We had an amazing 7 hour wine tour! Our driver Gene was amazing he gave excellent recommendations and was even a willing photographer! He also recommended amazing pizza for dinner!

When I called, they told me it would be at least 45 min. I got a text about an hour and a half later saying they were busy and asking if I got someone else to pick me up....I told them to forget about it because it was too late and I wasn't sure if I could get a ride home.

My family and I got a ride from Kevin at the wine and walleye festival. He was super friendly and made the ride really enjoyable for the kids. 5 stars for the great customer service and getting us to our destination in a timely manner!

They did a great job getting all of us down to festival.. one of the guys had music playing and everything. They added more cars also so less wait time in line. Here's my son and I on the back going down lol..

They have been the shuttles for the wine and walleye festival here in Ashtabula for years now. They are all so friendly and professional. The carts are also so nice and clean.

I rented a golf cart for 3 days. You have to pay up front. I had a family emergency and had to leave the next day. They would not give me a credit on my credit card. Only a credit towards The next time I came up. Renters be aware of this. My question was what if I never come back he said we do not give cash refunds.

Sunset Transportation was an absolute lifesaver! We had previously scheduled with Elite Transportation for a pick up from a wedding (which had been scheduled for just shy of a week) and when our pickup time rolled around we were unable to get ahold of anyone and were left scrambling for rides back. Sunset called me back within minutes of my initial call at around 3am and was so helpful worked with us to get a ride for all 10 of us back. Customer service was fantastic! The driver was great! And the fact that they were so willing to help get us out of a jam… I can’t speak highly of them enough.

They came last minute and picked up our wedding party at 3:30am when their competitor Elite didn't show up for there scheduled pickup. They were absolute lifesavers and if there was a level higher then 5 stars they would rate it.
