Frequently not open during stated business hours. Inconvenient and not considerate to customers. Not considerate enough to answer the phone to let customers know when they are open or not open for business. Summit needs to decide if they want to be a hobby or a business.

This is the 4th weekend in a row that I have tried to calk and place an order and just get a busy sound and I am not going to sit and wait an hour.everytime I try to talk someone behind the counter they treat me like an imposter in the store

The food was good but the wait wasnt. I payed 60 bucks to wait for an hour and the cashier had an attitude being impatient and rude. she had an ugly look. please talk to her and if she doesnt like her job then send her home.

Went with some extended family and the employee told us they don’t even serve shakes even though it was offered on the menu. She then ignored my husband standing at the register for a while and then rudely said “What do you want!?? Ice cream?” she was super annoyed when we said yes and rolled her eyes. Ice cream tasted good but was mostly melted. We didn’t order any food but it smelled good!

I can never get thru to them on the phone. When I went in to ask why I could never get a hold of them. They told me they leave the phone off the hook to not be bothered while making pizzas or customers at the counter. The manager was not polite about it at all. When I said your losing business from leaving the phone of the hook she told me " we have plenty of business that come in the door". I have been a life long customer but over the last couple of months the service went straight to garbage, and they have lost my business.

Delicous pizza and the doodles are a must have.

The lady at the register was very rude. Customer service could be a lot better. Food wasn't the greatest either.

I waited forever for my pizza. They didn’t give us a number and didn’t call our name. Our pizza was cold by the time we went and asked for it. I’m sure this place is good if it isn’t busy, if not they just let people stare at them in the lobby and never ask them maybe why they are waiting?

Someone said this was the “the best froz pizza they’ve had” but that’s a stretch….the pizza was bad, it took 40 min to come out, the Alfredo ran like water, how hard is it to make pizza Utah? Jeez….anyways, it wasn’t cheap, and if they gave me a free pizza next time for the bad one they just served me, I still wouldn’t go back. Don’t waste your time and money.

Some of the best pizza I've had. Definitely well worth the drive out to Kamas. You can't beat the Kamus vibe.

It was expensive 30$+ for a large. It was not terrible I have had some really bad pizza since I have moved to Utah and I have had some pretty good pizza. I had high expectations because it has some award for being #1 in Utah. Very plain little to no spice. Overall it tasted like and would have been the best frozen pizza I ever had. I just feel really bad for people that have lived here your whole you guys have never had a decent slice of pizza.

If I could, I would give it 10 stars for food and service. The atmosphere sucks, 2 many out of control little kids running around screaming and throwing food, parents are the problem!!!, when people are leaving before finishing eating because of the kids, it's not chucky cheese for hell sakes Parents control your kids!!!!!!

Hidden gem in Kamas. If you are in the park city area and want a nice quality and cost effective pizza this is the place.

Called 15 times thirty minutes no answer just trying to make the locals that keep them in business all year mad I guess....

Came famished and made it to the pizza summit...summit pizza. Situated in the bucolic town of Kamas this pizza is made with local ingredients, is gooey, and has just the right combination of crispy doughy crust. They also sell their own local brand of ice cream; several flavors. Enjoy!

In the last 2 days we’ve driven an hour out of our way and spent $300+. They were generously offering free cheese doodles (which are tasty). Our order satisfied all of their requirements and we requested our doodles. We were denied. In place of that we asked for just some additional sauces to our large order. Once again we were denied. Food is great. Service is not. Expect better. Maybe find alternative management.

We travel from salt lake to this location. The food is always AMAZING! However, the customer service from who I believe is the manager is horrible!!! We have been here at least ten times and every time she is super unpleasant. She always has a pissed off look on her face and is rude and very short and acts as if you’re putting her out by asking questions. Everytime I asked her how she is or tell her thank you there is no response. We came to this location on recently around 11 and I was blown away how she acted. We waited 40 minutes which was understandable as there was a lager to go order. While waiting in the dining area there were a group of men who came in and were talking about her and how she bit their head off for asking how long it would be. And one of the men said it’s like this every time he comes in as well. When leaving she was yelling at the kid that was working with her and didn’t acknowledge when we said thank you and to have a good day! I understand having a bad day! But to just seem miserable and treat customers poorly is unacceptable.

