I love it here! One of my favorite places to eat in Lex. I love the food & the vibe of the restaurant.

I can’t get enough of this place, their monkey avocado is a MUST!! The atmosphere is amazing and the service is fantastic. My absolutely favorite sushi place.

Not sure if we came during an off-period but the food was extremely subpar. We started off with a calamari appetizer and you only get six pieces (which, to the restaurant’s credit, the menu does mention) of calamari. What it does not mention is the size, which for $11, I would expect them to be substantial (which they were not). They were also over fried to the point that it was almost inedible. The sauce that they paired it with was lovely. I ordered the seafood ramen, and I’m fairly certain it was from a packet ramen. If I’m ordering from a restaurant, I would expect to receive fresh ramen noodles. Furthermore, it was $20 for this dish and I received two mussels and two overboiled shrimps. To not even have fresh noodles and only receiving four pieces of seafood in my dish, I could have made this dish myself for 1/20th the cost. Overall, a fairly disappointing experience as we expected much better based on reviews and word of mouth. The atmosphere and service itself was quite nice.

I came here on a reference from a friend. I had high expectations as he highly referred it. Our sushi was a bit more fishy than I prefer. (We ordered based off the server's top recommendations). The ramen was so so, I didn't care much for the cheese on top. The spice level was great. Perhaps I'll return to try more sushi and give it another chance.

This was our first time here tonight and the waitress was very helpful in assisting us with what to order, I wish I could've remembered her name, but she was awesome! The food we had was AMAZING! 🔥 I cannot wait to go back and have that Chicken Ramen Bowl again!

First time in and had a phenomenal time. Got the Gyoza as an appetizer. So delicious. Then got an Unagi piece and three rolls. (Cucumber and 2 spicy Tuna) all stellar between presentation and taste. My server Cassidy despite being new was amazing she’s spectacular at her job and a stunning beauty and was such a delight.

I absolutely love sushi blue! this is probably one of my most favorite restaurants in Lexington! I absolutely love the sushi on fire and the spicy bulgogi ramen! I also love the sake bloody mary! I’ve been coming here for 8+ years and it’s definitely a great place to go for late night food.

A little crowded , but crowded for a good reason! The food was delicious.

We paid for an Uber down here on 4/1/24. This establishment was supposed to be open and we got here 40 minutes before closing. We called before arriving to be sure they were still serving. They said yes and they said they were open. When we arrived after they confirmed that they were open, the restaurant was closed and the workers inside were very rude and practically hid from us. Why say they were open and knew they were expecting us only for us to waste money on an Uber there when they knew we were arriving? We eat here often and spend quite a bit of money here. All we wanted was a take out order and we were very disappointed that they closed almost an hour early after promising us to be open for a takeout order? I hope the owner is aware that they are closing early, providing bad service and losing business as a result.

We had a great meal, that wasn’t the problem. During our meal, we heard another table complain that the server rang in the wrong, more expensive item. I at first thought this was annoying, but then this also happened to me. It was clearly intentional by the server. I’ve always liked coming here but now don’t really want to go back.

Delicious delicious!!! I love trying out different rolls! But my favorites are the Volcano and Sushi on the Fire Roll! The rice bowls are also super good and I love the variety!

Went for lunch on a weekend. Place was not crowded, had plenty of parking spots available and tables. Service was fast and the food was good.

I have eaten there before and the food was delicious so I wanted to place a to go order and called the number they have here on Google. I called about 15 times in the span of 2 hours because I was really craving their sushi when all of a sudden the owner answers screaming cussing me out to stop calling her personal number. I will never give them my business again.

You can't beat late night sushi!

We did not plan to visit a land locked state and seek out sushi, but we got a craving and we're glad we did. Sushi blue was good and a great value. We had 2 appetizers, 7 rolls, and 15 pieces of sushi. This plus drinks was under $200. That definitely would not happen in Austin. The on fire roll was both an impressive presentation and an excellent roll. The yellow fin with avocado appetizer was good too. Stacy our service was polite, knowledgeable and attentive. Overall it was a wonderful surprise.

Food was so good! Fresh, Clean, filled with flavor! Best sushi I've had in a long time!! Soft, delicate, well prepared, perfect temperature, mouth watering! Ramen had that homemade goodness to it, flavorul and spicy. Finished feeling fully satisfied and happy! Also greatest wait staff!

We absolutely LOVE Sushi Blue. We have been coming here for years, the owner is a sweetheart and a hard worker. The food and drinks are amazing. So are the desserts! Great place to celebrate, we come every year for our anniversary.

sit us down about 20 minutes and left us without asking us even if we want to order any drinks. When we asked them we wanna order something she literally have no clue we were there the whole time and told us to keep waiting. Not even sorry.

I was fooled by the reviews into trying this place out. The food was ok, we did like the Corona roll that has the lime on top that was different. It wasn't so much the food but the prices and service. Definitely way too overpriced for the area, this aint Miami or New York even for sushi. Our server seemed underpaid and overworked. He was polite but lacking any energy or enthusiasm. This place needs a shot of energy and find a way to lower the prices by at least 2 dollars a roll and maybe well be back.

Wow! Lexington, did you know what a gem you have? No recent reviews so maybe everyone was trying to keep it secret? First of all, it was late and we were starving so got on TripAdvisor to see what was open (they are open until 2am, I think). We were seated promptly (although it was 11pm, there were about three other groups there). Extensive menu. Great service. Loved the water glasses and my wine glass. We mostly had sushi and it was delicious! We all agreed it was a delightful place with great food and service, and we would eat here again if ever back in Lexington.

The best miso soup I’ve ever had. I usually get soup at different restaurants where I’m originally from-some of them higher end- and their miso soup is so flavorless. It's a place on the smaller, cozier side with delicious food and attentive wait staff. Their sushi was impeccable, and I've enjoyed both their bulgogi dinner box as well as their udon soup.
