go, to this location, I can never eat the whole footlong. I’m not complaining, because I always have half a sandwich for my drive home. Win/win for us both! Thanks guys!

EVERY time I order online from this place the order is wrong and even the receipt is wrong. This has happened so many times that I have decided to cut the entire chain from my menu options going forward. It's a shame, because I practically lived off of this for years in college and beyond.

I love PRETZELS & was excited to try Subway's new Foot-Long Pretzel. Don't waste your time or money, it is inedible. Hard as a rock, flavorless. Basically a long burn roll with salt on it...

Normal experience. 2 employees working we're very nice. 4 stars to food bc all subways need better tomatoes. Otherwise, fantastic.

Sandwich hard, stale and squished

I just paid $12 for one of the Worst sandwiches and experiences at any sandwich shop! That's ridiculous, $12 for just the foot long, VERY MEDIOCRE sandwich (not a meal). Terrible, expensive sandwich a d terrible service. Save yourself the disappointment and go to a real sandwich shop. I could have had a significantly better sandwich at Gioia's deli, new location in Fenton. Won't be back to any Subway.

EXPENSIVE!!! 12.99 For a Foot long!😱 Plus the lady n guy behind the counter were rude like we were bothering them by making them make a sandwich. When you get to the part of telling them what extras you want on you sub, the guy put on lettuce, then put tomatoes on before I asked for any he was heading for the green peppers before I could stop him. Look if you don't want to be here then go home! Just rude! I won't go back, I'm sure another would like my business.

Favorite location. Like making the manager laugh. Consistently good food.

Staff was pleasantly friendly and very sufficient. Was in and out very quickly. And sandwich was delicious. I would definitely go here again.

Finally a Subway that makes Sandwiches like they should. You ask for extra for you dollar you get pleasantly pleased. Great people in there behind the counter.

I'm a regular customer of Subway, but this was my first visit to this location. Most subways are hit and miss with whether they will get your custom online order right or not, but this location did it perfectly. It was ready for me to pick up on time, friendly people are working there, and the sandwiches and special instruction requests were followed. I will definitely be back to this location for my regular pick ups. Thank you!

👎👎👎👎👎 Came into Subway Twins Oaks to get a foot long Veggie Sub. After cheese and toasting bread I said heavy on the the lettuce. Employee of subway put on lettuce lightly. I reiterated heavy on the lettuce. Ignoring me he continued lettuce lightly. For the last time I said Heavy on the lettuce and employee continued to put on lettuce One Piece at a time. STINGY, STINGY AND STINGY. And to add insult to injury at check out there credit card swiper requested a tip for services of 15%, 18%, or 20%. No tip option unavailable. 👎👎👎👎👎

March 10th. Ordered 2 subs on line, picked up and one of subs was missing the bacon. Ordered chicken bacon ranch. Order was not ready as promised online waited got subs. At home we discovered the chicken sub was missing the BACON. Called and they were willing to replace, unfortunately we could not make it back to store. The person at subway said not to worry we can stop by when in area to get a replacement sub. They took my name and phone number. Today I went into store to get my replacement sub and they said they had no notes about my getting a free sub fore my inconvenience pulled up my purchases on the app and showed them this is where I get most of my subs ordered. That did not matter all I got was SORRY and no sub.

Don’t bother ordering ahead because they deal with the all of the customers in line and don’t have a designated online order person like ever other subway. They also don’t accept coupons and you can’t order any chips or drinks on the app because they have it set to out of stock. Never go to this subway.

I saw a karen here once and ever since then I've treated the workers there as nice as possible, and they truly are great people! Best subway in the county

Been going to this place for 2-3years. Don't know what the bad reviews are for except must be whiny people writing them. The bread, meat and other ingredients have always been fresh. The menu gets new items added pretty often. Love their toasted chicken bacon ranch and freshly baked cookies. There are new servers at times so you have to deal with new people at times just like any place but just watch and tell them how to make your sandwich and they will follow your instructions. Easy peasy. Never had a bad customer experience, just the opposite, and never had a bad sandwich. Highly recommend and will go back again and again.

Bread was stale, and the tuna had a dark color to it, but it's subway so they'll get three stars because it's about what I expect

They tried to help with ap but couldn't get it to work - so I went home hungry and my family was disappointed also. Need to get ap fixed. There are other sub shops.

Excellent service from the young ladies working there, I went during busy lunch hour time and was in and out quickly. Sand which was done perfectly and tasted good. I am very satisfied with how my lunch turned out.

I have visited numerous Subway Sandwich Shops during my 62 years on this earth 🌎 and this Subway on Big Bend has friendlier staff and tastier food than any other Subway I have visited. Whatever they are doing is working. Keep up the good work and tasty sandwiches.

Had a buy a wrap meal get a free 6 inch sub after a Cardinals game promotion, and got a good buffalo chicken wrap, chips and drink with a 6 inch Italian BMT.

Friendly staff, quick service, and tasty sandwiches. I am upset with how they always try to charge me extra to cut up my oven roasted chicken though. Also, parking is not ideal as previously mention.