Best pizza in the state! Come here every Saturday after snowmobiling. Got a drink the last time I was there, and the manager felt inclined to call and complain to me over the phone, accusing me of stealing it. I’ve literally been here 300 times. Whoever the manager is here, needs to do better! I hope Corporate sees this. Will change to the deserving five star review if I get an apology!

Been coming here for the past 4 years, We stop here every time my family goes to get Christmas Trees. Absolutely the best pizza I have had. Don't forget about their Doodles. All of them have been delicious, even their dessert options but you cant go wrong with the original.

The pizza is great. The price is a little steep for a pizza as in probably the most expensive pizza I've ever had... but it's good. And... there aren't a lot of options in Kamas.

Food is way overpriced 80 dollars for three medium pizzas and 6 cheese doodles feels like a ripoff

I’m thankful that we have such a great pizza place in town! Pizza is delicious, decently priced, and the array of drinks and ice cream is a great bonus! Usually fast and efficient - love it!

The pizza isn’t terrible but I’ve had better pizza out of a box. I’m pretty sure the cheese is not 100% mozzarella as any pizza enthusiast will tell you, the cheese makes the pizza. Who’s dumb idea was it to use ham crumbles instead of sliced ham on a ham and pineapple pizza? The chicken was also chewy, had a weird taste and very low quality. Your sauce could use some spices instead of tomato paste out of a can. The crust was flat, hard and chewy. Likely caused by too much humidity when they mixed the dough. I’m sure they spend more time and effort making the dough and using quality ingredients for Utah’s “best of” people. The pizzas we’ve eaten from here have and are substandard! I was hoping it would get better over time but it is worse. It seems the only change they’ve made is it’s more expensive! Not worth what we paid! My kids wouldn’t even finish it. Next time we will buy a box pizza at Foodtown or go to Marco’s Pizza for quality take out.

Delicious pizza and excellent service!

Food is delicious! Atmosphere is great! One worker is a bit grouchy at the Oakley location, but I've had a good experience at all other locations.

Food was delicious and everyone was incredibly kind. Great place to stop after a day in the Uintas. There's a shaded outdoor seating area that's dog-friendly. The owner filled up a bowl of water and brought it out just for my dog!

The pizza was delicious so no complaints about the food. The organization is a bit lacking here though, so if you go make sure to have a lot of patience. They somehow lost one of the 3 items in our order. While I was waiting by the counter (for the 3rd time after asking for it) I watched multiple others whose orders were missing items or somehow were skipped. It took us about half an hour to get our food, which was expected, but then it was another half an hour after we were done with what we had before we got the last item we ordered. We had to remind them multiple times that we still needed our item. Anyway, overall good food if you can handle the logistics issues.

We ordered the cheese bread as well as some of the cheesedoodles and some ice cream, as well as a pepperoni pizza. The pizza items and cheese sticks were delicious and well worth the trip. I didn't love the ice cream and probably should have done without it. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience.

Great pizza!!! there customer service. Needs some help….for sure! Kid told us one time that they where out of ice cream. Even tho, you could see the ice cream in the freezer open and full. And I’m fairly certain they unplug their phone an hour and a half before they close Friday- Saturday-Sunday so they don’t have to answer it. Every employee seems to hate life except one is nice. That’s something I guess.

Summit Pizza always comes through with a great pie. Customize your order,and they will mail it! Always hot, and fresh when I come to pick it up. And oh yeah, gluten free dough is available!!

