Great selection of food. Very clean and good service. It’s a $1 more compared to other buffets but the selection of food is better and the location is much more accessible as it’s closer to the 75 freeway. Better Hibachi grill. But don’t forget to tip the cook. Come early on Sundays as it gets crowded after 1pm.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Food was lukewarm, the sushi was super FISHY (good seafood does not taste like that), and I fully expect to get food poisoning. My stomach is already churning and I’m still sitting in the restaurant. The restaurant was like being in a funeral. Total silence. They charge $18+ for kids that are over 5ft, no matter what age they are. When I asked the person up front about the absolute ripoff pricing for 11 year olds who happen to be tall, she just smiled and looked at me. Yes, she spoke English. Yes, we should have left earlier. Not only is this place grossly overpriced, but they aren’t keeping their food to food code temperature. I guarantee that if I put a food service thermometer into the steam table food, it would be 15-30 degrees lower than it should be. (Yes, I worked in foodservice for 2+ decades.). Look at the photos. Seafood sitting way above the ice. Ice has no impact on the temperature of the seafood. “Hot crawfish and snow crab” is sitting on top, and not maintaining food safe temperature. If you’re reading this, stop, and pick another place. Do NOT eat here. 0/10

All you can eat crab legs for $20! Sushi, all the classics, and dessert too! I get several plates of the legs every time!

I like this Buffett, they have all kinds of food, love the sushi bar and sea food... 👉 yesterday 07072024 7 lemonades was served, PEEEEE! 🤮🤢😬yes taste la that!! the ,ice? water? lemonada product?who knows? they switch whole cups ,but then taste like soap and almost same taste like pee! NOW EXPENSIVE PLACE , carpet needs to be updated .. ...dinner for two persons price $48.00 with soda. plus tip ....if the places are expensive , I cant tip for servers.

The food is nothing to rave about. If you have an allergy to seafood, be weary because cross contamination is prevalent. I watched a buffet attendant stir a shrimp dish and then stick it into the general tso chicken.

I went back after not going to this place after several years. Wanted to have a fresh new perspective and see how things have changed. The atmosphere and the service were actually very good, unlike the past, where both were pretty poor. However, the food itself was really bad. I tried a lot of their chicken and it ended up being very stringy and dry to a point where it was very difficult to get down. Their sweet and sour chicken has a very different breading to where it is just so much breading and it is very overwhelming. I'll give props considering they have improved on service and atmosphere since I last been, but if the food isn't good, then what is the point?

Best Chinese Buffet around town! Appeared very Clean both times I went, friendly staff that were attentive, fresh foods that were being switched out to maintain freshness. Everything tasted like it would when you order your chinese take out from the corner spot. Flavorful. Would definitely recommend!

Good food, service, and a large selection of dishes to choose from.

It is a great spot with a wide range of flavors and dishes. I enjoy the all you can eat buffet in Port Charlotte called City buffet and equally this Sarasota famous gem. There are dozens of delicious options and you will never leave this restaurant hungry. My favorite is the sashimi and sushi but beyond that they have delicious shrimp various ways, crabs, oysters and so many great options. Also their Hibschi is awesome. I highly recommend this buffet.

Terrible attention from the waiter and the woman behind the counter It is an armed robbery, the staff who demand the tip from you, as a mandatory thing, something that has happened to me in others in the same chain And the rush for you to finish eating and have fun is enormous, I hope they read the comment and it fits a little into their politics.

Food was delicious shrimp there was amazing, but there was no crab legs like it said it did, but it was still good. Definitely recommended.

Lots of food to choose from. It's your typical Chinese Cafeteria Buffet food. Nothing special. The Mongolian Grill part was very good. The unhappy, unfriendly staff ruined it! The ONLY thank you or you're welcome was when I paid, inspite of our repeatedly saying thank you. We will not go back!

Large selection of foods. We sat in nice comfortable booths and waited-on immediately. I loved the selection of seafood and their fried chicken wings are really good! I can also recommend their basted mushrooms. A nice friendly family place.

Food was good until Gros looking hair ruined my appetite, to top it off we didn't get any refills .Service sucks here.. Naturally I did not feel like tipping, but at checkout they start saying something about me not tipping, but I ignored it and left,I sure won't go back anytime soon!!!

I was deeply disappointed.. typical foods, no real taste, a very large sushi set up. Unsweet tea was good. Overpriced. These reviews must be skewed or something. My stomach is still reeling 4 hrs later.. :(

I wish I could give 0 out of 5 stars. We didn't even make it to a table. Between a sign discriminating against kids and the hostess being VERY rude to my kid, we turned tail and left. It's amazing to think in 2024 people could afford to behave like this.