Rude ok pizza inconsiderate bad atmosphere

Great food. Service and facility was poor. No clean tables, no syrups in the fountain drinks, no silverware, no soap in the bathrooms, all the garbage cans were full… we were there for more than an hour and never saw anyone do anything to address the issues despite being notified.

Combo & oreo doodles… oh my. Rocked my socks off

Seriously, I think this is the best pizza I’ve ever had! They also have some donut style treats with Oreos and other flavors! We only tried the Oreo, but I would love to go back and try the other flavors! They were willing to accommodate two different flavors on a pizza as long as they had the same sauce and cheese. Their pizzas so fresh and Good. I would make a trip up to Kamas just to eat here. We had the veggie/Hawaiian. We also ordered the cheese. We got the size large, and it seem to be enough between two pizzas to feed five of us. The ice cream is really good. It was kind of expensive, but they offer Farrs ice cream and they had good flavors.

Stopped in when they first opened to grab an ice cream shake. They said the machine had just started and would be 20 minutes. Took less than 10 minutes and shakes was really good. Price was reasonable. Will definitely stop in again.

Call ahead to see if huckleberry ice cream is available Great spot with lots of seating. Only thing they need is window ordering so you aren't so cramped inside when deciding on the menu

This is a great little pizza and ice cream stop in Kamas. We went for ice cream with about 15 people. They did a great job of getting everyone served quickly. They had a good variety of flavors and everything taste great - but of course it did, it was ice cream.

Get the Dan's request! The pepperoni is crispy like bacon. We ordered from the Lehi location at least once a week during quarantine. Kamas saved us after a backpacking trip. We love it!

Probably the best pizza I've had! I know everyone has different likes when it comes to pizza I personally don't care for thin crust pizza and the pan pizzas seem a bit too much. There's was just right and tasty. They cooked it to perfection... not burned but done. I loved the red sauce and I like the peperoni/meat a little crispy and not skimpy on the portions. They people there were friendly and cheerful as well. They have nice and shaded outdoor eating with great flower decorations. It was just great pizza. I can see why they get best in state awards. They deserve it. Way to go!!!

Best pizza place around. And yes, it’s the only pizza place, in a tourist town , on a Friday night. Expect it to be busy and be nice. They’re awesome always willing to help, never been disappointed. 100% recommend.

Their phone Is always on the busy signal no matter when you call, been trying to get ahold of them since they opened and they won’t let you pay cash in store for an online order. Love love love their pizza but maybe it’s time to update their phone lines

Very Good Pizza and Icrecream. You can enjoy the outside view as well. There is a small garden you can sit there and enjoy your favorite food.

Foods decent, they never answer the phone or they take the phone off the hook because we called for an hour straight and it was always a busy tone. Extremely inconvenient if there’s a question or an issue like we had this week and ended up getting the wrong order.

It is a very popular place. Every time we have been, it was a long wait and parking can be hard to come by.

You could tell that the owner lovesworking there and is passionate about his food. We got 8" personal pan pizzas for our group and everyone enjoyed every bit of it. When we ask for a take out box, the owner got us one without the usual grumbling that you get for doing extra work. He told us that the food reheat really well and he glad that we want to take it home. (He was right, it did reheat well.)

Good pizza I know it’s a little on the expensive side. But the pizza is very hardy and fills you up. Try the cheese bread and the cinnamon doodle they are really tasty. Completely different taste than the chain pizza you can get in the city

Good service. Friendly. Pizza was good but the sauce for me was too sweet. It did not taste bad it's just I prefer more of a bite. I was grateful on a weeknight they were still open when other places were not.