Didn't make it even to sit down before the host made a rude comment telling my toddler to make sure to be quiet. There is even a sign when you walk in saying screaming kids will be given an espresso shot and made to wash dirty dishes. I could understand if this was like a fancy 5 star restaurant but it's a local buffet. Next time just post a sign that literally says NO KIDS WILL BE SERVED. JUST Wow.

I really didn't think it was the best. There was people getting confused over what was dinner selection and what was lunch. The seafood was a little old and almost weird. And it also seemed like minors could be working at a very young age there.

Took my girlfriend here for dinner about a week back and found we were treated with kind service and great food. We plan to come in today for those amazing dumplings!!!

The staff didn’t stop customers from taking stuff from my table. I was eating lunch alone with my kid & they let this narcissistic trashy mother take my baby’s high chair & didn’t even say anything. Don’t go if you have kids they’ll let people take your stuff from your table

We were there on Christmas with our entire family. A dirty floor with some kind of oil slick near the back caused 3 of my family members to almost fall and my husband tweaked his back enough trying to prevent the fall that he ended up skipping the rest of the meal to stay in the car. Drinks were never refilled and most of the food was barely edible. Hot plates made the sushi warm, and most of the dishes were so filled with grease, no thanks. The only saving grace was the stir fry option, but the chef still mixed up dishes which could have been Disasterous. My daughter has a shellfish allergy and had she gone for the stir fry, it would have been a nightmare. For the price to only have a few bites of actual food... Not worth it.

Way over priced for cold food. Many dishes taste like the Saran Wrap they have been placed on. Rubbery chicken. Only thing I liked were the green beans. Not worth 35 bucks for two people.

The absolute best place to get Chinese food in a buffet style

Well toke my family here today it was my birthday 🎂 it was horrible we didn't even stay 30 mins food was cold cold , I'm very upset with this place today.. it's been about a year and it got horrible 😔 the chicken was all fatty !!! My fish was cold cold ... Nasty. Ruined my day and I even told the lady in front but seems like it didn't matter to her !! 😔

From my previous reviews on Chinese buffets, you can tell is one of my favorite places to visit. Every where I go is my mission to taste the selection of Chinese buffets in the area. This one in particular is the best one from Tampa through Naples, I highly recommended it, you will definitely enjoy it!

I hadn't been here in a few years due to a bad experience. It has improved a lot since then but the real star was the hibachi. A large variety of sushi is a plus for my family and the bar had everything else you might expect from an Asian style buffet.

The guy at the front was so rude that I preferred not to eat. He got rude because my friend couldn't decide whether to have cola or lemonade. I will never return to this place

My son wanted to bring the family here after his college graduation. I didn't know what to expect. The outside looks ho-hum, very understated. Open the entrance door and your eyes are greeted by a beautiful restaurant. The food is better than the usual Chinese Buffet. It isn't cheap. Lunch is about $15.50 per person and Dinner about $18.50 before drinks. You tip a server that comes to your table with drinks and takes your used plates. They have a custom order Mongolian Barbecue grill, all the usual hot and cold buffet choices, ice cream, pastries, salads, various grilled meats and veggies. It was quite good, at the top of what I would classify as a buffet restaurant.

I had lunch here and unfortunately, it left much to be desired. The overall experience was underwhelming, and here's why: 1. Cold Food: The buffet boasted a variety of dishes, but the majority of them were disappointingly cold. It's disheartening to pay for a meal only to receive lukewarm options that were supposed to be hot and appetizing. 2. Unpleasant Staff Interaction: To add to the disappointment, the staff's behavior left a lot to be desired. At the end of the meal, the lady that just been standing there approached our table and straight up said she is expecting a tip and tips are not included in the total. She stood there and kept repeating it over and over until i grabbed the check and she stood there and watched me write in a tip. It was soooo weird and awkward. This not only felt unprofessional but also left a sour taste in our mouths. I will not be going to this place again and recommend you also stay away.

Eclectic mix of decent Asian and American food. All-you-can-eat. Clean. Excellent service. Hot Chinese food was best. Sushi was just okay.

Food was terrible! It's like hit or miss.. Didn't eat all, tried some other food, still not good. Walked out upset stomach and a beeline to the bathroom when I got home. However, last summer went and the food was delicious! Go figure.

A great place if you want an all around Asian buffet. They have plenty of selections to choose from whether is cooked food, sushi, or even their hibachi grill. The staff are playing professional. They are following current COVID guidelines. Recommended.

Food was good but nothing special. Lots of sushi if that's what you like. Only 3 different chicken dishes to choose from. Sesame, general's and sweet and sour. Egg rolls were terrible and not many options for desserts. Was there for lunch so maybe they offer more for dinner. $14.25 per person is a little bit more than normal.

My dad and I go to buffets everywhere we go and we absolutely love this buffet. The sushi is delicious. Usually, I need to use ginger to add flavor to the buffet sushi, but not at this place. Large assortment of desserts and ice cream- larger than others. Great variety of food. Don’t have steamed clams- that’s the only disappointment. But overall my family loves coming here. They do have hand sanitizer to keep things clean.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. HORRIBLE food! Terrible customer service! This is the worst Chinese buffet I’ve ever been to! I'm surprised this place is still open. Such a disappointment and a waste of money. If you want a nice meal this place would be the last place on earth that I would recommend. I've never given such a bad review. We left 5 mins ago and we're already feeling sick from the food.

I am writing this buffet one star because they were extremely rude on the phone. The prices are outrageous. I was told it is almost $50 for two adults. No thanks. I'll make my own Chinese food better yet. Order your Chinese food take out it's way cheaper.

Food was fine and the place is clean. One star for the guy with glasses kept yelling/arguing with their own people at front with no reason, hard to enjoy our food bcs of that. We left a big tip for our server, these poor girls deserve a better job.

The food wasn’t bad, but the customer service was horrible. I have never in my life had someone force me to give them a tip. My three friends and I ate there, we spilt our bill and two of us didn’t tip. The server sat there talking to us in another language and pointing to a “tipping is not included in buffet” sign, clearly we didn’t understand what she was saying so we figured she was saying that we didn’t have to tip bc of the sign. She then gave my friends their receipt back and forced them to leave a tip. Absolutely ridiculous !

On Sunday the man who answers the phone hangs up on you when you ask to speak to a manager. I found black human straight hair in my live chef veggies so I just placed the plate down and was put off. Customers sneeze violently all over food in Buffett area.

Wow, so we have been here several times. We liked the variety so that is why we have come back. We visited this Memorial Day weekend 2023. We stated when we first came in that we were 3 adults including our 15 yo and one 10 yo. The lady gave us a look and seated us. When we were presented the bill it had 4 adults. We always paid for 3 adults and a 10 yo. When we asked, they stated that they now go by height. Anyone over 5’ is considered an adult now because they cannot figure out ages. My daughter was clearly under the 5’ mark they have on a post. They were rude and argued. Finally got them to fix it. We felt uncomfortable and they looked at us in an unprofessional manner. They should have told us their policy when we first walked in so we could have dealt with this issue upon arrival. These are unprofessional, rude people that caused us distress when it wasn’t warranted. We are NEVER going back and encourage others with children to avoid at all cost. VERY unprofessional people and seemed like a scam to me. If you know anyone under 5’, I’d recommend all eating in their under 5’ rule!!! 🤣

Massive selection! Food was ok flavor. Better than Chinese places at home in Englewood area. Plenty of choices. Only negative was food was not hot. Service people were very nice and food never seemed to run out. Very reasonable at around $20 per person not counting drinks. Plenty of tables and we did not have to wait even though it was lunch time on Mother's Day. Would repeat if in the area.

It seems like the food quality has gone down while the price has gone up. I left a cash tip on the table and the lady at the counter was insisting I put a tip on the card I paid with. She tried to call me out in front of other customers not knowing of the previously established cash tip. Very unprofessional. In the past I've really enjoyed this buffet, but something is definitely different and not for the better.

We were there for Sunday brunch. The place is a hidden jem, we almost missed it! The food was great, with a large selection of meats, seafoods, salads, vegetables and on and on. They even have ice cream. Service was good and they have a large dinning area. We will return soon!

We visited so many others Chinese Buffet and they were all average but not this one! The food was fantastic! We were a party of four and we all agreed! None of us had one single thing to complain! NONE! This place respect the food they serve. Fresh and rapidly rotated and replaced, clean and the variety was surprising! Their desert section and display is really a treat and their staff is polite and kind. This place is a winner so far for us! We are definitely coming back soon! I'm adding 5 more stars to make this a 10 stars review! Outstanding! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐👍👍💫