You guys…. This was the worst pizza my husband and I have ever had and we are pizza connoisseurs. We’ve had it all throughout Utah, and this comes in last. I’m not sure if it’s due to inflation and many places being very stingy when it comes to ingredients and serving sizes, but for the price of their pizzas this was bad. We ordered the margarita pizza and it was basically crust. In the two pictures you can’t even see any cheese. There was no cheese, the skimpiest amount of sauce, and so disappointing. It looked nothing like their photo they have displayed of the pizza and was lacking in every way possible. We paid extra for the jalapeño cheese rolls, and we are certain we got original. There was no spice or jalapeño in them at all. We went on a Friday afternoon and there was no one in there and the tables in the dining room were dirty, and same with the tables outside. We had to sit at the very end of one that was clean. Such a let down, and we won’t be back. Mod pizza makes a better margarita pizza or any at that for half the price.

The absolute best pizza around. Amazing from the very first hot bite to the last cold piece out of the fridge. Well worth the drive.

Rude management. There was an employee that was working hard on our order and was trying to make the order right and please us as customers. He was struggling and his manager made him feel horrible and cry for making a mistake. He even cleaned off a table for customers before eating outside.

The blonde older Cashier has the worst attitude. EVERY.TIME!! We keep coming back because we love the pizza but this lady’s energy always affects the experience negatively. This time I ordered some Cina-doodles which were doughy. The center was completely uncooked. I brought my order to her and showed her and her answer was “well this other ones look done to me. What do you want me to do?”. Like, seriously! So I told her I wanted my order well cooked, she just gave me a nasty look and addressed her coworker to put in a new order. Because of her you are loosing a regular customer. You amazing bread is not worth this lady’s rotten attitude and energy.

The pizza is decent and the cheesy bread is amazing. I have been coming here for pretty much my whole life and have always enjoyed the food. The only issue I have is unaccommodating and unfriendly staff. I called in an order and asked if I could get cheesy bread and pay extra to add chicken and pineapple to it. I love the cheesy bread and just wanted some other toppings on it. The woman told me very flatly, “We won’t do that.” I was surprised at her very curt statement and lack of friendliness but was willing to adapt. Instead I asked if I could get a chicken and pineapple pizza with the same buttery sauce or coating from the cheesy bread. She once again very flatly and unsympathetically told me that she couldn’t do that either. On top of this exchange on the phone, the woman I picked the pizza up from, who I believe was likely the same woman, was very unpleasant and seemingly annoyed to be helping me. Furthermore, one of our gluten free pizzas was burnt. I like the cheesy bread a lot but unfriendly and unaccommodating staff and/or policies would certainly drive my business away if any other pizza place came to the area. *After the response received I have decided to amend my rating to 4 stars. Thank you for getting back to me and for letting me know that you’ll work on training your staff about how the cheesy bread sauce base can be put on pizza.

Great pizza and food in Kamas. Would recommend if visiting the Wasatch range or headed out or back from the Uinta-Wasatch-Cache Forest. Great service and an excellent menu.

Brought some family in from out of town and were so excited to take them here after swimming. Left the pool early to get a table before they closed. Showed up at 7:45 and ordered told the manager we had 7 people coming. Ordered our food and went to sit down and she said we couldn’t get a table since they were already cleaned. Awesome. Took our 10 people and drove home 30 minutes to eat our cold pizza. They lost my business.

Food was amazing! Only complaint was the dirtiness inside. The walls were sticky and the bathroom was gross. But food was really good.

We love the pizza here! We love to come eat here! Quite often we jump in the car and go for a drive lasting over an hour...JUST to come eat some delicious pizza! Dan's request is normally very delicious!! Our entire family LOVES this place! Well TODAY...was a different story. We took our party of 7 to dine in. We ordered really close to $100 worth of pizza and drinks. Sadly the cheese pizza left A LOT to be desired, it was dry and was lacking in cheese. The Dan's pizza had toppings on about half of the pizza and the other half was sparse. Sadly, the lady at the front has been grumpy and has seemed frustrated with customers (including us) the last 3 or so times that we have come in. Today was no different. She was crusty and seemed bothered to help us and other customers. We want to love this place again...it may just take some time and some better experiences!

I'm telling you this is the best pizza around. Get the jalapeño bites because wow those were incredible and the cinnamon bites.
